This is my go to store. If I can't find something I can ask any worker I pass by and I would bet on it they can tell you exactly where it is that you are looking for . Ive never heard anyone say idk or that's not my department. They have polite employees and I can find almost everything I need on my list there. I do choose to get goods like cleaning supplies from a less price type of place but if in a hurry it's not like it's outrageous.

Very friendly staff and great selection. A much better alternative to conglomerate big box stores that could care less about their customers or employees. Also, it was one of the only places open right after Hurricane Ida.

We picked up a sack of crawfish for Good Friday. 1st who considers a 27# a normal size? When they ask how many sacks you say 1 assuming they will be 34-38 # like all other places you get crawfish from! Second we get them to Grand Isle … they stink like crazy. Open sack 3/4th of sack is dead! Literally a 5 gallon bucket dead. Call and speak to manager they tell me to bring the dead crawfish back and they will refund the difference to me. So I guess I should tell my guest … sorry each person gets 10 crawfish since Rouses sold me dead crawfish. Or wait an a few hours so I can drive up wait in line again to get more bad service and then come home to boil them. Manager was not helpful… I will never stop or get any food from here again.

For years I've liked and shopped Rouses, however they need to definitely need to make some changes at the meat department at their Larose store. I went to take advantage of the brisket that was on sale and there was No selection, there was only one out and when I asked if they had others I was told that they're all the same. I know they're not cloning beef so I know better. Anyway untill the Cut Off stroke is reopened I'll be going elsewhere for my meat.

Very clean and friendly store. I truly can't say enough about the gentleman who works in the deli department, he was extremely courteous and displayed customer service unlike I haven't seen in quite sometime. Very refreshing! I wished I lived in that area, because I would shop there all the time.

This store is a great place to shop. They had great deals on meats yesterday and it was not crowded like Walmart always is. The cashiers are so nice and ask if you need any assistance. I'm very impressed with this store.

This is our typical grocery shopping place but it’s super convenient clean and full of all the stuff we need.The staff is always friendly and there is a wide variety of things you can get here.They offer your typical grocery store services along with a full home cooked style lunch spread and sushi. They even have table and chairs outside for you to eat.Solid beer selection that is ever improving and Lady of the Sea pharmacy is located right inside so you can shop while you get a prescription filled.

Love the deli, bakery, and meat counter. Their meat counter is always full of beautiful, reasonably priced meat. And, their pre assembled meats (like stuffed pork chops or chicken breasts or stuffed and bacon wrapped jalapeños. Nicely designed. Great selection. They tend to be a bit pricey nonetheless.

They have a very good selection. They have some unique cuts of meat that you won't find at the big box stores. Their produce is much nicer as well.

We shop this Frank's supermarket on our way down to our fishing camp in Grand Isle la. This store is super clean and always stocked with the items we need. The staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable about there items in their store. Can't wait to shop this store soon on our next trip to the camp.

They are awesome reopening just a couple days after Ida made landfall allowing the lower bayou area access to much needed food and most especially water. God bless you

I am always disappointed with Rouses deli. I was told tonight that they are not allowed to do shredded meat at this time. This is not the first time I was told this. I have been using Walmart Deli for this reason. She came out of the Deli to find me prepackaged meat. If I wanted prepackaged meat I would not go to the Deli. Come on people with the entire 🌎 going to self service we have to do better with customer service. You are going to NOT work yourself out of a job.

Clean and we'll stocked. You can find great deals on their 5 for $25 sales. Giving 3 stars because although the 5 for $25 is a good deal their daily prices on everything else is quite high.

Frank's supermarket is an awesome food market. They have everything people could need. Their meats are always fresh.the produce is also fresh they have very good sales on everything in the store for people to shop and save.

The reason for the score is because I got some bad. Chicken. It was rancid. I called. To tell them and the young man i spoke to was kinda rude and told me to bring it back. If you ever smelled bad chicken u know why i didnt. I told him i didn't want my money back at the start of out conversation.. He never asked my name or apologized. I have been in customer service for 30 yrs.and that's the first thing u learn

Would love to see more produce where the bar code starts with a 7 or 9....void #8. Also more of an Asian Dept...miso paste, seaweed, etc. Loved my experience and embrace the changes

Would of given more stars but if you Google search rouses there's two near me one is closed until further notice and the other says it closes at seven but. Really it closes at six wasted time and gas time I have but gas is expensive and hard to come by therefore one star..

Prices outrageous.This is the second time in a week i buy something on sale and it doesn't mark at the register. Sad but i will have to watch every item as they ring it up to make sure it's the right price.
