This store will not recognize Veteran discounts even when Veterans Day is observed. Other TS stores locally do. Being a Veteran I will take my business to someone who appreciates the sacrifices and hard work of our men and women in uniform.

Terrible customer service, a black lady was angry because she didn't want them to dirty the floor she was cleaning, she didn't let me see what they were looking for, then I went to the cashier to pay and lasted more than 19 minutes screaming and saying that she was ready to pay and a cashier never came to collect. 😔

Today a wonderful thing happened. My daughter works at TS and has told most of her coworkers that I have cancer. While I was checking out my daughter was there with me but Nathaniel was my cashier. He asked if I was Megan's mom and I said yes. He was so nice and paid for my order from his own money. I was so shocked and moved. I gave him a hug and told him thank you and how I appreciated his kindness 💗. The other few employees I've met there have all been friendly but Nathaniel takes the cake!! Thank you Nathaniel and to my daughter Megan. This is a great store!TS. Power Centre, Lake Charles La.

I'm not sure if she's the store manager, or a shift lead, but who ever she is, she's awesome. I wish I could remember her name. Every project I have, she's there to offer her perspective and she's always in a good mood. I'll never forget the time my 1yr was fussy and my 8yr old was hungry (making for one stressed mom) and this manager was so kind to me and my kids, helped me load up my items, waited patiently while I delt with my rowdy kids, and it's just customer service beyond expectations. I'd much rather come here than anywhere else. Heaven help other chain stores, and my bank account, if Tractor Supply ever starts selling groceries or art/project supplies. Lol.

Went to the checkout at Tractor Supply to purchase chicken feed and songbird feed at this really great price. While I specifically went to Tractor Supply for the feed, I perused the store and found many great sales, bargains, and discounts. It's really cool in there.

Shame on you Lake Charles Tractor Supply for turning customers away looking to get propane. It's 47° at 3:30 pm. Think how cold its going to be tonight! You lost a loyal customer. I came here from out of town to help you rebuild the state of Louisiana and you spit in my face by not filling my propane tanks. You said it was raining when in fact it was a very light inconsistent drizzle. You all should be ashamed of yourselves and the rude lady who I asked politely for propane, only to be rudely told they don't fill in the rain, should be fired! Thank you Lake Arthur Butane for filling my tanks. You now have a loyal customer.
