My 14wk old Frenchie would have lost her eye due to an ulcer if it were not for the staff getting me in so quickly to see Dr. Chang! Dr. Chang is simply amazing! I give him all the credit to saving my baby’s eye! Extremely knowledgeable, very personable and takes the time to make sure you understand everything that has happened, is happening and what to expect.

I use PLAH for my pets and have formany years! The kindness and compassion shown to my pets and me are so appreciated.I brought my precious kitty there a few days ago for her annual shots and tests and shave/bath. The cost is very reasonable and I’m so glad my pets go to such a wonderful group!

I took my brother’s dog and before I brought him my brother called for prices (this where we have always taken him). They told him around $235.00. But every time you go there it is ALWAYS MORE. This time to the tune of $292.00. If you can’t give your prices correct I don’t need to give you my money. This shots are standard in your computer, heck the pool peoplecan look up exact prices why can’t you! ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATED!!!!

For over 20 years Dr Farr has been taking awesome care of my fur babies! Along with Dr Farr now is Dr Chang too and with all their great staff we have received nothing but the greatest of care! From Newton, Archie, Keekee and Bitty, we couldn’t ask for better health care. Always honest, always willing to answer and explain things, very caring! The good with the sad, they walk with us through our journeys! I highly recommend them if this is the level of care you are looking for! Thank y’all for everything!

My dog ​​coughed and vomited for a week, and it took three days for the doctor to get a seat, but he was in pain all the time, so that our whole family was worried that he couldn't sleep well, but today I was lucky to get it at this clinic In order to see the doctor in time, I also met the best staff. Everyone of the staff greets every guest with a sincere smile. Even though my dog ​​urinates twice on different chairs and on the floor, he is not dismissed. After a quick diagnosis by the doctor, it was confirmed that the dog was just a bacterial infection, and our family can finally sleep well...Thank you! grateful! grateful!

took my dog for a checkup on his boogery eyes , they charged me 30 dollars for one singular drop on eyedrops. among 300 dollars just to tell me he had an infection, and 5 pills of medication. He is now dead, rip

The vet and assistants are very welcoming and thorough. The vet is really good at explaining the what's and why's behind his questions, your questions, the procedures, and treatments. I always leave with the peace of mind that my cat will be feeling much better after seeing them. :)

The best vet office I have ever been too. All three of my dogs go here and I have never had an issue. They’ve seen me the same day when I have an emergency. Always wanting to help and always making you feel welcomed. Great staff. Affordable. Highly recommend!

Been seeing dr Farr for the last 20 years and just started seeing dr Chang. I love both doctors, the entire staff is exceptionally friendly. Today I called at 4pm and said I need to come in right now I can be there in 30 min. They waited for me to get there and took us straight back. Dr Chang made sure we had everything we needed for at home with our kittens. Gave very detailed instructions for at home care. When my cat had to be put down last month, I received a hand written note from each vet. I do encourage everyone to bring your babies here. It’s just just a job, they do have the heart and passion to care for pets and owners.

Dr. Farr and Dr. Chang are the best and most caring doctors in town. They love our dogs and treat them so well. They have seen all of our dogs and when we lost two of them this past summer they were so caring and comforting. Their staff is great too. Mary and Kathy are too notch!! Great place!!

I LOVE these guys! Dr Farr and Dr Chang take excellent care of my 6 dogs. I have been a client for over 16 years and would not take my four legged family members anywhere else! My grand-dogs go here too!The staff is top of the line. I get post cards or calls reminding me that shots are due. They call to check to my pet if they are sick or had a procedure, that extra touch means so much. I know my dogs are well loved when I drop them off for baths, grooming or care! Your pets deserve nothing less the Dr Farr and Dr Chang!

My furry family has been with them for years! George, Ranger, and Rocky it was, but now it's George, Ranger, and Bella our Lil girl rescue. We have NEVER had such great people looking over our furry family and actually helped even bringing them in and out the office to our truck. Then, we now live in Texas, YET, we will still at times drive to them just to have a spa day treat!!! They also give such amazing baths, and check out their bodies, as they are bathed. WOW, What great people @ Prien-Lake-Animal-Hospital!! WE MISS YA ALL
