Came here for a bird for our daughter and the place it's self is welcoming and the animals are all so sweet we found our pickles and couldn't be happier to have gotten this sweet bird from these awesome people.... definitely recommend

They have a nice store now, however I assume that they are focused on selling birds rather than anything else. They had I snake, 1 gecko, 3 kittens, about 10 bunnies, rats and mice, hamsters, and lots of birds. Wish that they have a of a variety of animals like ferrets and what bit but still a good buissiness.

Bought our ferrets from Misha's and have loved them for years. Friendly knowledgeable staff who will spend a ton of time helping you with anything you have questions about.

The employees are super nice and helpful at Misha's. They have a wonderful selection of birds with colors that they don't normally carry at chain pet stores, and they have more bird toys and treats than I can find anywhere else. I love Misha's and I would definitely recommend them for all your birdie needs.

My family and I have been going to Misha's for years. I have always enjoyed it until the other day. I was looking for a net for my birds cage they had an older lady working. She was so rude when I asked any questions. She would just give a short NO I don't have it. They also had a sign about baby parrots no description about any kind. So I asked how much were they selling them for she answered so ugly like I was bothering her. I won't be shopping there anymore.

Amazing place full of happy birds, bunnies, cats, fish and other cute unique creatures. Plus everything needed to keep them happy at home. And a dog wash, for those muddy days!

They have animals such as bunnies, birds (parakeets, cockatiels) geckos, maybe a few snakes, but nothing great. I believe I saw a few kittens also. It isn’t as wonderful as it was before the hurricane. If you’re looking for pet supplies, they sell those also. I don’t know much about their washing service however.

Best place to get a dwarf hamster. They take really good care of them and get them used to human contact prior to you buying them. Made for an easy transition for my Russian dwarf hamster as she's already used to human handling. Nice and friendly staff as well. Really great pet store. 10/10

We love Misha’s pets...We have recently adopted a bearded dragon from a family member. We went once to Petco to get worms. I wasn’t happy with Petco and decided to try a new pet store. I am so happy I did and will only do business with Misha’s when it comes to my scaly baby. The owner is a wonderful lady as well as her staff. I wish I could give it 10 stars.

I love bringing my babies in for a visit and they have such cute animals and things for your loved pet! The self serve wash is a little confusing though because I thought I’d be washing my pet but it’s kinda like a grooming. They wash your pet and you come back and get them. Very nice washing station though! The main lady that takes care of all the pets is so friendly and knows so much about them.

I give this place a 2 star because not only did my partner and I get no help at all, the owner or worker was on her phone and pointed us to where we needed... did not walk with us or tell us anything. The place was dirty . Feces was all over the cages. The only thing that caught my eye was a beautiful colorful bird that was very friendly. Other than this , I don't recommend this place to anyone unless cleaned THROUGHLY and there is better customer service. I , myself, have worked in customer service for years. I was very disappointed.Also, let me add that someone called the store and the lady told them they weren't hiring.. they need to hire someone to clean that dirty place. Honest truth.

I just absolutely love Misha's pets. The staff is delightful and you can find all kinds of stuff. My only negative comment is that they sell critter trail habitats. These specific cages are not suitable for hamsters or mice by itself. In order to get the correct dimensions of uninterrupted space for your pet. You need to have a bigger cage or construct a bin in cage. Which isn't hard. I've done it plenty of times. Please provide information about how these are not to be used as primary homes for critters.

I love this place! I bring my fur baby in with me and we pick out his food and whatever else he needs. Very friendly and helpful. There's quite of a selection and I think the location is really good. I don't go anywhere else :)

While I have only had my baby quaker for a day I can tell that they had a wonderful upbringing and exposure to many things. Ollie has a lot of confidence and adjusts easily to new environments. I wouldn't hesitate getting another bird from Misha's.

We called to tell them we needed a feeder mice as they were about to close and they stayed open for us and had the mice boxed and ready to go. We have been back since and will be in every week from here on out due to a great first experience.

Usually I have no issues at all with mishas pet. Until today 8/10/18. I go into the store like I do every other week (been like this for a couple years now.) Oh I'm not scared to use this person's name (KIM) I didn't get a hi how are you, how may I help you, nothing. I knew what I wanted the moment I headed to the store lmao. Instead she continuously talked to this other consumer while looking at me standing there waiting. They were just talking about every day things he already got the answer he was looking for may I add. I walk around looking thinking well maybe she will ask but nope still the same thing she running her mouth instead of helping or asking if I needed help. So I walk out the store. This KIM woman needs to be replaced asap if all she can do is run her mouth instead of helping customers.

As full time RVers we were needing a place 2 bathe are fluffies. Been calling around in the places we've been trying to find a self serve dog wash that will accommodate are Newfies. Finally found Misha's. Only 1 wash bay but it fit my fluffies, 1 @ a time, well & the height was perfect for my back. Dog blower was great! Store owner was very nice. Glad we found it 😁

I give this place 2 stars. It was dirty, and poorly maintained. They sold me a betta with fin rot, and I didn't notice it until the condition got worse. Thanks to medicine, it was cured. The place stunk very bad. "Oh, but it's a pet store, of course it won't smell like roses." I know, but it shouldn't smell so horrible that I have to put my shirt over my nose. The staff was a little rude, she had a little attitude with me when I commented on the water the poor bettas were living in. The water had feces on the bottom, and was VERY cloudy. I tried to be nice about it. Bettas that live in cups those size should be cleaned DAILY until they get a forever home. But then, cleaning it out every day would stress the fish out and have potential of dying. Anyway, they didn't even bother to educate me very much about my animal. Although pet store help is not accurate, they could have at least tried. I know all about bettas now, but future people that buy those fish 90 percent of the time WON'T know. When I asked where the food was, they just pointed and didn't walk with us like Petco would. Hmph. So good for "Great service".

When traveling in a motorhome for long trips it is always nice to find a place to help keep our Shelties clean - Misha's was a gem.Clean, interesting store with a variety of healthy looking animals, and the gal that helped us (I apologize for forgetting her name!) was very nice, from the phone call confirming the dog wash was available through the whole visit - not overbearing but checking in to make sure things were going well and that we did not need anything.She even told us about a nic park to walk our dogs in and a local dog park that was close by.There is only one dog wash bay, so calling ahead will make your visit go smoothly.They were so accomodating, I had two Shelties with me and only had time to wash one that day due to our schedule and the employee graciously set up a barrier to keep the 2nd pup in the wash area with me so hubby could do some shopping at the grocery storeand the pup would not have to stay in the car alone.Just a great visit overall.

Another one of my son's favorite places. There's tortoises, snakes, ferrets, kittens, bunnies, mice, gerbils, rats, puppies, birds, fish, and food and accessories for all. They also have a dog wash area where you can bathe them. The owner is so nice and sometimes her awesome goldendoodle "Summit" is there.
