I live on Toledo Bend Lake, on the Louisiana side. I came to visit for a few days with my sister and her family. She asked me to do a little grocery shopping for her so I came to your store. I had never been to a Spring Market store before, but my sister tells me it is a part of Brookshire Bros. Stores(?).I have to say that I LOVE! this store!Customer Service is through the roof! On the scale of 1-10, 10 being the best, I’d give this store a 20!…The isles are so easy to maneuver. Everything is organized so neatly. Everything is brought to the front for easy access for your customers.Your stocking crew were very polite and helpful, bringing me to the items I couldn’t find.Your checkout clerks get a score of 20 on the scale of 1-10!Now, I want to brag on your community…I spoke with three different ladies who happened to be shopping in the area I was in. I asked them questions about your store and they too said your store was the best thing to happen in their community. They were very knowledgeable about where some items I was looking for were. One even share that she always goes to the discounted items and produce area because she was on a tight budget. The savings she made doing this was a life saver for her.I know if we had a store like this where I live, I would never have to leave the Lake to buy groceries.The “ONLY” thing I could suggest that would make this store any sweeter is if you had electric buggies for us older customers. Your sweet clerks saw I was not feeling well and went over and above to help me. Customers who have health issues have a hard time going to the store because they can’t walk the isles. Electric buggies would make a world of difference.Please KNOW that you have outstanding employees. They, and your store make a big difference in your community.

Love coming here! Every time I travel here from out of town I make it my mission to try and shop here if possible. Prices are great and store is so nicely organized and very clean, I love it!

Bought this deal at Spring Market 3for $9.00,only to get home and there all flat, BTW (not the first time this has happened) they have a lot of expire food and drinks in their store SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK

Great little community market. Actually faster and cheaper than so called convenience stores nearby. Prices are fair for a small grocery store. They have gas pumps with competitive prices. The staff has always been nice and helpful. Produce section is a little weak so lost a star there. But we will be back.

It's quite nice to see a store of this caliber out in this area. It's nice to be able to get great groceries and odds and ends without having to go all the way to Wal Mart. The store is clean and organized and staff were courteous.

Spring Market is still the best grocery store in Lake Arthur. They're rarely out of anything and their Brookshire brand stuff is pretty decent too.

Very convenient place to drop in for small items rather than running out of town to Walmart. Prices are not bad either. Not as much variety especially in the meat department as market basket though.

I liked this place be cuz prices were very acceptable. But they didn't have my brand cigarettes and I like getting everything in one place. Love the shopping experience tho.
