Ordered online and they had everything ready to go in a cart for me. I was in and out in less than a minute. I have no complaints when I go anyway so, yeah, good place for pet stuff. Definitely has more to offer than Petco. That place is waayyyy too small.

My 4 month old cocker spaniel, Mabel, had her first spa day (grooming) with Hailey today. Great experience. Wonderful price. Hailey was so gentle, sweet and genuinely concerned about making this a good experience for Mabel. Even with this being a busy Saturday, she took the time to ensure that we were both taken care of. And, Mabel is BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you so much Hailey. ❤️

Wish I could give zero stars. Have been a customer of this store for over three years and PetSmart for over 20. Booked an appointment for grooming and they did not complete the ear cleaning or the nail grind (new girl said my dog wouldn’t let her. Have gotten nail grinds with this dog for 12 years and never a problem). Was frustrated but asked to not pay full price since they didn’t compete all the services. What was the answer? No. Will never shop at a PetSmart again. I always try to shop local to support local retail, but Amazon is cheaper. Will do all my business with them going forward.

Every time we're on that side Lafayette in the morning breakfast at Hub City diner is a must. The servers go that extra mile to make you feel welcome. And the food is down-to-earth excellent. I never leave there hungry or disappointed.

Went to exchange a bag dog food($100 btw) I ordered from petsmart online. When I got there, the lady at the register told me she couldn't pull up the order without a physical receipt. I checked out as a guest, so it wasn't linked to my phone number. I showed her the order number, and she told me there was nothing she could do. I then called customer service who in fact told me they could have done a no recipet exchange. I went to the other pet smart down the road, and the guy did the exchange without any hassle. Super annoying 😑Shout out to the petsmart on ambassador though! They had great customer service 👏🏾 !

The Johnson Street location was a very large, very clean and very well organized store. The associates were kind and helpful so that way I could find everything I needed for my pet.

Me and my family went in here to get somethings for our new puppy we just purchased the workers were very helpful. They also explained the products to us. Highly recommend petsmart for your pets needs 😊

This is such a adventurous environment to visit. Family and pet friendly. Very nice and clean. Store well kept up. It's like as soon as I walked in I just walked to walk through the whole entire store and just look in every section. Not to mention how super friendly the staff is. Everyone was so nice and eager to help at any time. Definitely a store I luv visiting with family and my fur grandbabies💖

Thrice they have sold me a reptile light that burns out prematurely causing me to make several trips to buy failing bulbs from them. Today, I tried a new light brand, and was discouraged to hear “yeah that brand gets returned to us a lot”. What the heck? Why did you sell me three of those? Why do you continue to sell junk merchandise?

I paid $70 for my 10 pound dog to get a bath and take a little bit off his coat. Looked like they did not cut anything from his hair , looks like they took a vacuum to his hair and made it puffy. They only made his face look better. I also had to pay before I even got to see what his hair looked like. & I couldn’t even get my own dog , that I take care of & pay for everything he needs just bc I am 17, but they let me sign the paper. Was just a very easy time to get my cat Zeus's purscription food that he needs and the associates were very helpful in helping me with the detials of aquiring the proper vet info that was needed and I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes or less very fast turnaround that involved the Vet Clinic there as well so great job guy very much appreciated for sure

I do not understand why it is so hard to adopt a pet! Those 2 cats were amazing! Yet.. you have to fill out an application online and wait before being contacted and then maybe you might get one.. maybe.. meanwhile the poor cats are just stuck in a cage being fooled with by strangers and not going to a loving home! Just not fair to those cats! But.. other than that.. the workers were nice and the store was clean and awesome! I just disagree with their adoption ways..

Out of medication for my dog, and her vet was out of town for the Easter holiday. The vet at PetSmart was able to see my dog and fill her medication. Very nice experience.

The banfield hospital is very knowledgeable and the staff is very friendly. This petsmart has pretty much everything you need to take care of all pets! Nuggies says thanks too!
