I'm in here at least once a month and my pup always demands a "ride-a-long" when I visit. I could not quiet give them 5 stars since they are a little smaller than other PetSmart's around the country I have visited which results in a smaller selection of products. However their staff is A+.

The staff was beyond helpful with our new kitten. We "got" a malnourished underage kitten and the staff was able to help us find the right equipment needed to help our little fur baby and he is now thriving.

Not pleased. My dogs whiskers were trimmed on one side & his nails are uneven...some look like they weren't ground at all. He did not have a fresh bathed smell & she took too much hair off around his head.Wasn't going to say anything, but when I saw the missing whiskers, I had to.Very dissatisfied.

Easily found everything I was looking for for my dog and cat, from food and treats to toys and harnesses. I was greeted by the sales associate when I entered the store, and she cheerfully answered questions about something I was purchasing during check out. I thoroughly enjoyed the shopping experience and will return regularly.

Took my dog to get groomed for the third time. The first appointment I wasn't sure about the length so went with what the groomer recommended. The cut was a little to long and very uneven. Second time asked for it to be cut a little shorter and was fine. This third time I wanted the girl to cut the hair around my dogs collar short enough so I was able to see the collar. She didn't seem to understand what I meant. When I tried to explain that I just wanted a little shorter around his neck than before, she still didn't understand and got upset and got someone else to talk to us.The new girl said that last time I was here I didn't have it cut that short around his neck. I explained that I wanted it shorter this time, but she still didn't understand. She then said that the girl was to upset now to be able to cut my dogs hair and refused to do my appointment. Which worked out just fine for my dog who was crying thinking I was going to leave him there. Just to point out my dog never crys when taken anywhere, he is well trained as his previous owner was a dog trainer.Makes you think what they do to your dog. I will never return or recommended any of their services.

I thought of this place first for my dog’s haircut and I can honestly say I will never be going here again… first things first I had a family member bring in a beautiful puppy looking for a groomer to trim him and his nails and I ended up getting a shaved rat with an uneven haircut. How can you call yourself a groomer when you can’t even cut a dog's hair STRAIGHT and whoever cut his hair didn’t do a cut job around his face, it’s still really long. What’s even worse is they left actual BALD SPOTS ON MY FREAKING DOG!!! Just when I thought things couldn’t possibly get worse than that they did.. whoever cut my dog's hair also left him bleeding by cutting his nuts and didn’t tell me, I found out when I got home and he was whining, scratching, and licking himself. Safe to say I will never go to this place again!

Staff was friendly, but nothing in the way of clothing or jackets for any type of small dog unless my Uncle wanted to put girl clothes on his new small dog Frankie? Yeah, they both said no!Looks like we'll stick to shopping online where you have a WIDER selection and basically any price amount your willing to pay for your pet! Mine loved Gucci, Polo & Tommy Hilfiger but that's expected!

Went in this morning not knowing what to expect. Was looking for my dogs food because a lot of other places are out and when I couldn’t find exactly what I needed and asked for help the guy was more than happy to give me the assistance I needed and at checkout the lady was extremely nice! Overall a great place to shop!

I've bought beautiful fish from them before, but 2 small guppys from their store gave more whole tank the WORST ICK INFECTION I have ever seen. My tank was functioning perfectly before hand and then the fish were COVERED in white spots. I had some beautiful expensive exotic fish that didn't survive the treatment/disease all from two $3 guppies.. they are beautiful fish reasonably priced, but it was terrible.. I will never buy fish from there again unfortunately.

Cashier didn't want to be there and didn't want to help me. Asking a simple question of whether or not I can run a card as credit was too much for her to even provide a helpful answer. After asking multiple times another cashier told me the steps I needed to take to get the card to run as credit.

Mess up my appt. then claimed it was my fault! Groomer was rude! Second time they did a terrible job on my dog!! Cut was uneven on ears and face! Eyes stained and not cleaned at all! Dremel nails and charged after I asked not to! Will not return!! $65 to groom a 5 pound dog!!

Apparently our furbaby has refined taste. Her favorite food was sold out. For 3-4 pounds of spoiled rotteness she is picky. Got a little something different, she has eat some. Hopefully she will finish the package by the time her regular food arrives.

I love going here to find new foods and treats for my dogs and my cat! I can never run in and run out! I'm always in there for at least an hour or so! Never had a problem with not being able to get what I went there for in the first place!
