Bought my dog in for a bath, trim and brush. Got him back cut to the skin. I was not notified that he would be cut like that. Was also charged a long hair dog fee, even though he’s a poodle mix and doesn’t have long hair. I was overall disappointed with the lack of communication and the misc charges that were set after.

When I came in, I was told that it would take them until 4pm to get my dog groomed, my appointment was 11:30. I rearranged plans and was called at 1:30 pm that she was done. I paid before getting or seeing my dog asked if I wanted to tip!! I could have done a better job myself!!! They didn't trim her as I wanted and didn't shave between "toes" or trim up paws. I will never go back there again!!!

The groomer cut my dog very short like a poodle. She’s a Maltese and under 6 mths so it will mess up her undercoat. She also shaved her bottom way too much and my dog has been irritated and dragging her bottom across the floor for days! Never again!

Easy scheduling, good text and email reminders. The groomer did a very nice job on our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Roux. He smells great, his coat is clean and soft, and his toenails are very smooth!

The entire staff at Petco is always kind, courteous, and helpful. Babs always does an excellent job grooming Sammie, and she cares for her as if she were her own.

This Petco is a great place to bring my dog Archie. Ms. Babs does a great job grooming him. Also, its wonderful having my vet at the same location. I enjoy being a member of PETCO vital care.

The staff there is so friendly and amazing, honestly I was surprised at how quick my dog accepted them. I have a huge almost 100 pound lab and I know it probably wasn’t the easiest to deal with him but the staff did a really great job on his first grooming experience. We will definitely be back!

I was really upset that they cut ALL my dogs hair off even though I expressed to one of the groomers that I did not want that. I even showed her the length I wanted on her chart . But other than that they were really nice people and Blair loved them . We even got her first collar from there .❤️

Never going to this Petco location ever again. Told me it will take 3-4 hours to cut my 4 months old puppy’s hair and when I went there after 4 hours my scared puppy was there untouched. They didn’t even start cutting his hair because they decided to take one of their known customers and made my puppy suffer for 4 hours. All the manager Morgan had to say was sir, I can only offer you an apology. Did not even try to convince me to stay. If I wouldn’t have went there after 4 hours, it would have taken them 5-6 hours? I booked my puppies appointment for next day at Petsmart. They should have considered my puppies age and treated him accordingly. Very poorly manager location and poor customer service.

They were patient with me when I forgot to bring the required shot records and helped me reach the vet (two different ones!) so they could email the records to my phone so they could see the required info. I was quite impressed.
