I rarely go inside. I mainly buy my dog food here and do curbside pick-up because Petco carries the larger size bags of the Pro-Plan. My Pitbull has allergies and has to have the sensitive skin and stomach with salmon.Petco has the 33 or 35 lb bags where Petsmart only carries the 20-something lb bag.

Its really just a gamble with this place, I had bought two female rats from here and 4 days latter one died, the other one died within a week, I currently have a new rat from here goning on a month strong. Be aware of respiratory issues when you buy a rat from here.

The dog food that I usually buy was moved and when I asked the employee if they had moved it, he remembered me and showed me exactly where the food was moved! This was amazing! Then I bought the wrong dog food and immediately went back in to get the correct one and the register clerk was very helpful! I love the employees at Petco!

No one to help me in the aquarium department and then wanted to charge me 10 cents for a bag!!!!!! I joined the aquarium membership club but will be canceling that and going to Petsmart from now on. The 10 cents for.the bag did it. No one to help me wasn't that bad, it happened before, but seriously, the bag was ridiculous!

We shop here regularly for our 2 pit bulls, 2 cats and our bearded dragon. They offer a variety of sizes of worms for our beardie and our dogs loves the cookie selection.

The staff was impressive. I went in looking for a dog to adopt. The associate took her time to talk to me about sanitizer and cleaning products that were safe for my new puppy to be around. I had no idea that Lysol and some essential oils and fragrances we're incredibly harmful to our new addition. She recommend some products to keep our home safe.

The groomers here are so wonderful!! My Baby came home looking and feeling herself. The ladies listened and followed exactly what I wanted for her haircut and she smells so good! The de-shedding treatment is also a MUST.Would absolutely recommend having your pet potty before check-in and picking them up immediately when they're done to avoid any messes.

Staff was helpful if convenient and if not needed to come out from behind the counter. And the discount rack is always full of regular priced items or no tags or prices at all. The last 3 times ive been i had to ask for prices and seemed to aggravate the employee every time. 2 out of 3 the answer was that's not supposed to be there. Didn't find that there are very many different brands or products to choose from other than the basics. I would refer others to shop there and build was clean well stocked and organized. Im just finding more and more stores aren't spending very much time training in customer service. You know, even if you are bothered by the customer fake a smile and be helpful they generate your paycheck. They aren't always right but we can do our best to pretend

Another update (I should start dating these visits): This location is laughable at this point. I came in this time after ordering through the app and the two young ladies at the front had no clue and order even came through. They checked the device after I came in and said "Oh...let me go get that" Are you kidding me? At this time I proceeded to follow her to get my own bags and found EACH ONE FOR HER bc she didn't know what she was looking for. I should get paid to work their at this point. I think I'm about done with this location. Also I recently found out Petsmart is now carrying the specialty brand I need so...I may just have to start going there.UPDATE: I tried again and they still got it wrong. I was promised a 10th bag of food FREE, I didn't get it but they took my rewards for that bag. I reported and I was given credit that i was NOT TOLD would expire in 30 days. I attempted to use them and they were gone so i had to pay full price again. I reported again and this time I was told my points expired and that they would only credit half. So they messed up and I have to pay the price...got it. I'll be looking for another place to shop for my dogs food. 4 dogs! unbelievable!Previous review:The employees would rather play on their phone than assist you. Ordered online 3 times now and 2 of them were missing items. App is also a joke. About the only good thing is they give you points for buying overpriced dog food. 10th bag free (not exactly) its only up to $58, which the brands I buy are much more expensive.

This is a wonderful and iconic eatery that has been around for decades oh, and I sincerely hope that it will be around for more. Lots of seating, fun atmosphere, extremely good food, great service, genuinely nice people oh, and although the original owner is retiring, the person who took it over has been with him for nearly the entire time that the place has been open. It is a family spot that we have enjoyed with family, friends, and a gathering of God children and other kids, quite happily every single time.

Went in for dog training with Tiffany. Tiffany did a great job with the basic commands since this was the first class for the dog. Training was clear concise and appropriate for the first class. Can't wait for more classes.

beau was SO helpful and kind when i asked him about issues i was having with my fish yesterday. from the moment i asked him if he could help me to when we were done talking, he was upbeat, attentive, and helpful regarding my issues. my fish ended up getting a lot better through the night and is completely back to normal.
