I don’t even know where to start on how amazing Mrs Leslie is with my dog Kaia. She goes above and beyond taking care of her. Also Dr Molly and Dr Liz and her staff on the clinic side are incredible. My dog Kaia was seriously mistreated by her former owner and since the day I brought her to Petco they have treated her with such love that I am truly in awe of them. Thank you for everything that you do for her, and thank you for loving her like your own.

I went into the store for the first time today. I have a Blue and Gold Macaw and we’re traveling with her. We were so fortunate to meet Angie in the store and she was absolutely amazing! She added that personal touch to our shopping experience and helped me find the items I needed for our baby Macaw. The store was extremely clean and did not even smell like a pet store! Angie truly impressed us and she was such a joy to meet! We will be coming back through and will definitely stop in to see her! Thank you Angie for being Amazing!

Checking into grooming appointment was fine, workers were nice. Grooming took close to 5 hours to find they never cleaned my dogs ears, didn't trim around his feet or toepads. Essentially 5 hours for them to bathe him and trim his nails. Called the following day regarding the grooming and the worker on the phone seemed very uninterested in hearing about the situation and stand-offish after telling them I would not be returning to their services with my puppy.

Not a big selection of animals, though they looked healthy. The staff was pretty helpful with the exception of one gentleman who refused to help find a reptile thermometer.

honestly the worst experience i’ve ever had at any petco. i’ve been going to this location specifically for 2 years and every month i get the same thing. i do an online order for 2 bags of dog food and go in and pick it up. i have never once had a problem with this. today i went to pick up my order and the manger was checking me out and asked to see my ID. i am trans and explained that my name on my id doesn’t match the name on my account because i haven’t been able to legally change it. he proceeded to tell me that i could have chose to put my name on the petco app and bc i didn’t he couldn’t give me my order. again, ive been coming here for 2 years and no one has ever ask me for my id or given me any trouble. the managers name is jakob, i know there aren’t many trans people that live in my area but if you are do not give your business to this location. the petco on settlers trace is queer friendly and amazingly staffed.

They were GREAT my Little Little, hates getting her nails done and thinks we're trying to inflict horrible acts of pain to her. So one lady held her while the other Lady did her nails 🤣 yep Miss Little had BIG attitude but her Nails are done and I'm A Happy Mama!!!

Each appointment my dog has had Babs and other staff have all been very professional, kind and the grooming well done. My dog Grace loves(runs in the door) her grooming time! I feel very secure in leaving Grace for her appointments.

Absolutely love going to this store. I recently adopted a ferret from there. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. They have a lot of different options for medication food and toys.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a parrot from them and it died 32 days later. Vet said the bird was sick when they sold it but birds don’t show their sickness bc they don’t wanna get kicked outta the nest. So they hide it till they die. Manager refuses to give me any money back. So I’m out $500 and it may have gotten my other parrot sick. I spend a lot of money at pet co on animal food and toys etc. but I refuse to spend another penny here! Manager said the only thing they can do for me is dispose of the bird!

I was told that the $51 grooming fee was for labor only and charged an additional $10 for shaving, scissoring, and brushing when my dog’s fur was not matted. I was also charged an additional $5.99 for materials. I can live with the materials charge but adamantly am protesting the additional $10 charge. Charges should be clearly specified online.

Wouldn't give one star if I could leave a review without it. I made an appointment to have my dog groomed, on the website it asks about any health problems. I checked seizures and gave name of medication she took. I get a confirmation email, text and 2 phone calls prior to getting to the store for the grooming appointment. When checking in, the girl tells me as Petco policy they can't groom my dog because she is on medication for seizures. WTH??? Why was that an option for making the appointment. If you can't see the dogs, say that when customers are making the appointment. Won't be back to another Petco.
