I was scared when i dropped Smokey off. His head had burn marks from the last place.I was so WONDERFULLY SURPRISED.They did an amazing job and followed my directions on what I wanted.I loved his cut.That staff is so awesome and friendly.Smokey wont be going anywhere else.

We have had to board our young doggo now a few times and we are so impressed with Paws and Paw Paws. You can tell they are passionate in their love and care of your canine companions and after his second visit, our dog is completely over his nervousness. You can also stream the play areas and see your pet, which is a good thing since I think we end up missing him more than he is homesick!They do also offer additional grooming services, are great with communication, and the prices are super reasonable.Definitely recommend!

Can't imagine boarding my girls anywhere else! I have two rescue pups and one is very old. I love being able to check up on them via the cameras and when they do daycare, they always come back happy and tired! The owner is very passionate about dogs and her dedication shows through her work and company. ♥️Also, I work for a digital marketing company and feel compelled to let everyone know that it is literally impossible for a business to have negative reviews deleted off of Facebook and Google. It doesn't happen - trust me, I have had a lot of clients ask.

My wife and I switched from Camp Bow Wow to here after our dog came home sick on multiple occasions. Let me just say we LOVE Paws and Paw Paws as well as Paws Midcity! Anakin has learned that he gets to go to daycare every Wednesday and now he whines every Wednesday morning like he’s begging for us to take him lol. The staff at both locations are so professional and you can really tell they care about the dogs. His best friend, Zeus, is a little smaller than him but the staff still accommodate and allow the boys ample time to play without putting anyone’s safety in jeopardy. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

I have been bringing my dog, Scottie, here for daycare for the past few days. He has come home every day with his tail wagging and absolutely exhausted from a long day of play. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. I’m very pleased so far with their service, and I think Scottie is, too.

Not only did our standard poodle come home with one of the best haircuts he's ever had (in record time), but he came home completely happy and exhausted from the daycare services provided before his cut. We had a great experience and will definitely be using Paws & Paw Paws as our go-to from now on.

We travel a lot and are always looking for a day care for our Havanese dog. We looked at reviews and this place rated well….plus, it was close to our destination for the day. I emailed the vaccination papers up front and registered online so when I showed up, the check in was easy. The office is a little loud, probably because of the hard walls and ceiling. Nice young man came and took our Katie in his arms and back into the pet area. A nice feature is that they have video feed so, while we’re out and about, I can view Katie and, as usual, she sits in a corner for hours. Not much of a social butterfly. Price was lower than expected. I would come here again.

I do not recommend bringing your dog for a grooming. My puppy is 5 and half months old and went in for his first grooming. I admitted to them at drop I knew my puppy had matting. I saw it for myself but it was normal for a puppy who had adult fur coming in. They asked me what cut I would like for my baby. I told them I wasn’t sure because I knew he had some matting. When I went to pick him up he had been completely shaved. I figured it was normal. (Shaving was not discussed with me at any point. No one called to let me know the situation or informed me of anything at pick up) When my puppy got home and calmed down I really started to notice things that were not normal. There were many random spots my baby had been shaved to the skin. He was not acting like his normal self. He was very reserved and would not even look at me. He is normally a very happy puppy who loves his momma. I immediately contact the owner because I knew something was not right. She blew me off and practically blamed me for the matting. I let her know at this point we would not be returning for another grooming or any service. Later in the night I noticed a dark spot on his balls. I contacted the vet immediately and they let me know he was nicked during grooming. He was placed on a steroid to help it heal which has also caused many issues in itself. Paws and paw paws came highly recommended from many people but the way my puppy was groomed was not a highly recommended groomed. The owner has been very dismissive and rude during the contact I have made. I have talked to many doodle owners since who have had this same experience. My business will now be taken somewhere else and I hope my baby is not traumatized by this experience.

Absolutely amazing place to trust the well being of your furry pal! We were very cautious as we have a very well trained Akita, but she passed their test to be boarded!! Not only did she receive the absolute best service and grooming possible, they made sure the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. I usually recommend vets to board larger animals but would never hesitate to recommend and even cheerlead for this wonder establishment. Thank you Paws and Paw Paws for taking care of my baby girl as if she was your own.

Amazing staff and facility! Everyone at Paws & Paw Paws has always made the drop-off and pick-up of our pup enjoyable. You can tell the staff genuinely likes to work there. My pup loves this place so much that he gets very excited when we pull up to the facility he starts jumping and cheering inside the truck. The facility is always very clean and smells MUCH better than other boarding facilities we've used in the past. We we love the excellent grooming an affordable daycare/boarding.

I have brought my dog, Delta, for both grooming (Midcity) and boarding (Robley). I have been so impressed by the service we have received! Her grooming always looks fantastic, and while she was boarded for 2 nights I never had a single worry. I knew she was in good hands! When I picked her up from her little doggie-cation, she was in such good spirits! I will 100% use Paws again and again.

The only place our girl will go to be boarded when we are out of town. They always take great care of her and she has a blast while we are away. The luxury condos are great and she even has a camera on her in the yard and in her condo. She loves daycare here and always has a super fun day with her friends. Will always recommend Paws & Paw Paws to everyone!

Brodie thoroughly enjoyed his stay this past weekend. Staff was friendly and welcoming. It was his first time at boarding, ever. For an almost 5 year old Miniature Schnauzer, it's definitely an adjustment. I am a super attached "DOG DAD" so having the luxury suite option was AMAZING and gave me piece of mind. I checked in on SUITE 10 probably over 75 times over a 3 day time frame 😂. During his "playtime" with the other pups, the staff was present and attentive at all times. Brodie is super introverted and also a Gemini lol, so you never know how well he will adapt to new environments. Not only will I be back for future boarding needs, I will also share my experience with all my fellow "Dog Mom & Dads" around town. Thanks again Paws for treating Brodie with care. See you all again soon, -Ed

This place is absolutely amazing! My dog (Zeus) loves coming to day care and knows exactly what days he goes because he wakes us up and rushes us out the door. Everyone in there is always super nice and caring and I trust them entirely with my precious pup! There are few people I trust handling my dog, but I don’t have to think twice about dropping him off here. I suggest this place to anyone I know who has a dog that they care about!

So glad this place has opened in Lafayette. All of the services offered are all the BEST!!!! My dog knows immediately where she is going when we turn into the parking lot... she loves Paws and Paw Paws!!!...All dogs are well taken care of and we are never worried when we leave her. Today, I took my pup Chester to Paws Mid City. Hallie did a fantastic  job, making my little Chester look an even more handsome little boy♥️. He was a happy pup when we picked him up, this experience is what any good puppy parent always hope's for, a happy doggie day! This place is AMAZING! I can really tell that they love my pup as much as I do. The owner and ALL of the staff are so kind hearted and take such good care of our fur child! Zeus has been going here for a year and half and we have had ZERO issues or concerns. As a couple who live in an apartment our doggo LOVES the off leash time and we are SO GRATEFUL fo Paws and Paw Paws. We moved to Lafayette for school and are having a hard time considering moving out of the city after graduation purely based on how great doggy daycare is at this place!

Our dog is overjoyed when he gets to go to Paws & PawPaws. The staff is friendly, love our dog as if he were their own, playful with every pet, and well versed in everything canine. The facility is beautiful, never filthy nor ever smells funny or dirty. Our dog never smells after a day of play there, his fur is never dirty, and he is always well-played-out. As working parents of a one-year old puppy, we realize day-play is immeasurably important and we feel safe and happy that we've found such a secure, clean facility with geniunely friendly staff that adores our pup as much as we do.

I brought my two dogs, Dennis and Charly, to Paws and Paw Paws to stay while I went on a last minute vacation before this upcoming school year begins (I am a teacher). When I was getting information on the phone and considering booking, the person I spoke to couldn’t have been nicer! She informed me on all the amenities and prices. I was pleasantly surprised with what my two fur babies would be receiving for the prices of the accommodations. Some places in town, literally, charge $12 for a gourmet dog biscuit to be presented (on a silver platter I guess) to your dog during boarding!! Paws and Paw Paws asks if your dog can have treats and that’s the end of that. Another comparison, is that, depending on the price, some places only let your dog out a certain amount of times a day. At Paws and Paw Paws, the dogs go in and out according to whatever you tell them. With cameras outside, I could also spy on them in the indoor and outdoor play areas while I relaxed on the beach. The luxury room, with cameras, was perfect for my psychotic addiction to my dogs. It was like watching a very boring soap opera that I thoroughly enjoyed! Although, my dogs are very codependent and did not attempt to make new friends🙄. It was nice to see the large dogs and smaller dogs separated. They also accommodated those ‘large dogs who think they are lap dogs.’ It was cute to see a large golden retriever with “dogs his own size.” The staff was even nice enough to humor me when I called twice😳 about “not seeing one of my dogs in the play yard,” and to ask to take their harnesses off. They were so sweet and did it right away. What I’m trying to say, is that I cannot recommend this place enough!!! My dogs were treated great and the price and accommodations are unmatched. Thank you so much, Paws and Paw Paws, for treating Dennis and Charly like your own.

Paws makes the boarding process so easy for the dogs and owners. They take care of updating all shot records for you. One less thing I have to worry about. Our dog loves her visits!

I highly recommend paws. My husband and I had a tour. The building is beautiful. The dogs are separated by size. On the dog playground, workers watch the dogs. My dog is given a bath before pickup time. A great place for over night boarding. The staff is talkative.

I first want to say that they are very honest. When I went to pick up dogs had my one year old grand baby with me and he was all over the place I had took out my wallet and got sidetracked by my grandbaby and put wallet down didn’t realize it so when I went to pay couldn’t find my wallet thought I had left It at home. So after paying with my card I was loading up my grandbaby and the girl found my wallet and brought it to me. So very thankful because I had money in it. They did amazing work grooming my dogs lol needless to say they were well overdue for grooming and I recommended them highly. Was one of the best grooming my dogs ever received and very professional !!!

Our "Stella" loves going to play. We have no problems with extended stays as well. We were out of state during Hurricane Laura and we were reassured of the professional caring of our dog. And yes..they had a generator!!

my husband and i have been taking our pups to paws and paw paws for over 2 years, and i couldn't recommend this place more. the staff know my dogs by name and always showed love to them.i'm so sad we moved because we have to find a new daycare place for them -- i know jovi and luna will miss paws and paw paws so so much.so grateful for this daycare!
