This store has gone from a 4 star to a 1 star over the last month. Can not shop due to large carts blocking the isles. Shelves and floor are a mess. Many shelves are empty although merchandise piled on carts. So disappointing but will be shopping elsewhere until this is corrected.

This place is always dirty. Merchandise on the floors. Big rolling carts always blocking the shelves. It needs a complete overhaul or shut it doors. Shelves are always empty. Most people I know go to youngsville where it is clean.

Horrible customer service! I just went in and have never had a problem before here as stores and customer service is pretty nice around these areas. I went in at a little before 8 pm on 7/11/20. She was standing at the register bent over the counter with her face in her cell phone texting as I walked up and pretty much the entire time. I waited as I didn't know what was going on, she looks up and makes a snide comment about if I was going to pay for it, when she hadn't let me know it was rang up or the total. The snap card wouldn't go through. (Never had a problem with the card working there twice before) She kept going back into her phone after the attempts and continued to text, instead of trying to help me, there was a line behind me so I ended up using my debit card. She didn't ask me if I wanted a receipt nor even attempted to give me one. I couldn't reach the items I purchased that was bagged because she had them on her side.(She went back into her phone texting as I could see the entire time because her phone was out open on the cabinet while she casually ignored the customers) I had to spin the bagging cart around in order to get my groceries as she didn't even attemp that going back into her phone.

It's dollar general. What can u say. Convenient and cheap. But the cashier was SUPER SLOW.. literally 10 mins to check out 3 people.

This store is always full of stock all over. The cashiers are not very nice or they are outside talking in the parking. I can never find what I need there especially with all the carts of stock all over.

The customer in front of me had no mask, neither did FedEx driver. Both employees behind the counter had masks covering only their mouths. How is that effective!?
