This is my go to place for good food to bring back home when I'm visiting Louisiana... Great customer service and the food is delicious... They sell hot, cold, and frozen food plus many other things as well...I love the boudin links,boudin balls and sausage... If u ever in the area this place is a must try, thank me later 😁

We drive from Port Barre just to get the Rocky Burger and it did not disappoint! We also wanted to try the chicken tenders and had a fried corn and salad as well. Fried corn was ok, needed seasoning on the corn. Salad was a joke, don't get that. Chicken tender looked good but again needed seasoning. The burger and fries were good though and we will be back for those again!The coffee spot inside is gross! The barista was not very friendly and the coffee was disgusting!!! Don't waste your money.

I love ❤️ Billy’s crawfish boudins they are delicious and they are full of tasty 👅 crawfish and not just stuffed with all rice! Be sure to get some delicious boudin while grabbing some gas ⛽️

Worst service ever! Ordered a poboy sandwich and chicken tenders. We’re told after we paid, it would take 10 minutes for the poboy. Our 10 minute wait was exactly 26 minutes. We had asked for a refund a few minutes prior to the manager handing it to us. She was not going to refund us as we asked. Very poor customer service. Will not eat there again.

A decent pit stop for munchies and meats. I bought some smoked sausage to try. Ate their balls right there on the spot. They were mouth watering, but not my favorite. I will stop in for more when I pass buy. I do think their prices are a lil high, but I guess they have to pay for their nice new place as fast as they can.

Nothing vegan here...well technically maybe the deep fried corn..maybe, but nothing WFPB for sure. That said, if you're ever wanting to walk on the flavor side of Louisiana this place has you covered. This was my one unhealthy meal for the year that was pretty amazing to share with the family. This place used to be in a run down gas station but the food is so good they had to grow. Billy's is definitely a spot worth the break.

From out of state and came to Krotz Springs just for the smoked boudin. We bought an another local competitor and compared. The smoked boudin had a great consistency, the casing was easy to bite thru, hot and spicy. It wasn’t as Smokey as I would like it to be. It wasn’t as Smokey as competitors. However… I truly enjoyed it and would come back for more.

We tried three types of fried boudin balls...plain, crawfish, and pepper jack. Chef's kiss to all three. They were perfectly seasoned and generously portioned. Prices were just under $3 for each ball. Next time we pass this way, we'll be sure to stop by again!!

In Louisiana it is Billy's Boudin, sorry Buc- ees. Fried boudin balls, cawfish pies, cracklins seasoned. They have a coffee bar they make specialty coffees. Bought a couple packs of frozen sausage. It used to be where the Little Capital Restaurant was.All things from Heaven are in this store. The staff where exceptional.

When it comes to smoke boudin, I go to beststop.Nobody beat Billy's when it comes to boudin ball.Billy’s seasoning pork cracklins is so addictive. No wonder they call cracklins😂My only issue is, the restroom need some attention

Today we drove an hour and 45 minutes to come by and get some food. The food was great ! But I'm leaving this review for the customer service! Driving that far and spending $80 on food to be talked to like a child and belittled is unacceptable. Your cashier Angelique needs to learn how to speak to customers.

Good food but the register setup has much to be desired. One manned register at the food order counter always cause a long line and wait…even if all you have is a drink or other merchandise. Five stars if they would change the register setup.

I hate to give this review cause the food is great. Slowest hot line in the state. I pass through here regularly for years. This is the last time I stop for food and walk out cause the line is to the bathroom and they got 2 kids up there working moving slow as molasses. Ownership should really look to operations. They could be making so much more money and satisfying triple the amount of customers. Darn shame.

Good variety of seasoned cajun beef, pork & chicken in freezer. All kinds of hot food - boudin, cracklins and more. Pepperjack boudin balls are legit. Nicest & largest facility in Krotz Springs, plenty of gas pumps and clean restrooms. Put this place on your list if you are passing by!

I've been knowing about this place for awhile, and the fews times I've passed through, I was on a mission and never stopped... I had time today! LolIt's a very neat place with lots to choose from. Now on to the boudin... I got the crawfish boudin and the shrimp boudin balls. Pure heavenly bliss!! So so delicious, with some kick to it. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely stopping by!!

I stopped about two months, my first time ever. I was met with the rudest cashier/front person ever, because there wasn't anyone in line in front of me and I didn't "understand" the line set up, she told me I was confused. She told me to go to the correct line and then proceeded to wait on the customer who walked up after me in the same direction I came in. I let her know she was rude, purchased just a bottled tea and left. That stop will never get another cent from me.

Very nice, but busy pit stop. Good food, be prepared to wait in line. It’s worth the wait. Gas pumps are new and work very well. The store and restrooms are spacious and clean.

By far one of the best places to enjoy fresh cracklings and boudin balls. Stopped on the way to and coming back from our road trip. Was a line each time but I promise you this that it's well worth the less than 10 minute wait. Will always stop by when near. Would give it a 10 ⭐.

The staff were very friendly, and the bathroom needed to be attended to. They carry a variety of different Cajun items. I never thought I'd see the day crackling cost 22.95 a pound. Yes, I purchased them amongst other items. I had a very pleasurable experience and will certainly visit again.

This store gets a 3 because of the items available for purchase! Their customer service sucks! They saw me standing in the express line and no one stopped to get an employee to wait on me! They were only concerned about the food line! I don’t understand if it’s lack of help or just lack of caring about customer service! Whoever the manager is needs to evaluate what’s going on! Others came up in line trying to get someone’s attention to check us out also. A lady from the area says this happens often! It’s a shame to have such a nice store and lousy customer service! My husband says he’ll go to the little guy across street next time! What a shame! I really liked the store itself!
