Super helpful… Even on a Sunday. Home Depot was having a sale on pressure washers and we were catching it on the very last day. The team was trying to help us find the specific pressure washer. We thought we wanted, but then we spotted a larger and more powerful unit that was on sale too.It was super easy to find people to ask questions and get real answers. Right now there is a huge amount of plant, flowers, herbs etc.

Worst home depot when it comes to inventory. There are 3 home depots in my area, the closest one, is the veterans blvd. store. Compared to the others, it's the worst. For ONLY this store, do not go by what is available online. This is the 4th time I've purchased something online, get a text my order is ready. Get there and THEN they tell me they are out of something I ordered. Staff is nice, and store is clean but if you can't accurately account for your inventory, then hire a staff whom can count.

After having to find someone for assistance. I was told that customer service has no idea about the section I needed assistance in as well as I would have to wait 20 minutes for someone who can help. (Great customer service right?) On top of that no cashiers, long line, lack of knowledge, no offer for help, no pay to ring up and bag the stuff, nor do we get a discount. I will never go to this location again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! The employees are nearly nonexistent and, despite having over a dozen lanes and self checkouts, refuse to open more than one. I spent over a half hour standing in line with about $600 worth of stuff. Got frustrated and left for Lowe’s.

Walked in to find a tool box for work that was suppose to be in stock and an associate told me that it wasn’t in stock. Then, her coworker told me to buy it online and they can assemble the toolbox for me and I’ll be able to pick it up. I left the store to eat some food since I went there straight from work and placed the order online. Three hours later, I get a notification saying my tool box was ready for pick up. I arrived again and spoke with customer service. Waited 30 minutes for my tool box to show up and what do I see? An associate bringing out my tool box not assembled and in a box. Was hoping it was assembled since I could get my coworkers to help me unload it, but it wasn’t. Didn’t want my wife, who is pregnant, to help me since she is not able to lift heavy things anymore due to pregnancy. Not a fan of how customer service works in this store anymore and will be telling my coworkers how they treat their customers.

Home Depot is always stacked with appropriate product for whatever project you have in mind. Nice people but you have to be patient some times as they work their way to you !

Ordered Curbside Pickup, went to get my order. Checked in on the App. Waited 30 mins for them to bring my merchandise. Nobody showed up and i still had no merchandise. I called the store to check on the status. No answer on the phone for almost another 10 mins. Finally i had togo in and talk to customer service and she went and retrieved my order. I hadto bring it to my car and load it in allby myself. There is a reason we have an option for curbside pickup, but it was a useless service for me. I am very disappointed at the service i wasn't given for my online order. Home Depot needs to do better with customer service and answering phone calls forcustomers. Management has dropped the ball on customer service quality expectations. I am a card holder and an advid customer of Home Depot, I pray I don't experience this kind of customer service on my next visit.

THIS IS THE WORST HOME DEPOT IN THE U.S. (IT IS FRANKLY, SHOCKING). I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. The complete and utter indifference that radiates off of the employees at this particular store is incredible. If you don’t believe me, try it out for yourself. Otherwise, nice people, just go to any other location.

This is a relatively new building. Looks great inside and out.Service was excellent even though there are staff shortages. The chips are thin and crispy and not as filling as the thicker chios served in otherexican restaurants.As expected with Saritia's the food came out quickly and piping hot. Was delicious. I had the poblano enchiladas which were fantastic. The ladies who got the taco salads were very satisfied. Will definitely go here again.

Home Depot sells equipment that they themselves do not carry parts for, simple things too like belts. When you go to the area with the belts it's disorganized messy and short stock.

Went to purchase mulch and it was on sale. Winning! Headed over to the weed killer and the clerk was reducing the price. Winning! The store was clean. I checked out in the gardening area. Only hang up was that "I" had to bag my smaller items that I purchased.

I ordered washer & Drier Dec. 10th. They dropped it off and did not install as I paid for the plug and hose which they did not bring. So, 1 moth latter I had called and so for no one answered the phone. Guess I’ll have to go in person to talk to someone. Work order made to come out to install, what a laugh haha, still in boxes. I rate them, not good.

My other people may complain about the self-checkout, I think it's a great thing. I've literally picked up what I needed walk to the cashier station checked myself out within a couple of minutes I was in and out of the store.

Lazy workers. When asking for assistance at customer service, the employee will disappear & later be spotted mingling with other coworkers in the back.

This was our first … and last experience with Home Depot. We bought 2 appliances for my dad and made an trip from NC to NO to be there when it came. They lost one and wouldn’t deliver the other alone. Terrible communication …. Finally delivered the lost appliance 6 days later after us spending thousands on the extended trip and about 10 hours on the phone trying to find out what was going on. We cancelled the other appliance and bought from Lowe’s who delivered the next day. HD had taken 5 weeks from time of the order to finally find and deliver the item. Home Depot is definitely off of my list of places to buy from.

Great choice if you want to handle some maintenance stuff. Staff is courteous and very helpful. Home depot offers once a month session with kids hand on experience which is very nice for little brainers to learn and explore.

Home Depot's familiar to everybody, but this particular location is my preference because of the quality of the staff. The store is always nicely maintained, and all the personnel are helpful without being intrusive.

I am sorry to say, I will never use Home Depot again. I purchased mulch for curbside pickup, I am a disabled Veteran. I get the email that it is ready, I confirm and drive to Home Depot. I pull into a curbside and checking. The system states that they will be bringing it out. 45 minutes later, nothing. I’m called 10-12 times, no answer. I use the chatbot and it says O should probably go in. I’m go in, there are 8 associates standing around two open registers in customer service. Doing nothing! Finally, one of them sees I am frustrated and ask what’s up? I explain to him and he says the system never alerts them and he still has to go pull the product and then he brings it to me and says have a nice day. I asked if he was going to help load it since I ordered to be fully loaded curbside, he refused. So, not only did O have to go I. To get them to acknowledge me, I had to wait again, while they pulled the product and then had to load it myself. These guys are just marking this stuff ready to meet quotas, they care nothing for customers or Veterans —

Some people are rude. Maybe the employee who helped me with the ac was having a bad day but the cashier was nice. I'd rather deal with the ladies at Walmart in the automotive section than to deal with that man at home depot again. It was that bad.

Love Home Depot way more than Lowe’s prices are so much better and tbh floor and decor is so overpriced and rated. I’m not sure if I’d ever want to give my business to a company so judgmental about hiring someone with a past felony, my daughter applied was hired and she was honest about her past for them to make a decision and didn’t hire her it was over 4 years old and almost everyone deserves a chance deserves very disappointed

I would never spend another dime in this Home Depot. I spent close to $1000 on a door that took almost two months to come in. When I arrived at the store I went to customer service. I was told to move my truck closer to the door and someone would get it for me. I went back in the store to check the progress when an employee asked if I wouldn't mind coming back tomorrow to pick it up because it was difficult to get to. I told him I needed it this evening. He finally got it down and told me I needed to go out front to get a lumber cart, which I did. After helping him load it on the cart, I asked him to assist me in loading it on my truck. He said someone out front will help you. There was no one out front to help me. I came back in and asked a face shield wearing employee if she could call someone to assist me. She said to look for someone out front. I returned to customer service to request assistance. The young woman was nice enough to leave her post and help me load the door into the bed of my truck.There were many employees in this store chatting with one another and texting on their phones. It appears that the management has lost control over this store.

Great store, good location, Mostly well stock and tidy. The gentleman in tools was extremely knowledgeable and easy to speak with.No matter the location, for the last 2 years or more, it is very hard to find someone to answer a question of any kind. However it being the only option without going downtown it is what it is.

This home depot has really bad stock cannot go here ever and find tools that I need always gotta go to Harahan whoever is stocking this store needs to do a better job stop worrying only about Halloween decor and get back to the basic tools if your going to advertise 399 tool bundles make sure you have them and whatever happened to the little black Makita reciprocating saws

The Customer Service in Home Depot has steadily gone downhill,and it seems the same way everywhere else too. They had what I needed, and it took me 20 minutes to find it, passed and asked at least 10 employees, the few who did want to help, had no idea where the item was,and some had no clue what I was talking about.
