I recently visited the Dog Stop in Kenner and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about all things dogs and seemed to genuinely care about the well-being of every pup that came through the door.The facility itself was amazing, with plenty of space for the dogs to run and play, as well as more secluded areas for those who needed some peace and quiet. The kennels were clean and spacious, and it was clear that every effort had been made to ensure the comfort and safety of the dogs in their care.One thing that really stood out to me was how well-organized everything was. From the intake process to the daily routines, it was clear that the staff had a well-planned system in place that allowed them to provide the highest level of care to each and every dog.Overall, I would highly recommend the Dog Stop in Kenner to anyone looking for top-notch dog care. The staff is exceptional and the facility is truly amazing.

Our baby, Tanjiro, absolutely loves the dog stop!! Everyone there treats him like royalty and he begs us to bring him back! The staff really cares for him and treats him like their own!! Allyson and Lacey are the best!! It’s his home away from home!

We love the Dog Stop of Kenner! The staff are super friendly and treat the pups like their own. They are mindful of individual pup personalities and work with them accordingly. My Charlie especially loves the enrichment and agility activities.... I enjoy the retail offerings! ;)

I recently used The Dog Stop for grooming and boarding on separate occasions. I was totally satisfied and impressed. The staff are friendly, caring and helpful. The place itself is very clean. When my furbabies were there for boarding, the staff was very attentive and cleaned up the accidents right away. I loved checking on my babies on the cameras. I was worried about Lucy because she is a bit timid. The staff checked on her and made sure she was fine and socializing with the other dogs. Such a comfort when you are away! If you are looking for a place to bring your furbabies for any of their services, do not hesitate.

Was looking forward to getting my dog groomed here based off the reviews but not happy at all. The groomer couldn’t handle my dog and shaved her instead is what I was told. They said she was matted everywhere even tho there was only 2 spots that she had where I didn’t spot shave them myself at home as needed. I feel like they weren’t professional and didn’t try to work with her at all. Not worth the money.

My daughter's dog, Charlie, has been going to the Dog Stop since he was a puppy. I have picked him up several times and the staff is very friendly and helpful and always seems to know Charlie. The interaction with the other dogs has been a great growing experience for him not to mention he gets a lot of his energy out.

Great experience! My two pups had a spa bath. They came home soft and smelling sweet. Nails, tails, and ears were clean. Staff even let me take St. Patrick's Day pics with my two with their backdrop. Wonderful staff!

Both of my dogs have been to the dog stop. One of my dog has a lot of hair and sheds a lot. I don’t know what they did but my dog is shedding less, his hair looks healthy and they did a good job at cutting his nails and brushing his teeth. Both of my dogs loved day care. The staff is super friendly, hard working and helpful. I have no complaints. I know both of my babies are well taken care of when they are at the dog stop.

We had our dog groomed there for the first time and shaved and they did an excellent job. Our dog looked great and he was very happy when we picked him up. We have scheduled him for additional grooming appointments. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable.

Even though I had some issues, specifically because they have just opened, and I understand things happen too, i have to say that The Dog Stop Kenner took really good care of me. The staff was very sweet and communicated very well. After a full week of boarding, my husky came home smelling so great. I wish the best and i will be back soon!

We have been using the grooming services at the new Kenner location since they have opened. Bella and Cash enjoy their spa day every time they go and the staff have done a fantastic job every time whether it’s a full groom or just a bath. Bella is older and can be moody at times but they are extremely understanding and patient with her. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We love our Kenner Dog Stop!!

First time here as it’s a new location in Kenner. Super clean, no “smells”, and super friendly staff. I brought my pup here for grooming/shampoo services. They did a GR8 job with her. Kahlie came out beautifully groomed & smelling great. She even came out with a bandanna around her neck. She now thinks she’s a bad a*s!

I had have 2 very good experiences with the new location in Kenner. They had a very friendly staff member that helped us book a boarding for our dog during a recent family vacation. Our boys love their dog so we booked a suite that had a camera for us to login and check on how she was doing during her stay. very easy to check in on her!First of all, the facility is 1st class so that was a big first impression. The staff was so friendly that we had no reservations about leaving her in their care. Because everything went so smooth we wanted to bring her back for a play day and this was another great experience. We will be using The Dog Stop in Kenner again. Highly recommended!!

Shout out to The Dog Stop Kenner!Sent my baby there for a little daycare and a grooming package. My baby was rescue dog . She can be very skittish . You have to earn her trust. Well they did it in a short time! She also came home beautifully groomed. I absolutely love this place!

My Charlii girl LOVES The Dog Stop Kenner! Everytime I check the cameras she's either playing with other pups or getting some love from the workers ❤️ Whoever does the grooming is awesome as well because Charlii puts up a huge fight when I try to cut her nails but, apparently she's a angel for them because she always comes home with her nails nice and short and soft paws lol I'd highly recommend The Dog Stop and can't wait for my new pup, Mr Nugget to try them out!

Very poor communication from staff. I believe in supporting local businesses but there is no way I can recommend The Dog Stop. My pups are traumatized because the intake person did EXACTLY what I asked not to. Several wonderful alternatives in the area. If you want the best for your pup FIND ANOTHER PLACE!!!
