I ordered a vaccum online because my local store didn't have the one I wanted. I was sent one that had obviously been used. I was able to return it to my local store for a refund. I didn't realize that Target sent out used item when new ones were ordered.

Me and a friend went 2 three yes THREE locations 2 find a pair of shoes for an event.1st location(westbank) had the shoe as a display but wasnt the correct size. We were told that the shoe was available in metairie; correct size n color.2nd location (metairie) didnt have the shoe and suggested the saleswoman incorrectly said METAIRIE but meant KENNER.3rd location (kenner) initially said they didnt have the shoe at all but after much interaction the miraculously found the shoe in the back employee area...after 30-45 minutes. Who knows mayb they loved the shoes n had intention on purchasing them 4 themselves.Naturally this made us late for said event.On a side note I saw sum great graphic tees. Have a lookš®Thanks Tar-get!

I really like this store. It is an endless, one floor Target. It has everything you want including Starbucks. It is also inside the mall. The staff is really nice and helpful. One star off because you can't take the cart inside the mall although there is a door open to the mall. It is like that you have to park next to Target and visit only Target.

Messy location but still super busy. Even though I went at a busy time only 2 of the over 12 lanes were open, with long lines. Not fun.There's sometimes free samples. But people get greedy and take anything free. Even if it says to take one... No way people will follow that rule

I ordered my item for pickup and no one came outside to bring it to my vehicle after I put the parking spot number. And this was before the it starts to rain. I waited 10 to 15 minutes and no one came out. Plus, it was drizzling at this time. I called the store and connect to the Customer Service Desk. No one answered of course. I parked and went inside. I saw there were three people at Customer Service. There was no reason for one of them to not do their job. Now I am late coming back from my lunch break for work. I will not be coming back to this Target anytime soon or never.

Not too happy with the Target checkout in Kenner, Louisiana this afternoon. The cashier seemed so annoyed with checking out multiple cans of pet food. I said hello, but no reply. I tried to joke and be cordial, but she just scowled and pinched her face up. I said thank you when I left and she almost threw the receipt at me. She said nothing. Please put a self check out at this location and fire your rude cashiers. I'd rather do it myself than deal with hateful employees. I also filled out my receipt survey this time. Maybe Target will send this cashier to Target Finishing School and teach her some manners.

Came here because the power was out at the clearview location. Unusually messy for a Target. I only am giving 4 because it looked like they were stocking, but it seems odd that they were this messy.

I have had numerous visits to this Target store & this visit is the visit where I decided to let it be known that I have no idea why any of the associates show up for work. They are so dry, not welcoming @ all. This should not be. I've applied to Target and I don't even get a callback, but they can hire the people that have no personality. I think the entire staff should retrained or replaced.

Iām not saying itās the employees fault, but itās clearly understaffed. I went to check out and they only had 3 registers opened with 5+ people in each line. I stood in line for 20 mins waiting to check out TWO items when the girl goes āmaāam, Iām closed after her.ā I was in line well before she turned her light off and I had TWO items. It wouldnāt have taken 5 mins to handle it. Meanwhile, one of the other registers had closed down already leaving ONE register open with possibly 15-20 people left to check out. Poor management and not enough employees.

This store is clean, organized, and well stocked. The associates are pleasant and helpful. It is worth the drive and extra cost. Always remember, you are better than Walmart. š

0 stars for the drive up team. I am currently injured and cannot walk inside of the store. I sat in the parking lot with my two kids for over 45 minutes. Spoke to a team member who knew I was waiting for the 2 cartons of milk (for said child) only to receive a condescending response that they would email me when it's ready. Two hour mark came and went. Literally the worst.

Always neat, clean, and organized. Everything is easy to find. Can expect to run in and out. If it wasn't for the hurricane, I can always depend on ordering to just drive up and pick my order up without having to go in-which is great for after work.

Great service. First of all, they only had two handicapped carts and they were both being used when I got there. So I just went on with my shopping.A while later two people from the front of the store come looking for me and brought me a cart.My feet,knees and legs were hurting bad. They came to the rescue just in time.Thank you Target employees !!

Great store & friendly staff members! But the Starbucks is the only one Iāve been to that only had one worker doing both register and drinks. She was over worked (great attitude) & couldnāt have a tip jar

The wait time just to for Store Pick up doesn't make sense. It is the same line as customer service and that line only had one person working the counter to do both returns and store pickup. It defeats the purpose of convenient and fast store pickup. I could have picked up item from shelf and check out faster than this.

lines were headed into pharmacy while employees walked by and stood about talking. the level of service just isnāt the same. if you get help from anyone itās the luck of the draw! my visit on 10/30 was for a space heater. found one and self checked the price. there was a substantial difference in the shelf label and price it rung up for. i took a picture of the shelf label and one of stock still behind the shelf label, which i showed to another LOD (Taylor/Tyler?) who was in line making a purchase and said he couldnāt help. he also mentioned issues at register 5, which was the register i was at. this made me feel uncomfortable and wasnāt being acknowledged. everyone just kept talking around, talking about, and never addressed me. the cashier was friendly enough but she needed help. GSTL Camille was too busy chatting it up with 2 other associates and an extremely rude joke of an AP associate who wasnāt doing his job either. i was basically made to feel like i did something wrong and/or illegal, like i pulled a label maker out and changed the price or something. i brought Camille to the wall and SHOWED her exactly what i had taken pictures of and showed at the register! good customer service shouldnāt be this hard! associates should know how to, and be properly trained to do their jobs. service and standards have gone down tremendously in this location. and itās unfortunate. i can see why its traffic is on the decline. i only go there because items are mostly guaranteed to be in stock because no one shops there. a totally disappointing experience. the only one who apologized for anything was the cashier whoās name i didnāt catch because i was so angry at how i was treated, and no LOD was readily available or capable of handling the situation, as easy as it was!

This is strictly based on the customer service I just received. Reuben checked out my husband and I. He was so polite and so welcoming. Yes the store was messy, but I would say that was moreso customers not being courteous and putting things back where they belonged. I know that the folks who work there do not make enough for what they do. I just appreciate the great customer service we received.

To me, this location is actually better than the one on Veterans Blvd. I always find what Iām looking for. This store is well organized everything is where itās supposed to. ( Every time Shop at the other store there has to be an issue with the prices!) the employees are very friendly. The only issue here is that sometimes thereās only one cashier open which takes me longer than usual to checkout. Other than that this store is great.

Target is always a decent shopping experience. The Starbucks inside this store though is consistently the worst Starbucks experience you'll find. Drinks made wrong, always out stock on many items, employees take a break leaving the counter empty for 30 minutes or more, rude employees, dirty prep area, and don't even look in the refrigerated case. I know the items in there aren't sold, but come on, have some pride. Go get coffee elsewhere before you shop here.

Berlisha is a wonderful employee and brightened me and my girlfriends day. She went out of her way to find a face wash my girlfriend had been to many stores looking for. We didnāt even ask for her help, and she stopped what she was doing to make sure we got what weāve been searching for. Iām happy to live near a target that hires wonderful people like her!

My favorite target. I drive from Jefferson near Elmwood, specifically for this target! itās Huge, ALWAYS clean, typically fully stocked, the baskets are super kid friendly for them to sit in, and I overall just love this location.Thanks for existing lol.

This is a snazzy store. No body ever puts up their cart properly. People cause traffic just to park closer to the door. Don't go here anywhere near black Friday. The cost of goods seems a little more than average compared go Wal-Mart. The staff has good attitude and is susceptible to joke back with you which i enjoy. Would recommend to others, this is the only department store besides walmart that has a maternity section.

I was shopping on a budget for a school basket. I had scanned everything as i put it into my cart. When i got to the register, it was $12 more than I was expecting. I know $12 isn't a whole lot, but because of the situation, I didn't have really any wiggle room with the budget. I was walking out pretty upset because now I was digging more into my own pocket for this basket because target has things listed as one price online and one price in the store, and a girl saw me walking out and asked if she could help. She took me over to guest services, refunded my first order, and then we scanned each item to see the online price. I was so thankful that TIANA took a few minutes to help me get back under budget and not one time did she seem frustrated. I was so thankful for her that night!

It's close to my house and they always have everything I need. The employees are always very nice and accommodating. Also, they sell Pizza Hut personal pan pizza. I have always had a very good experience here. I would definitely recommend this store!
