The staff are good as gold. I highly recommend checking this place out if you need a place to leave your pet. I've never been away from Marley, but after seeing the pics the staff sent I am completely at ease. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The price is average or maybe a little bit higher, but they get a bit more as well. They are able to go in and out of their climate controlled rooms to a private outdoor space. Our dog seemed very excited and his normal self when we picked him up. Overall, I would recommended them unless you are on a tight budget.

My dogs have stayed here quite a few times over the past 4 years and it seems like the level of care is declining. On the most recent trip (October 2023) they both developed Kennel Cough a few days after coming home. Irritating to say the least, after spending a nice chunk of money to have them boarded, I then had to take them to the vet for another hefty bill.Not to mention the dogs are NEVER outside at this location on any of the play cameras live streamed on their website. Doesn't matter the time of day you check, the toys sit in the same spot and rarely move, which I find to be very odd for a place that claims to take the dogs out and let them play each day.... I will be taking my pups elsewhere for our next vacation!

My dogs are big, spoiled and anxious. They failed "the test" at a different doggie day care in a scant 10 min. Pet paradise let them come 3 days to daycare to let them relax and get comfortable with the staff and the environment. They were adopted right before covid and did not get a lot of socialization when they wete younger. Now we board a couple of times a year and they are always well cared for and get to play with the other big dogs.

Our girl had a great time during her "get acquainted day". We love the ability to watch on the webcam, the staff was very friendly and we got a phone call during the day just to update us on how she was doing and a report card of her day when we picked her up. She was worn out when she got home. Already booked a weekend boarding with day camp. The building is clean and the check in and out process is simple. I have called them MANY times with questions and have received prompt, courteous, and professional assistance with each call. Very impressed and satisfied with our first use. Would recommend.

Katie and I are so happy we've came across this place. Sheriff, our little Boxer puppy loves this place for daycare!The staff is incredibly friendly and always happy to see Sheriff! The dogs can play outside and inside and even go swimming in a bone shaped pool! Sheriff is always very excited when I pick him up, yet so tired from all the fun. He is well loved and taken care of while we are away at work and it shows! Wacky Wednesday is a must as he gets a photo shoot, bath, and report card for free.Thank you for loving Sheriff as much as we do!- John and Katie Rucker

Edit down to two stars. I recently had a family emergency (unexpected death) and I was desperate to get my dogs boarded so I could quickly leave town, but Pet Paradise did not answer their phones. I ended up bringing my dogs to a new place in town because they answered the phone and let me bring my dogs in at the last minute. I will not be bringing my dogs back here. I need a reliable place that I can call when needed. You can't even check on your dogs when you're away because they'll never answer the phone.

We are still new to Pet Paradise was referred by a friend. We did the get acquainted day and Bingo had so much fun. Love that you can watch them on live Cameras at play/pool time. Love that they are not just locked up in a kennel all day. they feed and play with them. you can even get more playtime if needed, a go home bath so that you have a clean pup when you leave . we have boarded him there since. send with food and treats and even a fav toy so that they have all they need. when picking up Bingo he has been exhausted after playing there all day.

My dog has grown up at Pet Paradise. She has gone 4 days a week for the last 2 years and truly loves it. She knows her routine and if she misses a day she literally pouts. This place is awesome!

I love this place! The staff was amazing, it made me feel safe! By being very helpful and understanding with all my questions! They kept me informed about my puppy. My puppy was very happy after his visit. Definitely will be back!

I boarded my dog here for 11 nights, and arrived with 22 bags of food (11 AM/11 PM) plus two bully sticks starting on January 11 2023. The feeding instructions were written on a large post it note, which upon check-in, the person at the desk took to type into their system. I mentioned to both individuals at the desk that I would not have cell service as I would be out of the country and email is the preferred method of communication.On January 18, I had wifi access that day and I wanted to check in to see how my dog was doing with 1:1 time as she was not in the group play. The reply I received said they were nearly out of owner provided food and if it was ok to feed her the food they have on hand. Unfortunately I did not see this response and their additional follow up email, from Pet Paradise NOLA stating they were now out of owner provided food, until the next day (Jan 19) when I had replied back asking how exactly she was out of food.January 20 I had cell service and decided to call as no follow up email explaining how they were out of food was in my inbox. The told me they were out of owner provided food as a portion of the 22 bags of food that I packed were not in their inventory.Once back in town, I picked my dog up immediately once they opened on January 22. 1 bully stick, 1 full bag of AM food, and 1 half bag of AM food were returned to me in the tote I had dropped off with her. I received no explanation as to why my dog’s food went missing.I do not advise any pet parent to board their pets here, at all, and to avoid all their services.

Pet Paradise NOLA is hands down the best boarding facility I have ever taken my dog to!!! I have a job that takes me away sometimes months at a time, especially during COVID, and without hesitation the PP Team supported me in every way possible. I am thankful for them every day and there is nowhere else I would want my dog. All of them are so incredibly caring and loving towards her I feel like I’m boarding her with my own family!! Any pet you bring here will be incredibly well taken care of and have an absolute blast. Thank you for everything you do for me Pet Paradise!! ❤️

I have thought a lot about this review over the last 2 weeks since picking up my dog from her first boarding experience. I had heard really good things about Pet Paradise and decided to give it a try.For the first 3 days, I had a good feeling about my dog's care. I received 2 Furever Connected report cards that contained pictures of her. It put me at ease that she was under great care. She stayed for 7 days and I did not hear any updates on the last 4 days of her being there. I was supposed to get 2 other Furever Connected report cards (I opted for every other day) and did not get them due to "inclement weather" aka a heat wave in the New Orleans area. I totally understand that it is hot but when I picked up my dog, I was told she was not taken out because the pavement outside was too hot and there was no covering for shade. In my opinion, if you are a facility that takes care of animals, you should have the necessary equipment to have the animals go outside at some point throughout the day. I find this incredibly frustrating that my dog did not get let out of her kennel at all for who knows how long of an amount of time. On top of all of this, my dog contracted Kennel Cough from staying here. This required 10 days of antibiotics and lots of sleepless nights due to my dog being in agony and nonstop coughing. I am unsure of if I will board my dog here again. I hope this review helps when it comes to your decision making when sending your precious babies away for good care.

The last time we were traveling, we chose Pet Paradise to take care of our pup. From the moment i called, their customer service was fantastic. Even when i called while on the road telling them that we were going to be late dropping him off and would need to move quickly to not miss our flight. They allowed me to send records ahead of time to make sure they had everything and we were in and out quickly. Plus, our pup came back happy and tired!

We love this place! Our two dobies loved it too! They were very happy when we arrived and I know they will stay there again. The jazz fest suite has the ability to watch your dogs from a pet cam, so I was able to frequently check on them. The staff is really nice and the groomer did a great job on their baths! My dogs are still puppies and can be hard work but they had nothing but really nice things to say about them. My dogs loved it, we were pleased, so thank you pet paradise!

I couldn't use my normal location, because they were booked for the holiday. So I contacted pet paradise.My experience with pet paradise resort was pretty good. Started out with about a 30 minute phone call to get my dog registered to go. I do not remember the representative telling me that my dog needed a certain shot. I took my dog to the vet the day of my trip and she got all the shots that my doctor recommended for boarding. However when I arrived at the facility they advised she needed one more shot. Luckily had I had gotten there early enough to go find a vet and get a shot and come back. They took pretty good care of my dog but I could not see the cameras on the app that I had. They told me that the cameras were down one day but they never came back up. When I picked up my dog they said that I may have needed to update the app. Other than that it was a pretty good stay for my pet she came back happy to see me. They are a little bit pricey, but I would recommend them.

We are new to the area and travel frequently so we visited several boarding places before deciding where to leave our pup when we go out of town. We were very impressed with Pet Paradise from the first visit and have had no complaints since! The prices are reasonable and they are take great pride in the safety of all dogs there. Huge bonus for our golden retriever is the pool!! He loves swimming so much so I know he will love getting to do that while we are away. We also have taken advantage of the late night pick up which is a great option after a late flight in!! Overall we are very pleased with Pet Paradise so far!!

DO NOT BOOK.Pet paradise is costing me thousands in canceled airfare, travel accommodations, and reservations for a trip next week due to late cancelation of a reservation made over a month ago, which I confirmed on the phone with the location after booking online. My dog who had a seizure 8 years ago and has been taking seizure prevention meds since then without issues, and which I discussed with them and it was OK'd at the time of reservation, is having his boarding canceled 8 days before we leave to go see the Saints play in London. What they are doing is unconscionable, they are providing nothing other than a "sorry" and I wouldn't want them to do it to someone else and ruin your vacation like they did to us.Edit to respond to owner:I have spoken to both the location team and the corporate customer service (Stephanie). Their plan seems to be to educate the person who told me that giving the seizure prevention med would be fine, but that helps me in no way, shape, or form at this late time.

We were new to the area and went here to tour the facility before boarding our babies. We board our 3 dogs here anytime we are out of town, we know they are safe and secure. The staff is always friendly and helpful even when they are busy. Our dogs are happy when we drop them off and are tired from playing when we get home. Last trip we got furever connected, we received an email update on our babies along with 6 photos which made me feel better because they all looked like they were having fun and were happy puppies. Definitely recommend Pet Paradise!

Both of my pups will be staying here next week. Although, I'm having anxiety about leaving them I feel that they'll be very well taken care of and also have a wonderful vacation of their own. From the moment I booked their stay, all the employees were very helpful and very nice. My babies were nervous in the beginning but they let us follow them to the back which helped out a lot. I love the idea that they get ice cream treats everyday in which they'll LOVE! :) Lastly, we did the meet and greet for free just so they can get the feel and know that we'll be back for them of course. Thank you Pet Paradise and we'll see you again soon....

Pet Paradise is the only resort in New Orleans that I trust to take care of my dogs. I’ve tried others & have been extremely disappointed. Not only is it a beautiful place, my dogs get so excited to go every time. The staff always greets my babies by name.We feel safe bringing our dogs there to stay every time. Try it, you’ll never go anywhere else!

They love my girl as if she were their own dog and she loves them right back.She is so excited to go there and LOVES the pool and it wasn’t until we unfortunately had to board her somewhere else that we realized just how great Pet Paradise really was and how little I worry when she is there because I trust them.

The ladies were very friendly and gave me a very informative tour! I was very impressed with your pet motel and their eagerness to please me and my dogs! I like the idea of my dogs being able to go in and out of their sleeping area. I think the groomer also did a good job grooming my dogs! I will let people know of the good service I was given for my dogs! I am pleased to know there is a nice and personable place to take and leave my pets overnight, awesome!

I’ve looked at several places for my dogs, but this one takes the cake... it is gorgeous. You can tell that they go beyond expectations for their guest. I was greeted promptly and given a very detailed reassuring tour. If your going to spend the money to make sure that your dogs are well taken care of while you were away this is a place you should consider, clean, safe, and affordable. You get discounts with more than one pets !!!
