Refused to replace/exchange a container of Kaleidoscope Miracle Edges. I bought 2 at $13.99 each. One of them had small amount on a side of container and other was a full container. I called the store and was told there was nothing they could do. I understand it may have been a product manufactured issue; but to say “you could do NOTHING “ is bad business and poor service. I’ll tell/ encourage people NOT to buy from this store.

Watch the total and what they ring up. They have a problem with trying to overcharge you for things if you are not paying attention. My boyfriend came in there and they rung up extra items and the lady behind him told them to ring those items back up because it should not be that high and they apologized and took the extra items off (2 weeks ago). Today as I’m checking out my 4 items the total came up to 49.99. I asked them what is “ebin edge control” he showed me my item and said “this”. I told him that is lace tint he then apologized and said he rung up the wrong item. They try to sneak extra items in for you to pay stealing your money !!!! Ridiculous

If yall not going to Oprah on Williams you going to the wrong place, I love that store,and the whole staff is so helpful and friendly I always spend good money here.The beautiful woman in the back helps me find exactly what im looking for shes a sweetheart and the older gentleman is also a extremely nice man this is My absolute FAVORITE beauty supply store,I go nowhere else!

This place has a wide variety of hair supply needs. Found everything I needed.*But the employees make you extremely uncomfortable while shopping your every move is watched. Other than that good place to shop. Reasonable prices....

Their prices can be a little high compared to other places but it’s in a great location right off Airline. They have pretty good customer service and will help you find whatever you need. There seems to always be room for negotiation because you’ll most likely be back for more hair care products. They can order an out of stock product if you ask them.

Came here was looking at the wigs. Asked for help and the lady was rude with short/one word answers. She clearly did not want to help. Ended up going to brothers beauty supply and got the help and wig I needed.

I went here a few times and my mother also went here a few times. I don't usually make comments, but was offended when the gentlemen who was stocking the products on the shelf was being sarcastic. I'm sure certain individuals that they deal with on a regular basis don't mind, but I'm not one of them. My husband and I work hard for our money. We demand respect and common courtesy when we're spending our money. This was my last visit and no more refferals . When my family member's or friend's come in town, we will be shopping somewhere else for our beauty needs.

THIS IS THE BEST BEAUTY SHOP IN THE GREATER NEW ORLEANS AREA HANDS DOWN! I don't care where you live, DRIVE TO THIS STORE!!! They have the best selection, best prices, and the most ridiculously awesome staff ever. I dare you to not fall in love with this store.

I went to two other hair stores to buy a wig.I couldn't get help zury on Airline in M.A. Green shopping center. i went to the one next to Kenner Cleaners was in there for 30min couldn't get help. I went to Oprah was greeted and helped right a way and the sale was fabulous.I will make this my store from now own. They has great customer service that's what makes a good business.

Overpriced and too many ghetto type folks hanging in the store trying to "negotiate" prices with owners. The owners are smoking too close to the building so you have yo protect your lungs to get inside.

Huge selection. Great shop for makeup, hair pieces, clothing, and fragrance. Also has a good variety of casual jewelry and lotions. This is my go to beauty shop!

My only complaint is that they have too many options lol. For every style of hair (faux locs, box braids, straight hair, body wave, ect.) they had at least 4 different brands to choose from and a variety of lengths and colors. Fair pricing and the workers were helpful as well.

Came in on today because my sister needed her hair done! I left my hair bag at home , i scraped up some coins for the lil items i needed , the guy at the front register helped me out and made my total to the amount of what i had in my wallet! I shop at this location and the marrero location! THANKS FOR TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS
