Absolute horrible shopping experience at this Dollar General! Your employee Janesha is horrible at customer service! She exhibits attitude if you ask a question and she knows NOTHING about the sales going on at that store! Several Deodorants were in a box outside the store with a sign that says 50-90% off. Janesha did a price check and quoted the actual price and would not check the price further. I left them on a shelf.. She is very unpleasant to customers choosing to spend their money at your store! No greet, NO THANK YOU! Another female employee at this store was rude and disruptive while I tried to talk to Janesha she continued talking about how she hates working there. The lady unloading yesterday almost ran me over with a cart and never said excuse me! The store is a disaster waiting to happen. Every isle covered with product where customers should be walking! I won't return!

I don't understand all the negative reviews. My experience was quite different. I found everything I needed—items that eluded me at other DG's. I had friendly conversations with two employees. And, the store had ample inventory. There was an employee stocking shelves with a large cart in the aisle, but she promptly removed the cart and I certainly don't begrudge her the job she was happily doing. She was very courteous and we had a brief convo that was friendly. The store was clear of carts, clean, and checkout was prompt.Now, I did ask if there were restrooms inside the store and was told no, but did notice both Men and Women restrooms while checking out. I assume the employee hadn't heard my question or, perhaps, the bathroom was out of order.I visited twice yesterday and both visits were satisfactory.

Not sure when then they started closing in the middle of the day, but whoever running this place gotta go! Getting yelled at, "WE CLOSED" at noon on a Monday. Couldn't tell me when they will reopen..she just kept yelling WE CLOSED!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

How unprofessional can whole franchise be there store is close multiple time through out the day and every day I can go shop for my mother nor can other families shop when they need to the most I call a “district manger” and now they want me arrested for falsely saying the store was close which they were he rufuses to get the store open and made it seem like I was the problem they say I threatened the cashier and have no proof I have footage of the store being close consecutively through out the day and footage of the cashier letting people out and refusing to let us. They wanna put me in jail because I’m saying what need to be said if the store closes at 6pm then put it on the website if it’s closes at 2 pm put it on the website they close there store 3 hours before it’s time they also say there card machines aren’t working when they are because they choose to be friendly with me when they want to. The entire store need to be shut down and the cashier need to be arrested for stilling time on the clock!!!

I have lived down the street from this location for almost 5 years and have seen it decline in the last year. The store is never open but the employees are inside. Last weekend a sign was on the door saying closed for 45min. I went back home waited 2 hours and went back. The store is still closed. Today at 12:15pm I pulled up and 2 employees were coming back to the store. When I asked if they would be opening I was told no they are closed for the day 😳. How is this even possible? Well good thing Family Dollar is on the next block!!!

If your like me you dont care about the 5 star reviews mean woman at the register my wife asked her a question and she looked up at the sky and acted as if my wife was not even there be careful not to give buisines to this store it is worth driving a few more miles and paying more for a little respect

Shopped here while in New Orleans for a La.Tech game .. I'm a limo driver of a 33ft stretch limo .. parking was easy .. bathroom was clean and employees were friendly
