I went yesterday to exchange something I was talking to the lady cashier then someone came from some worker came straight at me with big nasty actitud telling me with anger why I’m talking from the side to the cashier wy I don’t talk in front face she treat you not nice she mandate and implored me like army telling me she is the manager and I toll her I don’t care wy I wasn’t talking bad or disrespectful to anyone she toll I’m the manager I toll her what’s tha mean you treat coustomer like they no body ,she need to be trained that coustomer they should be treat with respect not with anger and nasty attitude sha have !I just went exchange size and she got my blood pressure up !her name Aisha some like tha is the manager all employees bad angry actitud.

Rude, unprofessional employees who turn the self check-out off and then disappear when you need to be checked out. Don't go here unless you feel like waiting an hour to check out and getting attitude from the dimwit cashier in the process.

No one in store to help, stays in the back. Self check out (1 works) unfriendly staff, staff does not communicate or address customers. One employee only, saw people walk out because could not get checked out. This is sad, was such a great store before the storm..now DG has cut the staff ...not the same.Sad it will close because of the way it is managed....

The staff here is marvelous and there's usually lots of merchandise. However, occasionally when things are out of stock, because the company keeps cutting hours. Come off the bucks and let this awesome staff take care of business DG! They do a great job, just need more hours to get it done with the high volume of customers they service. My 4 star review is not in any way about their team. These guys know their regulars and treat everyone like a valued customers!

The employees always greet you with a warm hello as soon as you enter the store. I found what I was looking for easily and the checkout moved very quickly. I will be returning to shop this location soon.

This Dollar General in Kenner Louisiana is awesome. Store not too messed up nice employees. line gets long they open up two registers they keep most of the stuff in stock unlike other ones. Management's been a long time.

I like the place but it's always a mess then it's like they have no employees the only one there is at the register pr sad for a billion dollar company ohh that's why there is only one person therve,that's why they are a billion dollar company. #91 out of the fortune 500 so they are top 100 of the fortune 500

I like the store it has decent prices however when you go here be sure to keep an eye on the register as you're checking out they don't always apply the coupons and savings at the store says you're supposed to get I found this out when I was shopping for Christmas gifts as a gift was supposed to be 25% off any battery operated toy $5 or more and it did not give me the discount for the toys I was purchasing that was clearly battery operated

I think it could be better if attention to Latinos improve since they do not put a lot of mind at times just why they do not speak English, they are part of the majority of customers who consume their products. for others it is very good.

What can I possibly say man !! It's a " Dollar General ". That's all I need to say. Besides the fact that it's not really a Dollar store. Did make it sound like something cheap. But every time I walk out of the da-gon-place I've spent 70 to 100 dollars. They got me hooked with that dollar sign. Their aim was to brainwash us into thinking a small amount. Well it appeared to have worked, on me at least and several million others. " oh this is only $1.59 oh that is only $2 that's cheap I think I'll buy it " even though I will probably never use it. Bet they got you too ! They are popping up as they say, left and right. Genius pure geniuses . I don't think it's a general either. 😳

Store was well stocked and cleaned BUT they did not accept my coupons. Policy seems to change on a whim. Great savings when they take coupons

Terrible service. The cashier barely greeted me, was texting the entire time and didn't even hand me my bag. I had to spin the bag wheel myself and get my stuff.
