One star bc u can't give zero stars. Company online says 5 closing time, but they close early at 430. This is awful for people in need if medicine for their babies. I got the doctor to last minute change to this on because all the others are closed. The staff walking out the doors says it's closed and I can not get the prescription for my child. This is outrageous. Closing early than said on the phone automation and online. They had enough staff to stay open until the proper closing. I saw them all leave. So mad. We called around several places before. Send corporate people to help staff stores so we can get prescriptions.

30% "online" coupons NEVER work on sale items. also CVS has a goofy format on receipt showing discounts such that we never know if we got the proper discount.

The store manager Indrina refused to honor my rewards coupon on an item that I had purchased the day before. I had my receipt for the item that I purchased, but forgot to use my rewards coupon the day before. With a simple transaction she could have made a loyal rewards customer happy. Instead she denied me the use of my coupon and made me not want to shop at her store. Terrible customer service!

Been going here for years. Never had an issue. There is a lady named Darolyn, she is the best. I only see her every 90 days and she always remembers my name. Whatever they are paying her… it is not enough!

My favorite CVS, most of the employees know mine and my daughters' names, and always ask about them if they're not with me. Store is kept neat, clean, and we'll stocked. Parking lot could use more lighting though.

I had them as my favorite store but today I was totally disappointed. I bought a wart remover and I did not realize that it was sealed with adhesive tape and when I opened it it was used, I returned to the store to have it exchanged for another and they just told me no, so I lost my money and my product was very unfair and unfair I hope and will be able to proceed legally because I think that consumer law protects at least one exchange or refund. I WILL NEVER SPEND A PEN ON YOU

Inconsistent customer service.Ms. Indira is the only reason I give this store the stars it has. Most of the other good people have left.I deducted 3 stars because of Kayla. I have heard her laugh and mock customers behind their back when she thinks they are not listening.She is polite when face to face , but still will eyeball you and chuckle then go laugh and point with a coworker. that sort of stupidity can get her justifiably and quickly hurt, or a screaming match. Whenever I see her working I turn around and leave.

Horrible customer service. Came to pick up my prescriptions. Was told my insurance hadn't been paid. Called my insurance. They said CVS hadn't tried to verify. They just told me to try again tomorrow
