I was there this evening and bought a roll of Copenhagen Wintergreen Packs it was like $20. I also bought 2 diet Pepsis. The guy handed me my bag and I left. When I got home and went to get the roll out of the bag it wasn't there!!!! There was only the diet Pepsi!!!! I have tried calling the store and it just keeps ringing busy!!!! It is not right!!!! The store is too far from my house so I can't go back tonight, but I will be going back when I get off work tomorrow!!! I'm so heated right now 😤 OH and, I also spent $47 in gas there!!!

Bought a breakfast sandwich there. Didn’t realize it was to be discarded at 1:45pm that day. Took it back and the clerk and other employee said it was still good. Why would I be ok with a sandwich that will expire in a few hours. And why was there a issue when they needed to just replace it and apologize.

I came in December 19 at 2:47pm and purchased a slim Jim and a monster energy drink. My total was 8.60. I gave the cashier 10.00. He gave me one dollar back.When I asked for my .40 cents he just ignored me and walked away.I stood there taken aback. I didn’t know getting my .40 cents in change was such a burden.I am unsure if the cashier was lazy, can’t do arithmetic, or was just trying to steal my money. I could have made an issue of it but, honestly, simply do not have the emotional bandwidth given what life is dishing right now. So I gave up and will never go back. Perhaps this can help someone avoid this place in the future.

The lines are always very long and I've never seen more than two employees working at a time. But they have quite a few gas pumps and a large variety of snacks and food inside.

I haven't left a review on a business in years so to leave one now an impact was definitely made. Rude customer service, demeaning attitude towards the customer. Need better management looking at other reviews with similar experiences.

I'm disappointed in exon for allowing such rudeness to go on. The day time manager is very un professional. The clerk couldn't sell me lottery tickets because she claims that she was train to sell them. I called for manager who was refusing to come out because she was busy with paperwork. When she finally came out she was making up all kinds of excuses not to sell me a lottery ticket. Finally after 10 minutes of back and forth I asked her for name and she went and sold me the ticket. I get gas and purchase items from there frequently. So I don't understand the isdue but I won't be shopping there anymore.

Once again. Early morning rush. Doors locked. People around waiting to get in. Girls just chit chatting and looking at everyone waiting. Took 20 minutes from when I got there to let us in. Don't know how long everyone before me waited. Once in. Cashiers were straight asshats.

Nestle ice cream 2 for $5.00, the register reads $3.39 each. The fat nasty attitude cashier walks over and looked at the sticker on the cooler, and still refused to honor the sale because it was not in the system properly. I learned 45 years ago when I had my first job in a grocery store that the customer is always right!It constitutes false advertising. Therefore I walked out of the store refusing to pay the full price. People like that have no business dealing with the public. All they are there for is to collect a paycheck. That's just RUDE.....

I was parked on pump 2 about to go pay for my gas, then a man pulls up behind me saying that the woman inside moved him from one pump to the one i was on. I then moved out the way and got behind him and waited, then went and paid for my gas. As i am pumping my $20 of gas, it stopped at $7.33. Come to find out the workers put someone else one the pump that I was currently pumping on. Then they refused to give me the managers number. Not to mention that both of the workers had the worst attitude ever.

This place is very dirty and unsanitary. They even leave old spoiled chocolate milk in the coolers. When I told the cashier about it, she acted like she was grossed out and wasn’t going to clean or remove it.

This place is disgusting and the employees are unprofessional and ratchet. Went in to use the restroom and heard them cussing all throughout the store about someone and then continued to be loud and messy as I came up to the register. Also their store was very dirty and unorganized. Never have I seen such a horrible place ever. Will be contacting corporate about their nasty behavior

Well, as you can see, I arrive at the entrance and the person on duty doesn't let me in because she is smoking outside and there is no one else to take care of the place. What eggs. That place is very bad.
