This place didn’t credit my card for the gas not received. The phone number listed doesn’t work. I’m calling the fraud dept of my bank.I called my bank's fraud dept. One of the questions they asked was did I try to resolve the issue with the company. The gas station's phone number listed wasn't correct. So, I drove back to gas station weeks later, with my receipt. The manager returned the money to my card. It took about 10 days to see the credit.

April 2024 update: The remodeling makes it hard to stop there. No lotto no scratch off no hot food limited inventory. At least the bathroom is clean. Original Review: This store fell off. For years, the owners kept things decent. Went in, bathrooms broken. Stood at the counter to buy my stuff, guy at register spent two minutes having a loud conversation across the store with someone that walked in, about what studio he records in. I might as well have not been standing there. He finally stopped talking about studios and rang me up. Not going back anymore. Nice looking gas station but ratchet employees.

A dirty place,just look at the back of the building.I don't understand why the city doesn't do anything.A lot of garbage in the back that brings animals.

I've had a horrible experience at this location. The restrooms had no signs indicating which gender to go in. The lady fixing the chicken was rude in guiding me to the location of the rest rooms. The people fixing the chicken didn't know the price of the food they were selling. The cook said I had to talk to the manager about the pricing. She was fixing the dinner and didn't know how much it cost. I felt like she was inconsistent and didn't wanna help me. The Manager had a rude attitude in handling the transaction as well. This was my first and last time coming into this location.

Putrid bathrooms! A port-a-potty is cleaner!! Service sucks bad. Asking for a paper towel to wipe my hands and the woman told me she was done with her shift and couldn’t help me. How’s that for southern charm and hospitality.The place was disgusting and they cook food there. I wouldn’t eat anything off their hands! Go next door. There is another gas station there. I wish I would have taken my phone inside.

customer service is terrible! I stopped on my way to work to get something to eat. I waited to get help on what I wanted the lady continued to cooked, she eventually looked at me and turned her back so i went to the register and told the cashier what i wanted she told me i had to step out of line wait by the food. i told her i did and was never acknowledged. Meanwhile (another race) walks up by the food and they were acknowledged before they even got to the counter. i got out of line waited again and the lady by the food had the WORST attitude towards me and pushed my food to me. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!

I'm not sure who idea it was to sell this place but it was a big mistake. This location was one of the best in your chain now it's TRASH!! The customer service is horrible, the chicken and fries aren't the same, something is always missing. I stopped here at least 3x a week after today I won't be going back. I hope someone in your office see this and fix the problem ASAP.

This was a nice place to shop and get gas.Since the beautiful renovation, the Management has become very unfriendly and could care less about their previous loyal customers.Now it’s doing great and not kept clean outside ever. Always nasty and filthy, especially by the pumps. The pay at the pump is broke all the time.Be careful, the side street of store is nothing but bums and drug dealers and undesirables. There’s always someone by the entrance trying to sell stolen goods or asking for money!!I take no pride in having to say this.I’ve been shopping that location there since 1967. Wouldn’t go there if they were the only place open. So much for progress as new and improved.

Just left this place at 8:00 P.M ON a Friday and the sign and Google said 24 hours. As soon as I walked up to look at the warming station a old ghetto non english speaking missing teeth broad rudely repeatedly said "We Closed..WE Closed...WE Closed..WE Closed. " I didn't even had time to ask this crackhead looking spooky black broad what they had. Funny thing is the station was full of fresh food and this ugly witch was getting some for herself..I know for sure what's left over they reheat..No way they throw all that chicken away..Do not get food from here..They are uneducated rude and food is not fresh. Nasty bathroom! Pee on the floor,beer cans on the back of the toilet, (toilet paper wads of paper) on the side of toilet under the sink. Had the worst nasty smell. Nasty nasty nasty.

If I could give a ZERO star I would have! Stop to this brother's for a fill up, so I decided to go inside to get something to eat. When I got to the food counter the worker seen me approaching. She didn't greet me or anything. She waited about 2-3 mins before she even attempted to take my order. I wanted the chicken tender meal with fries. The fries that were up there were old and burnt. I asked of I could have some fresh fries. She told me she wasn't making anymore fries. She turned her back to me and proceeded to the cooking area. I thought she was about to make the fries, so I was still standing there. However, she started to batter the chicken. I asked her if she was going to make my fries. Still with her back turned to me she stated NO! Very POOR customer service! Wish I could have taken the $45 worth of gas I pumped out and received a refund. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!

This place is horrible. I rarely go there because the times i’ve went its always bad service. Cashiers have an attitude they are not friendly at all. I went today, and ordered a piece of chicken with fries. Half the chicken was raw and fries were not seasoned i got plain stale fries! Unfortunately, i am not feeling well to take another drive and bring it back. Never again will i stop by. I would recommend people to go to brothers on veterans blvd! Theyre way better!

Not good. I purchased gas and the pump just went off without me getting my full purchase. It was a bunch of customers this happened to. Their was no explanation. Not we have to wait for a refund back to our cards. Just ridiculous!

Terrible customer service. I was a guest from TX and stopped by on 07/28/2021 at night for gas and car wash services. It was urgent but They didn’t let us to use restroom for my 3 years old daughter, we had to find another gas station to use.

Went in to purchase a 25 piece mixed normally around 23 dollars with tax their menu board was no working didnt think anything get to register and was told that will be 32.75 also sign on door said NO MASK NO SERVICE bullcrap 5 ppl were in there no mask and they were served

Then stand in line for ever just so the lady can’t speak English so she can’t give you what your asking for even after pointing at it 6xs.. & the bathroom is beyond disgusting 🤮

Pollo con buen sabor pero el servicio lastimosamente muy malo, 2 señoras en la caja que en lugar de atender al cliente estan platicando , las que cocinan y sirven tampoco ponen lo que uno les pide y no ponen atención a lo que el cliente necesita. Eso pasa siempre en el de Loyola y ni una sonrisa a nadie. Posiblemente ya estan muy cansadas.
