My first pretzel here. I've seen lots of them at different places. Wife wanted to try one. 6.00 for a pretzel is kinda high. But it's airport prices. We got an original with a side of cheese dipping sauce. The pretzel was actually pretty decent. However didn't care for the "cheese" sauce. It was ok for a grab and go snack.

Tried to buy a pretzel at 5:42am before my flight. The worker refused and said they open at 6:00am. I let her know that google states they open at 5:00am to which she responded "We aren't ready yet so that's why we aren't serving anyone." I said "So you're open, but you're not serving?" She stated "We aren't serving anyone." There were several pretzels in the case. Terrible!!!

On the day of Saturday 27th of April around 5pm the girl “working” the stand first asked by my mom, said it ll be about 30 minutes for the pretzels, after 20 minutes I had got the same exact response, so as an inquisitive person I asked if someone’s bringing them to her, and said she has to roll them out first but hadn’t had the time, meanwhile she’s fixing her nails, sweeping the same part of the floor for the 10th time, so not busy with anything work related, obviously. Correct me if I’m wrong but she’s working for wages, and is deliberately costing the business more than she earns them. This review is for Auntie Annie’s managements information, as you may not be aware of the sabotage your employees are committing on your business. Best regards.Ps. Can’t rate the pretzels as there weren’t any to try in my 1,5 h wait by the gate vis a vis the stand.

Someone please put these Children through a professional training program for customer service. It’s a busy airport! A line of 8 deep is not the time to change registers. Then you have the two people making pretzels laughing instead of helping the slow cashier. All the flavors aren’t even available at 2:30 in the afternoon. On 12/5/23. This is definitely one of the most unprofessional and unhelpful stalls I’ve been to.

Could not be more ghetto. Worker was rude and acted as if the customer was bothering her. I understand it is likely very challenging to staff an airport location but it would be better to just shut it down than allow this foolishness. I travel frequently for work and have never encountered such obstinate, rude, and stupid workers at any other location as much as I have here. No matter when you visit you are guaranteed to be subjected to straight up rudeness.

On way to board my flt… stopped at the Auntie Anne’s Pretzel kiosk just for a $3.95 bottle of water. The associate at the register took my cash, the muttered something then started walking away .. slowly. When I asked for a bit more context, “I over charged you so I got to get a manager”…. And just walked out into the concourse…. LOL! I grabbed my $5.00 bill, left the bottle of water and walked 10 steps to the next kiosk to buy my water….

At a loss for words after coming here and I was not surprised to see this rating. In all my years, I'm not sure if this was the worst customer service I've had or the hot dog stand next door. Literally spoke to us facing away, saying it'll be another 25 minute wait. Yet, there were pretzel bites in the display, to which she said, she needs to fill it before she sells any. This is after being open for over 3 hours. What a joke.

Poor service. Super Rude. Never saw anything like it. There were two large, cold, hard pretzels under the light. The employee told me she was not making any new pretzels until everything under the light was sold. I told her I wanted the nuggets size pretzels, which were not available at the time. She said, as I told you before, I'm not making Any new pretzels until we are completely out. I left and returned later about 50 minutes later, a new batch of pretzels had just made it out of the oven. She yelled out to everyone in the line that, she was not taking any orders until all of the new batch were in cups and placed under the light, which she stated would take an additional 15 minute wait time. What happened to HOT and Freshly Baked? Why do the customers have to wait until the pretzels are cold before they can order them? The woman was Super Rude and she should be fired for her rudeness and lack of customer service skills.

Well the staff is not very approachable or willing to assist. I was greeted with all we have is what’s in the case and we’re not making anything else at 4pm on Thursday??? Really ,,,all that was in the case were some plain pretzels that looked dried out completely.

I walk up to the counter. No greeting but is telling me what they do and don’t have, I let her know what I want and I ask for three cheese dips when she tells me my total I didn’t know if she charged me for that or not. She’s putting in 2 I said oh I asked for 3, she says loudly “okay I can give it to you even though you didn’t pay for it” I kindly let her know I did speak up and asked for 3, it’s not my fault she didn’t hear me and she was still welcomed to charge me. Not a horrible experience but could be better, sharpen the customer service skills. I thought Nola had a good sense of hospitality and community.

Refused to serve pretzels even though they were in the display (tried for the two hours I waited for my flight).Barely looked at us while talking and I told her my flight was leaving and they were ready in the display and she still refused. Said “if I sell it to you I’ll have to do it for everyone” but there was literally nobody else in the concourse and they had also been open for two hours already ??

Tried to order from here at 5:10am (which online it says this Auntie Anne’s opens at 5am), and I walked up to the counter. The worker’s back was turned facing the line of customers waiting to order. I asked the worker, “is it open for the day to order yet?” She did not even turn to look at me or say any words. She just shook her head and kept ignoring people. So rude. Will be getting food elsewhere.

Came for prezel dogs but was told they werent taking any orders bc they were restocking food. I asked how long and he said 10 min... came back 20 min later but all that was left were 2 original pretzels. Cashier said itll be 15 min for the mini dogs... i said ok can i go ahead and order that and wait.. he said no ill have to come back... i said this is my 2nd time trying to order... he said i shoulda came back after 10 min 😐. I took the last 2 pretzels so they probably shut down again. Having to restock every 20 min is poor planning. The line isnt that long. I will say the pretzels were soft and good... hence 2 stars

Cashier Shantell was absolutely rude, i am not sure if she is aware that hospitality is important specially at the airport!!! Perhaps these ladies need to be retrained. HQ needs to step in ASAP. Someone from the board , city council needs to do something. Too many people are complaining about the same issue. If i can give this location a - star or no stars I would!

I fly often out of my hometown New Orleans, and every single time I’m craving for the famous mini dogs. To my surprise, sarcastically speaking there are neither pretzels nor mini dogs.And to add the cherry on top, the employees are lacking customer service skills. I will look for other options somewhere else.

I wish I could do half a starCustomer Service was so bad here. I asked for a pretzel with no salt but the server didn't want to do that because "it takes time to make". I said of course it does that's part of the process. I asked for pretzel bites with pepperoni but he didn't want to do that either. So then I asked for what he had and asked for a top. He says " oh yeah" and hands me a napkin.I'm done!

The person in front of me got the last pretzel, I was told there was no more, the person was working alone, I asked if they were closing, they said no, but couldn't tell me if or when there would be more food. The iced drinks were available as liquid, i.e. unfrozen. They literally had nothing to sell. Another understaffed and mismanaged location at MSY.

I never ever leave a negative review but the rudeness I experienced was unreal. When it was my turn in line they had ran out of product. I simply asked how long it would take for the next batch to be ready, and I was told it was none of my business & basically kicked away. Completely unnecessary, unprofessional and unacceptable.

Lady worked today running the register is super rude. I asked for 1 almond pretzel 🥨. She said it will be 30mins. I said ok so 30mins I’ll be back. Then she said could be 45mins to 1hr. Then she looked at me and SIGH very loud 🤣🤣 The person that franchise this location should be very worried.

This has to be the worst Auntie Anne’s in the region. The employees had attitudes like they they work on a rough street. My daughter knows not to even ask for them when we’re at the airport because they rarely have anything. And what they did serve one time to her tasted stale.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've never been treated like that before at a place of business. The fact I existed made the woman behind the counter instantly upset. Go work somewhere else if you hate your job so much.

Bought a pretzel and they said it would be 10 minutes. Fine. After 15 minutes waiting by the counter I see them take out a batch of pretzels and start handing them out to people as they bought pretzels. I had to walk over and cut the line to get mine.

Walked up because I saw them putting fresh pretzels up. The website said they open at 3am. The lady just blah said “we open at 5am and then just looked away”I get it, it’s early, but we all need something to get us moving, don’t have to be a grouch about it. Bummer. I love those pretzels. Too bad I won’t be going back.New airport. Terrible people.

Same as all the other reviews... Came for pretzels, and kept getting told it would be 30 minutes until they're ready. After 2 hours of trying for pretzels, I gave up.
