Unprofessional and did not keep the appointment. Had to call another company and was charged $150 fine because this company did not show up for the appointment they set. Still need a new fence and post also gate put up. My neighbors did not like this company either.

This company put my original fence up about 35 years ago and then I had repair work done after Hurricane Katrina. They were professional and I was very satisfied. So, I was willing to wait for them to do my fence after Hurricane Ida. I even told my neighbor how much I thought of them. So they agreed to have their fence done when mine was being done. However, this has been a nightmare. Workers didn't show up and I didn't get a call to let me know they weren't coming. I was told that the weather had something to do with it. However, it was not raining at my house. Instead of coming early in the morning since we have been having afternoon showers, they don't. Then one day they came out while it was raining. They were trying to cement the poles in the rain. Oh, then they broke my water pipe to my house while trying to get a post up. The pipe was repaired by a professional plumber. (This could happen to anyone, I guess.)However, this morning they came out around 7 am and left a little after 8 am with no explanation. I have called the office and shared my concerns with Brendan. These workers are very unprofessional and I worry that my new fence may not hold up through a hurricane. I can not tell you how sorry and let down I feel. And don't leave a message on the voicemail. You have to keep calling to you get someone on the phone.I did not answer the question about the quality since my job has not been completed. But with everything that has happened, I have little hope about my finished product.I am happy to give an update on my job. It has been completed. It was a rough start, but I am very satisfied with the completed project. I spoke with the owner, and he assigned Jimmy, their quality control person, to address my concerns. He was very nice and made sure that my expectations were met. It is good to know that there are still some businesses concerned with customer satisfaction.Service: Wood fence installation

Like at least one other reviewer, the gates were not connected to a post - just barely connected to a fence board with angled nails (barely into wood) and already having problems. After several attempts, I was told "that's the way we make 'em". They responded to another reviewer with the same gate problems below, saying they would make it right, but they didn't offer me that or make it right. Many aspects of the design showed me it wouldn't last and not worth the better quote. For $2 worth of bolts and a little time, they lost me as a repeat customer - it'd be a much better fence. I was kept up to date along the way on the progress and they were very accommodating. Asked for a quote, they said no problem and they were sending someone out. Two techs showed up and started working on the gate without permission and proceeded to try to strong arm us into paying. This is a racket.

They did a great job with my fence. Had an issue with the gate that I contacted the owner about and he ensured me that he would send a quality control person out for immediately. Great service, fair prices, and honesty. What more could you ask for?

Used them for years. Seems the place has one tech that knows his stuff. Ogden. He's fairly rude and abrupt. Needs to not have direct contact with the customers. Always acts like your bothering him if you need work done. Shows up and makes the repair with no customer contact or feedback. He does good work no doubt, but I hate having to call him. I make repairs myself when possible to did last avoid him

At first it was a quick and easy install BUT after two weeks we discovered they installed the gate incorrectly. The bolts were not done right and now the fence door is sagging at an angle and you can’t open it from the inside. From the outside you have to pound your fist on the door to get it to open. Have tried to contact the company several times to fix it and have gotten no response.
