The reason I’m writing is because this store needs attention. It is directly across from the parish dump site that serves many customers in the area so I usually swing by after dropping off our trash at the dump weekly and is very convenient. They always seem understaffed and it seems the store needs Corporate attention. I’ve thought this for quite a while, but decided to write this as I’m sitting the parking lot after seeing 10-12 customers in line with one checker and inventory on the floor that is not in the correct place inside the store. Multiple customers left without checking out due to the wait time, including myself. I’m hopeful this reaches the right person(s) and the attention is given to this location as there are other places that these customers will go to including a large convenience store and Family Dollar down the road about a mile. I’ve been here when the heat doesn’t work in the winter and when the AC doesn’t work in the summer. I’d love to hear back from someone from Corporate with interest in getting things turned around here. Please take this as constructive criticism and not a griping customer. The employees that are working always seem to have a good attitude.

A good place for a quick shop such as milk, bread, snacks and etc. Prices are pretty reasonable and competitive with some of the larger retail stores. Usually no wait time, can be in and out of the store within 10 to 15 minutes. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star, most of the time the stores are to cluttered up. I think the reason for this is most of these stores only have 1 or 2 Employees working at a time. The way, they could improve this in my OPINION is to have a few Employees to work after hours to stock the shelves with the stock that is usually sitting in the isles, cluttering them up.

I go in that store at least twice a day they are extremely friendly. They go out of their way to make sure that I get to know you. One of the ladies that works there has known my son since he was born and she went through and gave my son tons of toys that were basically brand-new! One of the perks of living in a small town

Our dollar store is always out of stuff. Can't get down the Isles. Usually there is only 1 checker. Need 2 checkers in the late afternoon 4 to 7 pm. Never has been run right. The workers are all Pleasant and do their very best to help you. It's just to under staffed. A dollar store that size needs more than one person working in it. Workers they have are all fantastic.

Great prices, good selection... They need to hire more people... One person to run the store is ridiculous... I've been there numerous times when cashiers were alone and SO busy. Don't punish the customers or employees that way!

I used to love this store and I knew exactly where the items was located. But with the changes they made to turn it into a grocery store and home products I do not like. You can't find anything. The center isles are high end priced home interior etc. They will not sell in this location RURAL KEITHVILLE.

It's a good clean facility it is a God send for the people like me who live out in the country and don't want to drive into town to the big chain stores to shop for something small prices are a little higher then your big chain stores but that's the price you pay living in the woods lol

There is always a line and you have to move boxes out of the way to get to an item that may or may not be there. It's poorly managed, but the cashiers are sweet givien the working conditions.

It is the best place to stop and grab a few thing on the way home from work when you don't want to stop at a big store like wal-mart. The people are always nice and they always have great products for cheap.

This place isn't meant to have high or even medium expectations so the only complaint I have for this place in not always having a stocked store and the attempts to stock the store leave all kinds of packaging in the walkways.

Dirty, nasty store off of hwy169 and they never shock the shelves they never have anything I need at that store . It's sad because it's close to the house .the store is in a good location they could make good money.
