This pharmacist took my prescription telling me she had enough to fill it but then the next day when I called to check the status was told that they would not fill it. I was blown up at work in 2009 and have facial and oral deformities she took one look and discriminated against me with the assumption I must be a drug addict and now the only CVS that had my meds in stock won’t fill them because of discriminatory bias.

At this point, I’m changing my pharmacy. The pharmacy workers (in the past 6 or so months that I’ve lived in the area) have not smiled a single time, been polite, or even really greeted me at all. Most often if I go inside, I stand for at least 5 minutes before I even get a “be right with you.” as if I’m an interruption, then another five before someone meanders over. The one time I was very sick, they were out of one of my medications and I tried to clarify which, etc. and every answer was such a burden I eventually gave up and bought myself some NyQuil. It’s often the same ladies as well, barely acknowledges anyone, no smiles or even a slightly kind “one second”, after this many instances I truly wonder if the job is just that bad, or if they’re continuously out of Miralax… after 6 months of dreading picking up my meds and smiling at these ladies trying to be nice, I’m giving up and switching.

November 09 , 2023 went into CVS , my girlfriend went to try and use the bathroom , she couldn't , she stated . For a health store bathroom look like a gas station

Absolutely worse service I have ever experienced in healthcare. Prescriptions never ready when expected and usually wrong regards to refills and quantity given.

This store is terrible. Does it really take 8 hours to count 30 pills? Every time I fill medicine at this location it is a fight!

They do not answer their phone in a timely manner, I have been on the phone waiting for them to answer 10-12 minutes multiple times.
