Very polite workers , very responsive to customers and customer needs, very knowledgeable staff of store products and services. And most importantly a clean sanitary environment. Very pleasant atmosphere and very organized everything is in plain view neatly on the shelves and racks. Congrats Jonesboro,LA 71251 I commend you Keep Up The Goodwork, I have anxiety and the way workers interact with they customers it's like they have all known you for years and will have you holding your stomach from either laughing so hard or just smiling.You never know what someone is going through and sometimes just making someone smile can change their whole day. And I love making people smile.

So I go to electronics, I told the nice and friendly lady which laptop I wanted. She ask me, like every time when I buy something from electronics, was I ready to check out. I told her I had a few more items to get. She told me she would take the laptop to the service desk and I could get it when I was ready to check out. I told her thank you she said you’re welcome and have a merry Christmas. I continued my shopping, when I was done I went to register 4. While the person I was with was unloading our buggy, I went to the service desk to get the laptop. The lady behind the counter rudely and snobby like ask if she could help me and before I could say anything another lady walks up and says she has a QUICK question about pick-up! Instead of waiting until I finished telling service desk lady what I wanted, she answered her quick question which turned in to 4 questions. Ok no problem I waited. Finally the lady comes back to me and again rudely and snobby like asked can I help you and I said yes I have a laptop here. She say ok, grabs the laptop to bring it to reg. 4. And before she gets to the register the same lady that ask about pick-up came back and started asking more questions. So I just go to register 4 to pay for my items and wait for the laptop. By now I’m getting a little upset bc both the service desk woman and the “pick-up” woman are still laughing and talking with the laptop in her hand. As I was walking out the door, without a laptop, is when the service desk woman decided to bring the laptop to register 4!! Now I understand people have questions but she should have gotten in line just like I did and waited her turn to be waited on! But both woman were just rude!! This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this Walmart! I try not to go there unless it’s absolutely necessary! If it wasn’t for the friendly lady in electronics I would have given no stars instead of the one.

As far as Walmart goes, this is almost like a small town local store. If you want to do self checkout, you can. Thankfully, they have several people who will check you out without a wait.

The cashier wasn't nice didn't talk to me when I bought a buggy full of food. (Alot was can food) (I don't get to the store very often)She made me feel like a bother. I asked her if it was ok for me to check out there before I went to her register. She said yes.

Electronic never has enough help and most everything is behind glass. Have to wait for a key only to find that the laptop you wanted is out of stock. Make some out of stock stickers to put on the display would have saved me 24 minutes of waiting. Store is clean. So two stars.

They had the toilet flapper, tank seal, but not the water shut off valve. Another store nearby was recommended. With friends like that at Walmart i want to continue shopping there.

The guy in electronics on that day was super knowledgeable on his job. Super friendly if I had to go back to Jonesboro Walmart again to electronics I most definitely would but however I don't like supporting the people that supports the Democratic party. That's why I only gave it one star because it wouldn't let me post this without at least one star. And in the end what Walmart does is adds up all the stars the single ones. And they count those as wonderful ratings. I just wish people that won't ratings won't honest ones without you even having to give him a damn star. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! The only thing that I did not like and the reason for only 4 stars is when they get something in store that you really like, they won't ever have it again. Like beef steak fingers, dinty Moore spaghetti, and beefy cheesy Mac, and a few others.

The meat dept. usually has very little selection. The produce dept.usually has very little selection and I've found mold and rotting produce more times than not. Then,if u want to get checked out,you have to wait in a long line for the one or two checkers they have or self check yourself out. I'm not sure if the person ordering the inventory is incompetent or if it's their suppliers. But,they are consistently out of everyday items. Then,it takes forever for the items to return,if they ever do return. I'm not sure about other Walmart's, but this one doesn't price match and they give you a hard time on returns.

The produce always old. Shelves never full. Might be out of some meats produce and other items for sometimes month. It is always hot in store. My hair is wet with sweat by time I leave. Reorganized vitamin section to no organization. Everyone hates it! Pharmacy nice. Better since they put more personal on. Am close to driving to Ruston to be able to get what I'm shopping for. The employee make there dislike known to everyone. No bad stores just bad managers. Was in retail 30 years. Secret shoppers will tell you! Also pushing for self serve checkout. Lines at checkout!

I WAS TREATED SO POORLY BY THE MANAGEMENT WHEN I COULDNT FIND MY CARD. ONCE I FOUND IT THEY DID NOT APOLOGIZE THEY MADE ME GO TO THE BACK OF THE LINE INSTEAD OF RERINGING MY ITEMS THEY MADE ME WAIT 30:MINIUTES LONGER. IM AVOIDING WALMART AT ALL COSTS

Great help in lawn Dept. Bought a riding mower on clearance. 2 mowers actually. 1 for my dad, 1 for my brother. Both were a good price and runs good. Had great service on both when I picked them up.
