Ordered online for delivery. It took 2 HOURS for my food to be delivered. When I called & asked what the average wait time is supposed to be, they put it off as I ordered while the delivery person was already out. My spouse used to work there. They had a limit of 45 minutes to be ready & delivered. So, my 2 hour wait time is ridiculous.Do BETTER.

Love Johnnys and have been eating it for 50+ years. It’s the best. But today at this location I got a take and bake. It tasted like the onions and peppers were frozen and the taste and texture were off. I hope they aren’t trying to use frozen veggies. It was absolutely awful so I’ll be going to a different location in the future.

Im very disappointed I spent 63 dollars on. Our food it was over 30 mi so late the bread sticks were hard the pizza was cold and tasted funny like the sauce was old being im 6 months pregnant an it was my birthday dinner I could have ate sandwiches an. Saved some time an money the worst Johnny's experience of my life my 38th birthday 🎂 😟😭😟Kid-friendliness: My boys are 6 an 8 and refused pizza for the first time ever

Been a while since we ate but staff is still rude. Completely finished with our meal and ask for a refund on the cinnamon sticks I never got. Manager said well you have to tell us to cook it. Really! I ordered and paid for it 30 minutes ago.

The facilities are always clean and the staff always is super helpful and nice. They have a drive through which is very nice for those days you just don’t want to put in any effort. We absolutely love the food here and have to get some every time we fly back home.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the country. I’m a truck driver so great food is hard to come by. I can’t be near this place without going. Bobtail only though.

My husband and I eat here every Sunday after church. We usually get there around 11:15 to 11:30. They have several pizzas available but not the better or more popular one, such as sweep the kitchen or others with more meat. I guess they are cutting back. Maybe we need to cut back also.😏

My order was $25...I gave the Girl who brought my food $30, & And she just grabbed tha money w.out counting it and ran back to tha car. (I thought she was grabbing change)....Im still outside waiting, I see her counting tha money, she looks up at me and drive off.! Unprofessional

This review is specifically for the location in Jonesboro, La. This location was in need of a good cleaning. The floors were dirty and my shoes stuck to the floor as I walked. The service was slow, and the bathroom was filthy. There was not enough toilet paper and trashcans were running over full. Looked like it had not been checked or tended to in days.....I don't think I will be going back any time soon. Was VERY DISAPOINTED in the condition of this location.

This is the first Johnny's Pizza House that I've been to. I managed to get there like 5 minutes after the place opened and the food was fresh and tasted much better than I expected. Staff were friendly even though the buffet was small and the chairs were uncomfortable.

Lettuce was gross, cheese sauce on the bar had hardened and stuck to the sides, 2 pizza options on the bar that looked like it had been sitting there a minute.

Great pizza and cinnamon sticks, food overload for being a truck driver out of michigan. Also great service and the delivery guy was cool as heck. Id order again if im in the area.
