Stopped for the restroom thinking the circle k would be nice and clean. I was so wrong about that! The store itself was a mess and had alot of empty shelves. The alcove for the restrooms appears to be used as storage. The ladies room was filthy. The toilet paper holders were all busted and broken, along with the soap dispenser. The bag of soap was just on the counter. The toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Everything in there needed to be wiped down. Would not stop here again.

Typical gas station. Even though the store was recently remodeled the same habits carried over. Soft drinks are always out of stock. The fountain machine is neverixed correctly and all of the snacks are way over priced. The bathrooms unfortunately were not updated in the remodel and are always nasty. Avoid if possible

I'm really disappointed in circle k today. I have went in for 3 days in a row and they've been having problems with no syrup or no carbonated water and then today went in and every icee machines was down and the fountain machine was down. The little guy that was working dressed in a gray hoodie and sun shades was outside sitting in a blue SUV with someone while people standing in line waiting on him to get back into the store manager really needs to check the security cameras at what's going on at there store.

I should’ve taken pictures of the ice stacked and melting on the drink area. Or the countless empty shelves in the store. Or maybe pictures of the horrible bathrooms. But the best part was the unprofessional conversation between the worker and a friend about their exploits. Wish I wouldn’t have gotten gas, but this place was disappointing to say the least

They say it's open 24 hrs but come 2-5 in the morning they just close randomly for 2 plus hrs an it's not convenient being the only store supposed to be open 24/7.

Hey circle k owner why don't you make a trip to Jonesboro Louisiana and check out the condition of your store for yourself nothing is hardly ever stocked.i went there 2 days in a row and they told me they was out of my brand of cigarettes but they weren't just to lazy to bend over and look under the bottom cabinet. I let them know I k ew they was lying. Come check on your store!

Worst Circle K in the franchise. Fountain machine has never been cleaned. It's never stocked. When you post a bad review the regional manager will contact you but the problem is never corrected. I visit every other Circle K in our region and it doesn't matter how busy they are. Everything is clean and always stocked. This place just doesn't meet the minimum standards of any convenience store I have ever visited.

Worst store ever! Walked in to a nasty store. No cups at all. Go up and ask for cups, she's too busy sending pictures and messages on the cell phone to even look up! Then tells me I haven't had time to look in the back.... but had time for that phone. Nothing was clean! Trash on floor and all! If I could give it a 0 star I would!

Website says open 24 hours a day. Been sitting in front of store for over 30 minutes. Just called the store and was told that they don't open till 7:00am. Even the Website says that it's open.

Is it standard practice for the fountain drink station to dispense nothing but carbonated water? And don't ask the clerks to fix it unless you want to drink attitude.Would it kill someone to pass a broom and mop on the floor once in a while?Send these people to the Mudd Ave. store in Lafayette for training on how a Circle K should be run.

I would say , it was great but they have let it go, the place was a mess and they were playing loud music. Won't be going in again anytime soon

Good place to get gas really quick and decent prices on cigarettes , have a decent selection of sandwiches most of the time, fountain drinks are really good and if you can rent from Red Box there's one there

On 5/16 my wife and I were in Jonesboro. We turned into the store and damaged our car on the post beside your sign. Today I went in to speak to the mngr. His statement was "I have this conversation 4-5 times a month". This seems to indicate an issue. He was indignant and a bit rude. We will NOT be back.

Fountain drink area is ALWAYS NASTY or all is OUT OF ORDER. ALWAYS OUT of Dr. Pepper which is one of the most popular drinks in this area. Also, usually out of cups or straws. Went in today to get a dr. Pepper it was out, tried to get the dr. Pepper froster it was out. Left the circle k store and went across the highway to SONIC.

Dearest circle k owner, before you thank me for my feedback and push my issue onto the management for not keeping bags to put items in, or why is there trash over flowing from garbage cans in the parking lot I've been in this store every day for the past week and no change what so ever this store is nasty why isn't it picked up and cleaned your the owner fix it
