Items in this week's sale paper were either mispriced, or unavailable. Store personnel were apathetic AT BEST, zero interest in helping customers (I was one of three at that moment asking about the same items)The produce ALWAYS looks horrible at this store.I could continue but I'm saving it for my call to the corporate office in the morning.

The deli needs better food. The chicken was hard as a Rock and lasagna was nasty as hell!!! 20 dollars for two meals and it was gross!!

Most, not all, the people that work there are very friendly especially the ones who bag the groceries and bring them to my truck. The store is clean and it's easy to find what I am looking for. I would have gave 5 stars but they were out of my favorite drink.

This is my favorite grocery store to go to. They are very nice and very welcoming. I love the fact that they bag and take your groceries out to your car for you. It really helped me out when i had back surgery 3 yrs ago. I love this place and really enjoy the people that work there. They are very neat and clean. There are people working at all times to keep the place as clean as they do.

My problem experiences have been about Brookshires policies. I had no idea when we bought a money order for Louisana Wild Life and Fisheries which they sent back because the amount was incorrect that I couldn't exchange it for the correct amount! Nope you buy one and they offer no exchange or refund so approximately $160 down the drain which is a rip off I can't afford. I also wrote an out of state check but my state wasn't in the system, a manager approved it, 3 days later I wrote another check and the state wasn't in the system a different manager wouldn't approve it. The checks were good and I spend a lot of money with Brookshires! I am disappointed plus both issues were the same manager, maybe my appearance wasn't up to par? I want my money back.

Great environment, courteous and knowledgeable employees. Store is clean, and organized and produce and fruit aisle is inviting. Check -out is quick and purchases are handled with TLC. I recommend Brookshire to all my friends and family... The quality and variety of brands are Value for the money. The meat is fantastic and no undercover surprises..... I love the weekly specials.......

It was 10 minutes until close and they locked the door in my face. Most of time I have a great experience with our hometown store. It isn’t like I was grocery shopping, I literally had one item to get. In my opinion this is unprofessional, business hours are posted for a reason.

Not one of the sales associate welcomed me to the store, said thank you for shopping locally until the young man who bagged my groceries and delivered them to my car. The only correspondence was with a manager when I was making sure something was not out of date. Could use more friendly associates.

I love there meat deals and buy one get one for $0.01 specials. They make beautiful Birthday/ Wedding / ect cakes. They have a awesome Deli and the nicest employees check them out you will not regret it.

Everyone was nice and helpful. The cashier was very helpful when my ecoupon wasn't working. Meat department staff was helpful and nice. Produce have good fresh options. Store was clean and well stocked.

It's an ok grocery store. Not as friendly as they were a few years ago. They don't carry your groceries to your car, anymore. They do bag them though.I must edit since my review they are back to carrying your groceries out. Must have had a change in management, moved up at least to a 4.5 stars. Very pleased with the changes.

I do most of my grocery shopping here. Higher quality meat and fresher produce than the only other grocery store in town.

It's the only grocery store in town unless u count Walmart as a grocery store. Must watch! I've gotten rice that was spoiled, a dinner box with wee less in it, and it's fairly pricey compared to other grocery stores. I do appreciate the friendly service and they have a great but 1, get 1 for a penny sale once a month. The deli & bakery r both amazing as is the fresh fruit & veggies department.

This is a great store. Has always been well stocked and if they see out of an item they will quickly order the product and let you know approximately when it will be restocked. Great staff with fast, friendly service.

Brookshire's is ok for a quick groccery trip. I just went to grab some chicken salad, ironically, they were sold out. A larger produce section would be nice. The store was very friendly and all employees were actively working. Overall is has a very inviting environment and I'll be back.

Clean, shelves stocked, employees very friendly, very fresh meat department with butcher on site. Quality of the beef was great, marbling perfect in the steaks. I will be back.

The service people in Brookshire's are always helpful, kind, and friendly. Even the customers are considerate. From management to baggers, the staff is always cheerful and treats customers as if they are each special. We are fortunate to have a business that lends such great support to surrounding communities.

With only a couple of exceptions, a REALLY friendly bunch of people work here. Someone usually welcomes you when you enter. Biggest complaint is pricing. WAY overpriced on many items. A few good deals can be found now and then, though.

Always fresh produce, beautiful cuts of meat with friendly butchers and staff, fresh dairy and the best bread around! However, there r sometimes issues with boxed goods and beans having weevils from time to time.

Prices are a little high as far as milk goes but the pick 4 for $19.99 are ok. Could use a bit more variety on meat selections.
