A month ago I ordered 2 chocolate chip cookie cakes with no icing for pick up today at noon. So just 2 plain chocolate chip cookie cakes. I get a call at 9am today saying they don't have the chocolate chip cookie cakes but they do have m&m or Reese's pieces cookie cakes if I'd like those instead. I told the lady on the phone it wasn't what I ordered but I'll sacrifice it and take 2 of the plain Reese's pieces cookie cakes instead. I get to the store to pick up the cookie cakes and both cakes are marked up to $15.98 a piece when they are clearly $10.98 per cake. Better believe I walked the woman to the cookie cake rack and asked why every cookie cake on the rack was $10.98 but yet my 2 plain cookie cakes, that was the wrong order to begin with, are costing $15.98 instead. All she could say was "I don't know. ".She changed the prices on the cakes to the correct price after that. So after them not getting my order right, which I ordered a month in advance, then them trying to scam 10 extra dollars out of the order they couldn't get right, this Bakery will never get my business again. It's pitiful and very poor customer service!

Went to customer service desk. There. was a white customer ahead of me. She was attempting to exchange a large toy without a tag or bar code. The clerk was very patient with her. She went online, etc. to locate the info. The customer asked where to find the item and the clerk went online to tell her. When it was my turn, no greeting. She took the poster board I offered to her and examined every square inch front and back. When I brought the larger poster board, she did the exchange. I asked for a receipt and was told I did not need it. I’m Black and know that I’m looking for trouble if I can’t prove an item is paid. The experience left me resentful because of her rudeness towards me.

Store and staff were both very nice and neat clean courteous. Jennings didn't have all the clearance items that I had hoped to find , like Crowley did. But the camera's were a really good price.

Paid full price for this cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday. Picture was supposed to be shrunk to fit the writing. Picture isn't shrunk, off centered, and partially covered. The writing is off centered and my daughter's name "Idella" is unreadable. Worst cake I've ever seen. This is unexceptional!

Getting your oil changed here is like pulling teeth . The three people that i dealt with for my oil changed acted like it was impossible to change oil on a volts wagon and upon arrival were so rude and acted like it was a problem to do their job . AJ the manager was so helpful but as soon as he walked away they began to talk about “ how he was new and knew nothing “ i just think attitudes need to be evaluated when dealing in customer service

The people that work there have been generally good to me and for this establishment overall. And, for that, coupled with the great sales they have on some fabulous products that on numerous occasions I have had to dig deep in the bottom of my purse to pull out a whopping 50¢ ! Fabulous! I love searching for the best products for the ridiculously low sales prices like that....I just love it!!!However, on my last trip I noticed that I was being followed around by an undercover policeman of some kind of status but, I pegged him right off.... I am pretty sure he needs revamping in the "undercover" part! 🤗🤩🙏🏻✨

Had a good trip I always get caught up looking at everything in the store but a lot of time I get followed around like I'm trying to take something they do that by judging people on how they look it's not right because I like to take my time and look around at everything but it's gets crazy sometimes when every corner you make that same employee is right there when u turn every corner they are not discreet about following people they make it very noticeable and uncomfortable alot of the time leave people alone and let us shop

People should really think twice before going to Walmart. You literally work for them. They have 40 self checkouts compared to three cashiers. The deal they get on merch from China should allow them enough money to pay people to scan and bag grocery.

I met an awesome young man today named Derek. I asked him for a price on something, next thing I know he's walking halfway across the store to get me a basket! I didn't even have to ask him! He saw I needed one and he got me one. Just think if everyone was like that. Thank you Derek.

Walmart Vision Center-Jennings. The staff was very nice and helpful. The Dr there is AWESOME!!!!..He really takes time with each patient and explains in detail all you need and should know about your eyes.

When you're traveling and you need something generally they have it. My sister needed a portable battery operating fan. They have one. And as a bonus it was air conditioning very well as we travel through this extreme heat.

Well, went to Walmart in good ole Jennings, La. Asked the girl in electronics if she could show me where the cordless earbuds were. So, she took me to where they were located. I told her I didn’t like any of them. I asked her if she had more somewhere else in the store. She said yes but that they are more expensive and that they’re kept behind the register. I told her that I didn’t ask her how expensive they were. I just wanted to see if I would like them. Guess she thought I couldn’t afford more expensive earbuds. I’ve worked customer service in the past. I’ve never questioned whether someone can afford an item. I just did my job that I was trained to do. Very poor customer service! Needless to say, I decided not to purchase the “expensive” earbuds. Thanks, Walmart worker!!! Please do a better job training your employees Walmart.

Very helpful staff! Unexpected when you are looking for something and can't find it I had a very nice young lady take me almost across the store and help me find the item I was looking for..she disappeared before I could get her name. When I checked out, the cashier had a smile on her face.. amazing!! You never see it anyway more!

Big, clean, bright Walmart. My family members found everything they needed in the grocery department. Big clearance aisle with lots of stuff, but I didn't find anything I needed. The pharmacy lady had a hard time finding my mother's prescription, but she finally found it.
