Every time I buy something frozen from here there are problems. I don’t know who’s taking care of business back there but they should know that my uncrustable was completely inedible. Also, any time I buy ice cream it is as if it was melted slightly and then refrozen. Crystals everywhere.The employees are fine tho. Just fix the dang freezer please. I like the snack selection too.

If this pharmacy weren’t the only place my insurance covers my prescriptions, I would definitely choose a different pharmacy. I’ve NEVER had decent service here, much less good service. In addition to the absolute rude staff, the fact that they ignore the existence of their customers is infuriating. They could not even acknowledge my existence long enough to let me know they weren’t going to serve me at the drive through and I needed to go inside to get my prescription. I wonder if they understand that their customers are the only reason they get a pay check!!!!

Why put a self checkout in the store if you’re just going to have the store associate ring up my items anyway? I go to self checkouts because I don’t feel like being social, I can ring it up mySELF. I’ve basically just started shopping at Walgreens because everytime I go to CVS the cashier is all in my space.I understand corporate told them to do that but I hate it. It makes my anxiety bad just to have someone breathing down my neck when I just want to buy my soap and go home.If you really want to ring up my items: do it at the register.But if I go to self checkout, I fully expect to ring things up myself (unless I have a problem like with liquids because for some reason the self check out will not recognize when you scan a liquid item if you’ve put it in the bagging area).TLDR; stop getting in my personal space at self checkout, I’m doing it myself so I don’t have to socialize. It’s nothing against the cashiers personally, but I do not want to talk to you.

Going there this afternoon. In the past I have been very pleased. I believe CVS Corporate is the reason for the slowness. They have cut Pharmacy Techs and they require the pharmacist to give flu injections, etc. Will update after my afternoon visit. Just wanted to give a heads-up as to the reason for lack of service.

I came here looking for postcards. There were no postcards. In other places, CVS is my go-to place for postcards. It seems strange that in such a big tourist area, CVS wouldn't have postcards. Very disappointing.The worker I talked to was nice though. I appreciate that.

The only reason I'm rating this CVS Pharmacy Jennings Louisiana because they have no 0 option. Their drive through is never open, the staff is not friendly and are very slow. Something really needs to be done with this particular Pharmacy.

Never dealt with such incompetence. Got to the drive through with one car in front of me. Sat there for 26 minutes. Just about to drive away, line moves and I'm next. Sat at the window another six minutes watching the staff snack and gaze into workstations before one of them saunters over. I'm told it'll be 30 minutes before they can fill my script. Dr office called in the script 4 hours ago. Total waste of time.

Have been waiting at the drive thru window for over an hour for a script the Pharmcist said would take 15 minutes to fill. He has not even come back to the window to check on me. There are 5 or 6 patrons behind me waiting. Not to mention the 4 or 5 that drove off. This is TERRIBLE service. If they want us to take our business elsewhere they should just say that instead of ignoring their customers.

One star is definitely too high! We will NOT be returning here for medication. Service is terrible and pharmacist is NOT helpful at all. I have stood at the counter or sat in the drive-thru for very long periods of time without even being acknowledged. Another business going down the drain!! I would love to speak to someone in corporate office about this pharmacy

Pharmacy; Phone wait is no less than 10mins. They put medications on hold and forget about them. Rude pharmacist! This location NEVER has enough knowledgeable pharmaceutical employees. I had no choice but to leave 1 start…. They deserve ZERO.

I recently retired and moved to the country near Lake Arthur, La. I have used CVS in Lafayette, La over the years for my prescription needs and always been satisfied with the cleanliness of the store. I therefore transferred my business to the CVS Jennings, La location and looked forward to staying a loyal customer. Today I picked up my prescriptions and needed to use the restroom. I was appalled and horrified with the restroom condition and would describe it as third world condition! What say you, CVS?

I wouldn't even give them half a star had a prescription that should have been filled yesterday called to today at 2 to check on it was told it was in progress went their at 5:45 was told it would not be ready until tomorrow I'm out of my medication.Will have prescription moved to a different pharmacy Monday.

They ignore you at the counter inside. And they ignore you at the drive through window. We have been sitting in the drive through for over an hour only because if I go inside and get ignored I'll get arrested. This place is the worst. I hope corporate headquarters sees this and the other reviews because they need to do something or close down.

The pharmacy of this cvs needs some work, they are super super slow at getting prescriptions together, like 2-3 days before you can get your prescription, on top of it I find the overall attitude of the workers could be better.

Drove over 20 minutes to drop off a package here because their website said they were an authorized UPS access point. I get out in the pouring rain and Romana turns me away because "she has too many packages." If you have a limit you can take maybe you should put that on the website as well as on the big UPS drop off sticker on your door. I'll take all my business elsewhere.
