A ring that I had purchased years ago from here, Dee took it and really cleaned it. It looks brand new, shiny, and absolutely beautiful. Will definitely be going back!

The atmosphere in this place is just so pleasant. The staff are always ready to help and I just love going into Chad's pawn shop and being greeted with smiling faces . Taylor always has a smile and an awesome personality as well as Dee and Martin who makes you feel comfortable to talk to and can make you laugh . Then there's the quiet one Tyler but he's also very nice. Thanks guys for always being so friendly and helpful.

The crew is amazing. They are all so very knowledgeable and willing to help you in a timely manner. Guns, auto, pretty much anything... I personally like shopping with the kid, Tyler. He has a great personality, always smiling, and is very informative. He is always focused on the customer in front of him and takes the time to explain everything so you can understand. The whole crew are patient and pleasant prove. The environment, itself, is so family friendly. I really enjoy finding what I need at Chad's Pawn Shop in Jennings Louisiana.

Today I had a doctors appointment in Jennings. I had some free time when I was done; I had to stop in at Chad's Pawn Shop. Dee has an in-depth knowledge of how all of the items he sells work. I for one ask tons of questions and I'm so very grateful for Dee's patience. It's important to me as a customer, who often reach out for support when I'm a little confused about a particular item. Dee greeted me with a smile, and he was courteous and respectful. Thanks, Dee, for your patience and providing me with excellent customer service, WOW!, Oh, I almost forgot Martin is also great! I love my deals at Chad's Pawn Shop in Jennings they are truly the best!

I go to Chad' s fairly often and, for the most part, it's a positive experience. Martin is my favorite person to deal with. He's so helpful and polite! There's a couple guys that are pleasant but there's at least one that I can't stand to deal with. I'm not sure of his name. If you go to Chad' s in Jennings, ask for #Martin!

Great place, very friendly staff, very professional especially a gentleman by the name of Tyler. He was amazing and very knowledgeable. I only visited the store as I was passing through Jennings. Great place to shop. Martin and Dee will help you out with anything (and work with you on the price too 😉). Definitely my go to place for jewellery, guns, tools, and electronics. Martin has helped me so many times. I’ve gotten every tv from chads pawnshop, I posted I was looking for a phone and he had one for me the same day. He’s found Blu-ray players for me, anything you can think of. Everything has always been in great condition, he always checks batteries, wires, connections, etc beforehand and in front of me. If I’ve ever had an issue, like a movie missing out the case, he’s traded it or given me another for free. He’s always pleased me as a customer and I’m so grateful for their customer service.
