When you attempt to get a shopping cart and are forced to go to self check out. There are several tables with baked goods blocking the aisle. It is very cluttered. People are having very difficult time getting carts and maneuvering around these tables. They get bumped into frequently and get knocked over. Handicap people are having difficulty getting around them. When you try to go to check out, there are people lining up there and blocking people attempting to get shopping carts and electric shopping carts. It is a very unsafe hazard. On another note, with the exception of a few. There are some very nice people working there.

Supply is horrible here. Customer service is sucks. Deli is a joke..... asked twice in 2 weeks for sliced meat and was told the slicer was broken. Billion dollar company can't have a working slicer? The pharmacy is the ONLY good thing here. Two older cashiers in the front are good. Most of the other employees are walking around not doing anything except joking and cursing. I've heard the f bomb atleast a dozen times from employees.

I was standing in line waiting for my turn at customer service to get a money order like I do every month. I knew the girl at the counter by first name from working together at a different job previously. I was next in line when a guy walked up to the counter and she started helping him. Nothing was said about the fact that it wasn't his turn by her at all and I know she knew I was next because she looked at me several times while I was waiting. She finished helping him then proceeded to ignore me and started chatting with other employees who had joined her at the counter. And to top it all off just up and walked away without saying a single word to me or the people behind me in line. I don't get money orders from them anymore. In fact, I don't even see her there anymore. But, I will keep getting them from the post office since they are more friendly and professional.

I used the online app for pickup for the first time today from our local Walmart here in Jena. It took longer for the merchandise to be ready for pickup than I thought it would. If you need your items quickly, you may want to go to the store. I requested the no substitutions and so one item I ordered wasn't filled. I probably could have chosen a different product but I didn't bother with doing that. The lady that brought my order to the car was very nice and professional. I will add, I did not order any meats or fruits or fresh vegetables. I am not sure I would be happy with someone else selecting those items. Overall, it was a good experience and kept me out of the store with Covid running rampant. I will be online shopping for store pickup again.

As usual mostly self check outs available. Only one person working that station. So always a wait if you need help. And I hate that so many cashiers have lost hours of work to a machine.

Walmart is the place for me. The employees are superb but the customers are the backbone to their operation. I always meet someone that is great 👍 and always smiling. The prices are very economical and that is what keep me coming back.

Called the store for help in getting hunting and fishing license. Called twice from sporting goods and no one answered the phone in the store. I then walked to the pharmacy and they paged someone to sporting goods. It took about 45 minutes to get the license.

I went to pick up graduation invites i ordered online thru the app but they have no record of my order even with me showing receipt. So now no graduation invites! NOT HAPPY! Guys in store were very nice amd ad helpful as they could be as its not them that did it. Dont kno what customer service will say when i call to make my complaint today, but long story short... DONT ONLINE ORDER YOUR PICS IF U NEED THEM BY THE DATE THEY WERE TO BE READY!!! Walmart you need to get on top of your stuff big company or not.

Charged my debit card and I paid cash for my purchase.... System was frozen & debit card transaction seemed it didn't go through. Walmart employee suggested I use cash instead. After I paid cash, I noticed the purchase did go through and was charged on my debit card. Customer service refused to give my money back. I will be speaking with corporate office, not that it will do any good.

No buggy's inside store had to go get from parking lot. Employee with retrieval cart was on phone and giving people retrieving own Cart daring looks. Jena Walmart is not my preference to shop.

We come here from Grayson a lot of times because there aren't long lines or waits here. We get in and out unlike the Walmarts in Monroe and West Monroe. They usually have everything we go for. Highly recommend this Walmart if you want to get in and out quickly! Employees are nice and very helpful.

Finally, employees are getting friendlier and asking if customers need help. Employees were stocking empty shelves. They are getting better. The only complaint today is WalMart is cutting back on cashiers and literally forcing customers to use self-checkout which I wont use for a cart full. If corporate continues, I'll just shop online.

Hate this place!! Not enough cashiers and more workers standing in the isle by the self checkout than there were registers. My register showed like I scanned something that was unknown. I ended up waving my arms like a cheerleader to finally get one of them to come over, then they did not listen to me when I told them I did not scan anything to get the message.

The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because of checkout times could be quicker but there is only so many people that can assisted/checked out at any given moment in time but overall its nothing more then you expect from a small town Walmart.Edit: they fixed it with the self check out.

Very well maintained, and a great staff of people working who are more than eager to help you with anything that you need, no matter what department they work in. They always have beautiful and wonderful seasonally arranged departments. The only thing I wish that they had were aquariums with fish. Their customer service is excellent better than any I've seen. The produce section is on top of their game as well as the bakery oh, and they are always very very clean. This store is very well taken care of and clean all around with clean bathrooms. I love to shop here being that it's the closest to my home. It's ran by a bunch of country Folk but there's nothing wrong with that because we country Folk know how to run a business, LOL! A+ for this Walmart Supercenter.

Customer service was very slow. Had employees behind counter, saw there were lines waiting, and ignored us. One employee working that areas register. The janitorial employee was sweeping, going over your feet, getting dust on you, and basically on top of you. They couldnt find my walmart2walmart pick up and told me that it couldnt be picked up at their walmart. And didnt tell me what walmart to get it at. I drive to winnfield and that store gave me no problems.

The store was very clean. A great variety to suit everyone. The pharmacy was very efficient and guick. Friendly staff that made sure you found everything you needed. I am visiting from out of town and would shop there again.

I found everything I needed. I hate waiting in long lines and it seems that I have to more each time I go to WalmartI spend between 20 to 35 minutes in line. Help open some more cashier lines. I like Walmart because they offer many things. However I have skipped th and go to dollar General to skip the lines.

Do not like your no check out lines with no one. Like people at check out line. If you are going to get rid of them, and have your customers do your job. Give us a break on prices. Not happy.
