Had trouble using the credit card machine and it charged both of my credit card accounts. Talked to manager about it and she told me to call back in a couple days to see if problem fixed itself?? ??? She was very nice about it though. Breakfast burritos were good, but I'm almost certain I found a hair in one. A short, black, straight, course hair.

Went during Happy hour. Wait time was good. Friendly cashier and carhop. Drinks were terrible and slush machine not working. I'll wait a week or two before I go back.

Always my go to in town for quick food. Sometimes they can take a while on orders and delivery, but over all I'm satisfied with there products and services. My favorite is the Asian sweet boneless chicken. Love the deals and coupons especially. Deals txt to my phone are great.

I have been here plenty of times. Basically, if you are going for a short snack, it is a half decent place to eat. Do not try to get supper for a family here because you will get 80% of the food WRONG. The other 20% will be forgotten. I got in a verbal argument will a lady in the kitchen after she refused to acknowledge me because she “didn’t feel like making” my hot fudge sundae. Needless to say, she will get a hot fudge sundae by her kitchen door one morning. It will be steaming with a touch of corn. Don’t mess with my hot fudge sundae.

They were out of proper bun for the item ordered, but didn't inform me as I ordered. The small Frito pie is like 4 bites worth. I did call back when discovered and was given a future sandwich free. But need to inform customers when order can't be properly filled

I've gone to this Sonic three times in the past two days (bit of a story there) and was extremely satisfied everytime. Food came pretty quickly for the amount I ordered (had a large group with me) and only thing they messed up was the onion rings, some of which were just slightly over-cooked. Other than that, everything tasted great. While a bit pricey, if you catch one of their numerous specials (*cough cough* BOGO Free Wing Thursdays *cough cough*), you can get out of there with some great food for a pretty good price. I would definitely recommend this place and plan on going back soon. Gotta catch that Double Feature special (cheeseburger + any small shake for just $4) before they take it away.

Day time shift is good. Night manager needs work. He stood out there for an hour chatting with friends while a few coworkers walked around doing whatever they wanted. A select few were actually doing their job. Needs to be reported. Manager let customers walk into front door wearing no shoes yelling about orders. Although it was a "friend" it should have not been allowed. Customers were angered by the wait and kept complaining to see night manager Ladante.

Ordered by mobile. Got to this sonic and waited at least 15-20 minutes nefore my food eas delivered to my car. I yhen asked for some honey mustard sauce and ended up leaving without because they took too long to bring the sauce. I'm not planning to use this sonic anymore.

Very slow service. Takes 40 plus min sometimes to get your food, then when you do get it they forget something. Some of the employees tho are very nice and try really hard.

I can't believe these people have jobs, their service is horrible, they take their sweet time getting your food to you, you have to sit at the drive through waiting and waiting and waiting for them to get to you, then when you do finally order you sit at the window for another 20 minutes. I will never recommend this Sonic to any fast food Goers... it's a sad joke!

This place doesn't deserve any stars. I went to sonic today to get a stawberry sundae. If anyone of y'all ever go to sonic in jeanerette please check ur food and drinks. I just went there less that 30min ago, bought a strawberry sundae and when I got to the middle of my ice cream, I discovered a thick piece of plastic in my ice cream. I did try calling to notify the mamager but they are not answering their phone. But just what if it was a child eating that? 😡

The car hoppers are very nice and the food has been very fresh!!!! The only thing I don't like is that they took away the big banana splits!!!!!
