I stopped going here & started visiting the new one in New Iberia. At this the employees are cool but manager- short Caucasian woman with the glasses a tad bit rude.

YOU GUYS DO NOT STAND BEHIND PRODUCTS THAT YOU MAY SELL... I BROUGHT A BOX OF RITZ CRACKERS AND THEY HAD MOLD OR SOME KIND OF BACTERIA ON THE CRACKERS INSIDE OF AN UNOPENED PACK, BROUGHT IT BACK TO THE STORE AND THE MANGER STATED THAT THE POLICY WAS THAT THEY DON'T MAKE EXCHANGES ON FOOD ITS THE CUSTOMER FAULT IF THEY DON'T CHECK WHAT THEY BUY BEFORE THEY LEAVE THE STORE... WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO DOES SUCH AN OFFER THING???

Customer service was amazing but the company controls the ac and heating from another state. It's hot in south Louisiana and the corporate office is running the heater in the stores down here I don't think I'm going back until summer #wheretheydothatat
