Yeah , this store is messy and one employee. There is ONE employee that is always RUDE!! Always on her phone , always making rude comments to her friends about the costumers. I don't see why y'all hire employees like that makes your business look bad. I refuse to go back to this store because of her. Lucky I haven't pulled a Karen card and called her manager 😑

Cashier always on a personal phone call piddling around on the shelves while customers stand in line at the counter waiting to be checked out. Doesn't really communicate with customer due to the fact the she's still on a personal phone call. No "Thank you for shopping!", "Have a nice day!", or anything. Just garbage customer service. Why waste money on "self checkout" technology if it doesn't even work?! I'd rather do your job than have to wait on and deal with your negative employee.

Some employees are totally rude! Always laughing and loud and making fun of people in store. It needs someone to straighten the employees out and teach them to be more professional and courteous!! Needs a manager in store at all times.

The lady I always see there is very friendly and caring. I don't know if she is the manager or needs to be. It is rare to see anyone else at the register or working in the store with her so you know she is hard working handling the constant stream of customers in our little town of Jackson, Louisiana, mostly on her own. While she works the register, she greets little old men and others by name enquiring about their family and showing concern for them. She is honestly very well suited to managing the social interactions required in a small community like this. Something I know I couldn't do. I may not be one she calls by name but I am glad to see her when I go and would hate to see the place without her. Even on the end of a long busy day she manages to be friendly with most everyone that comes in

The store is in a constant state of disarray, employees are rude due to the fact they are backed up by incompetent management, and the prices on the shelves never reflect the prices that items ring up as. Their favorite response is "The manager's number is on the door, you can call him." Which shows that calling him will certainly not be of any help.

Usually whenever my husband and I go in the Jackson store, it's an awful experience. The manager is rude and curses. Many of the employees curse loudly too and with children around. They seem to only be friendly to their friends. I've seen the manager be rude to others not just us, including the elderly.

The ladies that work here are very helpful & nice. During Christmas they have old fashioned hard candies... I will remember to buy a case next year!!

This Dollar General is among the worst. They do not honor the marked prices. "What it rings up is how much it cost." That is what I was told when I brought it to the attention of the clerk that there was a price discrepancy.Also, a female cashier was on her cell phone with her grandbaby the other day and I had to wait while she paused ringing me up several times, for her to share with her co-worker what her grandbaby was saying... ridiculous!

Just got cigs and oil kinda messy as always... 11-16-17 back in last week couldn't get around for all the inventory carts that's not put up... every back endcap had inventory carts in the way... the isles was a mess... someone needs to wake up...

Cashier's attitude toward me today was very inappropriateShe could have been a little more courteousI paid for my items & put the shopping cart to the right where the shopping baskets was & she informed me that I didn't get that cart there & to put it back outsideI called home office & reported this issue to supervisorI want to give my business locally, but Zachary is right up the road

Has more stuff then the one in Zachary. Went here because its closer and we take all back roads. Found a new mountain dew there. Shelves were bare.
