I feel bad having to leave this review of my towns Stine but if you are looking to get paint mixed for touch up or color matching a card this is not your best bet. Not only do I have patches on my walls of my house with mid matched paint but they will not accept the paint back as a return after I spent $60 on three quarts. Whether it is the current mixers fault for not mixing correctly to match the paint card or the previous mixers fault for not matching the paint card is irrelevant since they were mixed and purchased at the same location. Atleast Home Depot has a paint match guarantee.

The customer service experience is AWFUL. Despite living just a couple of blocks from Stine, I find it more convenient to drive to Lake Charles and receive better service at Lowe’s. I've visited Stine three times now, and each time, the customer service has been POOR. During my last visit on May 4, 2024, I was assisted by Isaiah at the register, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I was inconveniencing him. Regrettably, I won't be returning to Stine. It's disappointing because the store has potential, but I'll taking the extra time and driving to Lowe’s for superior customer service .

Extremely convenient. Sid was a great help and was very knowledgeable. I didn't even have to look for an attended. He saw me looking confused and walked right up to assist me.

I just love going to this smaller Stines.. The employee's treat us really good.Mr. Sid always takes care of me, even when he is on his break, the cashier will tell him his help is needed and he comes straight to the customer and has a great attitude as well..Ask for Mr Sid. He is just great..All the employee's are happy at work. And they're all willing to help at a moments notice.If you can't find it, they'll find it for you.They also keep really pretty plants in the garden center..The rockers outside are only $199.00 for the really heavy big ones, that are varnished, too..The regular white rockers are only $125.00 Those prices are amazing!!The store is clean, so are the restrooms!!

Always great service, could use some more products, but that's everywhere. They're usually fully stocked on everything now and had some great Christmas sales. Recently tremendously helped me find what I need in plumbing after the freeze.

Had all the pool supplies I needed. And they were very affordable. Also had flower and vegetable seeds that my daughters were very excited to get! 😃😃😃 And that makes me extremely happy 😁😁😁👍

I ONLY go to this buisness IF absolutelty Necessary. Customer service is Horrible-Inside the store. Its Ashame for any kind of management to allow such shallow Rudeness!..over & over Again. (I apologize for being so forwardly Blunt...but yet-the women working in this store "or should i add-standing around" Do Not seem so apologetic for their Rudeness.)
