Fairly clean restrooms. Nice employees! The cappuccino machine was out and with only a quick mention of it, an employee on her break, came and refilled the machine. That kind of service deserves a 5 star rating!!

Restrooms seemed regularly cleaned which is why I chose to stop here on my many drives along I10. Tuesday for lunch we had their fried chicken sandwiches. They were inedible to say the least…dry and hard. Do not waste your money. We were already on our way to our destination so didn’t return.

Location is fine, easy access, didn’t go in only DEF and fuel…….but this is one of those locations where fellow trucks JUST LOVE BLOCKING THE PUMPS. There were half the pumps full when I pulled in, fueled/load check/pulled up away from the pump to grab a snack from the bunk and check my route (while watching to make sure no one came up behind) about 23 mins total between fuel and snack. Those same trucks were still sitting at the pumps when I left. So annoying.

The young lady working Saturday, 10-28-23, close to 11am, was very helpful. I was looking for meatless options, and she offered the fruit as well as Arby's fish. We also need an iPhone charger, and she helped sort through the array of power cords, helping us identify what we needed. She was very polite and knowledgeable.

Absolutely the cleanest and friendliest Pilot we’ve ever been in! A tall young man Connor at the main counter greets you when you come in and is so upbeat and helpful. Lots of food options at the counter from meatloaf and potatoes to fried chicken or pizza. There is also an Arby’s here. The bathrooms were spotless! We will remember this Pilot as we travel I10 from Texas to the east coast quite a bit. We’re glad to know a great stop. Thanks!

They tried to over charge me on gas. I was able to contact my bank and report it. To my surprise my bank already flagged it as fraud on top of that. So there were no consequences on my end.I do want to warn people who might get gas here. It doesn’t cost close to $200 to get gas for a small vehicle ridiculous…I spoke with the manager and she tried to tell me the charges were correct. Completely ridiculous. I didn’t appreciate how she handled it. I’m wondering what is really going on at this gas station.

20 year trucking veteran here, I visited your store on 4/23 around 5pm Big dude named Connor is a professional through and through to every single customer. The kind of professional customer service and friendliness you used to see in the old days. Do yourselves a favor and promote this man ASAP! I was a nice quite place and felt peaceful. When rich mentioned to cat nap there I actually thought it was going to be a little weary with the bodies found in the atchafalaya river. But I was wrong. There was a sense of peace there.

Highly recommend this gas station. Good place to get gas, use the restroom, get some food, all at one stop. I hope they put pilot travel centers in NYC.

Nice clean place with clean restrooms. Arby's is good and good selection of snacks and drinks in store. Fresh hot coffee always good. Cracklins and boudin sold accross the parking lot. Friendly staff and gifts available.

Jay and crystal need raises. Jay was professional with a incredible rude customer and crystal helped him by getting the line moving I got a pizza and the rude lady cut me off and was demanding jay I gave a thumbs up it’s ok I understand how it can be I’m just a truck driver saying thank you for what y’all do jay and crystal and all of y’all I’ll keep coming back the showers got pizza was good store clean pumps good what else does somebody need haha so yeah jay and crystal need raises

I stopped this morning for fuel and drinks. The very nice blonde “almost 50” knew I was diabetic and talked me into getting eggs to start my day. She was very pleasant. It was a very nice encounter first thing in the morning.

i took a shower at night i forgot the wedding ring in the shower room and after 2 hours i called the store there is no ring here they say who will take it other than the employee is the room not cleaned after every shower how are they people i call store manager not help me not friendly
