I love the selection in the store. The building is a little older, and the store is a little crowded. But it’s a great place to get different selections on food. The prices are great as well (sales). Location here is clean and easy to access off the main road.

Everytime I've shopped here, I've never had a problem. The butchers are especially super friendly and provide excellent service. I really like using the reward card they offer now. The digital coupons make it easy to save a bit of money at the end of the transaction. I enjoy shopping here.

It would be nice if they would build that store we have been hearing about for over 7 years. Fresh fruit and veggies section is too expensive for what you get.

Employees are great and want to help with everything. We bought rivs and were trying to get the sale that was going on and the clerks were very helpful explaining the requirements for the discount. I have been to a few places and they look at you like your trying to get over on them when you want the discount they are advertising.

Worst place to go! I'd give no stars if I could!The produce at this place is almost always spoiled. They leave the fruit cups on display while moldy mushy. I've bought a couple items that have actually gone bad. I bought sweet tea and it tasted nasty and sure enough it was 2 weeks expired. The ground beef they do have is all brown looking and just disgusting. My husband has bought cheese and again tasted funny and sure enough its expired! Been here numerous times and always horrible! Better off going to SPRING MARKET because they have a lot of variety and a small amount of them so they can keep it fresh and you better off buying also at the dollar general they get truck loads often! But market basket has ridiculous prices and expired food! BEWARE!

My husband and i stopped in for ice cream to take home. We were surprised by how many flavors they had to choose from. Lucky for us. We bought 3 buckets. It was so great.

Store Manager can never be found when the store is busy . Cashiers keep calling for him but he doesn’t show up . 2 cashiers on 4th of July because no one wants to work there other than kids for a short period of time due to management . Prices are out of control . This used to be a great local community store 35 years ago .

Market Basket in Iowa is always a treat. Great selection that is usually always stocked. The staff is extremely friendly, which is the main reason I prefer this location. Great place to make a friend while shopping for fresh produce.

Store is really clean.. Employee's helped me look for my wallet, for the longest time..for me to find it in the car, over an hour & half later.. omgosh !!! AND they didn't complain at all...They were just HAPPY to know I had everything I needed.. THANK you, Employees. Y'all really Made my day (Night) lol...

At this point, Market Basket is our closest "local supermarket" with corporate offices and buyers in Nederland, Texas. Produce is generally very good and fresh, mostly locally sourced or from the Rio Grande valley. Some seasonal specialties are particularly good values. Some selections vary from store to store, the IOWA La store is pretty much par for the course. Nothing fancy, but pretty much reliable for value for money.

Been in Iowa for 50 years! Remember when it was George Theriots store still the same only Market Basket has it now! Need to be bigger, a deli they promise for God knows how many years! Part time worker in produce! Hard to get down isles when your handicap with all the corner displays in the iles. Lot of outdated food on shelves. Watch Price tags price different when you get to checkout. 2 stars for workers very nice ask if I found every thing I. needed ask if I need help to bring food to the car! Only 2 spots for handy cap parking! One shopping cart for handy cap people! Meat prices are outrages! Wake up Market Basket,the company , when are you going to update the store!

Pretty sad when the Store Managers are rude! Stopped in today and Assistant Manager having to run a register...did not greet me nor tell me Thank You! Even after i looked right at her and told her Thank You! Dark long hair, white lady, Blue Manager shirt! She seriously needs to be retrained in Customer Service!

They could pay their people better the place is okay tho i shop here for food a good bit the place could some updating seems like it hadn't changed since i was lil and that not necessarily a good thing but over all they normally have what you need.
