We been ordering for over 15 years wel we are highly upset cause we found out that they take there chicken tender that are already slim well they cut them in half so your getting half of what you get everywhere else so less food and more money in there pocket I thought we would have at least one place that isn't over charging on everything in there business... but to be honest that is said when your cutting chicken tenders in half to scam and smile in your face while double charging you

Great food and great service from a friendly staff, which is hard to find these days.The new dining room's front facing windows really integrate it into the main street, giving it the bucolic feel of a downtown Café, something that was always missing with the old building layout.It's really a nice change! 🤗

Before I leave this review, let me say for the record.. every time I work in the area, I always eat here.. and have eaten here for many years now.. with saying that, this is the 2nd bad experience I have had since the new remodel... the BBQ brisket was so tough, I couldn't tear a piece off with me teeth.. i would have needed a steak knife for sure, just to cut it... not plastic silverware... I threw my lunch in the trash... very disappointed...

Because the food is great and the worker's work very hard. And it has a drive thru if u don't want to get down,and its just down to earth comfortable relaxing while dinning in. And they have stuffed snow cones. And the owners or awesome people. And it's easy to find right off of main street. And it's clean and so pretty in side. But the main thing the food and the plate lunches anything served there I have tried and that's probably everything is great.

Hamburgers had no flavor. Lg fries should have been half the amount and price to make since. Very expensive for the quality of the food.

A friend and I were the ONLY dine in customers. We waited over an hour for 2 sandwiches, and when I went to pay for my drinks and leave, the same lady that took my order said I was wondering what y'all we waiting on. I sat there for over an hour having to hear them constantly complain and bickering about their job. My food had been ready, and they just let me sit there and wait. They were under staffed, and it sounded like management didn't care from having to hear an hour's worth of their complaining.

Really delicious chicken tenders. Ordered a 40 pack family size while in town for the service for my nephew. Came out fresh, hot, and fed our hungry brood.

The workers of The snack shack did not want to clean their machine for ice cream I am a loyal customer and I expected a milkshake like I always do every day but today they didn't want to clean their machine so they can't serve milkshakes yeah that's a three-star review thank you

I've ordered from Snack Shak many times and loved the food. My favorite is the Ultimate Burger. Seasoned fries are good also. I love the convenience of the drive-thru and the people are friendly

The staff was friendly, food didn't take too long to make, prices was average. I ordered a Philly cheese steak poboy that had grilled onions and bell peppers. The size should of been bigger. While waiting for the my two coworkers to get their food I felt my hand was wet and greasy holding my poboy in a brown bag. When I opened it to eat, the poboy was drenched in grease and made the bread completely soggy to the point where my poboy was falling apart! You definitely need a fork to eat it after soaking it on a paper towel or something. The poboy was a mess! My coworkers order same thing and theirs was really greasy as well. One of them ordered fries and that was not good also. This place serves snowcones too but only from 2-8pm.
