Store is usually stocked quite well. Very good meat products available. Noone has better French bread. Water and soft drinks reasonable price. Always a sale. Quick checkout. Help available if needed on floor. No hassle at door for receipt . Very good place to shop. Some items are a little pricey but you can avoid them. See you at our neighborhood Rouses.

I love my Rouse's supermarket, especially the one located at Grand Caillou and Tunnel Boulevard. It's clean and you can find what you need right away. The store associates and managers are polite. The grocery item selection is phenomenal, and the fruits and veggies are fresh and priced right.

Only rating a one star because I can’t do no stars. Went it go shopping there and they tell you that, they can’t let you in the store without a mask. If law enforcement can’t do anything about you not wearing a mask they can not refuse service because they don’t know your medical conditions!! This happened 3 times to me after even explaining my medical conditions to them. I will call corporate office and if it happens again I will call the hot line and they will be fined I am tried of the bs with rouses.

I always find what I need and more. I picked up a bottle of wine. The ad posted near the shelf said it was on sale for $9.99. When the cashier scanned the bottle, I was charged regular price. I told the cashier about the price. She just looked at me and put it in the bag. I went back into the store and checked the price, only to find out the ad next to it, expired a few days, ago.

Casey Cooper the store manager is very arrogant and rude. I am a vendor and was supposed to deliver a new product to that store. Casey Thought it would be funny to call me an interloper and laugh with his assistant Marlon. I didn’t think it was funny all he had to say was he is not interested in the product and keep it moving.

I can walk here but with the new delivery offer, people who lives in walking distance like I am, (2 blocks) shouldn't have to pay that $5+ change charge. Not burning enough gas.

Always a pleasant experience. Belle, in the deli is exceptionally customer oriented. This location is my Rouses of choice. Friendly smiles from the office, floor workers, cashiers. The only one who seems less friendly and ar times a tad bit rude is the gray haired cahier with the wrist bands. But then again, I don't know what is going on in her life.. we each have different issues at times.

My last visit, I checked out ice cream at the customer service desk and the clerk saw me standing there while pretenting to play with their hands for 3 minutes. I didn't say anything, I waited to see how long that foolery would go on. Interesting.

A fine, if quaint, grocery store. I like the variety of meats and fresh fruits and vegetables, even if the prices are a bit higher than the competition. Worth the slight surcharge solely because it means you're not at Wal-Mart.

2/$3 Onions & 2/$3 Irish potatoes good deal. Drinks are $2.39 a 12 pak. Also Bath & Kitchen products & personal products has two Isles in store. Very much needed and your wants too. Go check it out.

I was buying muffuletta and I was pointed at the cold section where was the sandwich at and it was prepackaged. And I told the worker that those sandwiches looks very bad and I won’t even risk of eating it even it’s free. And I was told that’s how it is supposed to be . I’ve been buying muffuletta at other Rouses location and I know how it supposed to looks like . It’s either the worker is just very lazy or they doesn’t care about their job .

The Alies Are Always Blocked with Displays. Back when Mr. Antony Rouse, had Store Supervisor like Mr. Bob Staley, Mr. Bill Tanner, Mr. Ernest Dardar, Mr. Sidney Babin, Mr. Ken Martinez, Bill Gouche,Mr. Rovert Voclan the Meat Manager Mr.Henry Babin, Carol Zeringue.They always made sure that the Customer's had plenty of Alie space to travel throughout the store.But I guess It's all about how much Merchandise they can put throughout the Stores.

Took forever at deli, people piling up w about 5 people supposedly working, only 1 cutting coldcuts and employees didn't have their noses under mask. Very dirty, uncleanliness... That was my last trip, never again
