Website is awful does not provide brands of dog/cat food so why have one. Very limited on dog food brands in store unlike other locally own pets stores I've been in who carry many good brand that commercial pet stores don't carry. Houma really needs a locally own pet store with nice varieties of good brand pet food. It was a waste of time to even go to this store. I find it caters to reptiles and selling pups which should not be allowed. People find a reputable breeder if your looking for full breed pup that's were you will hurt backyard breeders and stores like this one.

We have been going to Pet Express for several years and always have great service! They have helped me work through my dog's allergy to a food she had been eating and suddenly became allergic to. They have answered questions when my kids were considering buying certain pets. The owner is super nice and takes his time to help with anything he can. They also have a rewards program!

We called to see how many pythons they had they said they had a lot of them when we got there they only had two wich didn’t look in good health we asked for a price over the phone but she was to busy and the only person working we drove 2 hours to get there when we got there they didn’t have no other customers we couldn’t get any help service was bad most a fish aquarium never again

The coolest saltwater fish I've ever seen. Always a good variety and fairly good price. If you've got questions, they'll do their best to answer them. So far no questions have been unanswered. Thanks from me and my husband.

Loose cat that scratched my child as she was putting something back on the shelf there cat knocked over. Loose dog and bird. There pets are on the higher side enclosers aren't very clean they have an adult bearded dragon (no price)that appears healthy kittens right by the door super dirty cage they try to strike you through the cage. Dirty store Def won't be back

I used to go to Petsmart and one day saw Pet Express . I decided to go in, BEST decision ever. The animals looked much healthier there, and the variety of options I had for supplies was AMAZING! 10/10 I would personally recommend this store for all of my freinds! ❤️

This is our favorite pet store in ALL of Houma. The staff is VERY knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They always have what my son needs for his aquarium needs and are great at ordering what he does need when they don't. Rosie, the resident bird, is such a sweetheart as is LuLu, the resident pup. We ABSOLUTELY recommend Pet Express Inc in Houma for ALL of your pet needs.

This pet store is more knowledgeable than most others around. They have several animals to choose from. I appreciate the customer service here & the owner stands out as being really caring & willing to go the extra mile. The only thing I would suggest is expanding 😜

I love this place everything i need is priced great and everytime i walk into the doors everyone invluding uncle pat makes me feel like im family walking into their house for a get together and i love being able to chat with them about my animals and if they havent seen me in a while when i do get to go in the first thing they ask is where you been have you been ok now that means alot when it comes to customer service

These people will lie to you to get a profit. I doubt they care about animals because they definitely don’t care about their customers. Selling me a rabbit and then lie to my face about its age, and how big it should be as a adult rabbit. I asked if the rabbit was a dwarf, which the answer I got was an “yes” and that it shouldn’t be more than 3-4 pounds as it grows up. Which the rabbit I got was a regular rabbit , which the rabbit I got that was supposed to be a dawrf was $45 and the regular rabbits were $25.
