The entire staff is always most helpful and courteous- I’m in there daily, there’s almost nothing they don’t have or can’t help with - I consider them all friends. But today’s experience was way above and beyond the normal great service- Dickie, Benny and Jordan went completely out of their way to help me, repeatedly to sort out an issue I was dealing with. Kudos you guys, and everyone else that makes the store what it is.

Their driver ripped down me and my neighbors electricity poles and ruined my car, he says he saw the low wire and drove through it anyway. Now they re not claiming responsibility for my damages and left me with no electricity or car.

I called to see if they had any Styrofoam facet covers, The lady asked me how many I needed. She went go check, came back to the phone and told me she had some. I told her I would be right over. I had to go no further than the counter. She had them in a bag waiting on me!!! I was on my lunch hour so his was the best customer service I have received in a long time.

AMAZING crew!!! I have never had such a wonderful personal experience in a hardware/lumber company! They immediately grabbed a cart for us to help us get all we would need - she was by our side the whole time to help with anything we may of had questions about! They will be my #1 spot from here on out to go to. They do so much more then just lumber! On a scale from one to 10.... I give them a 20!👍

First off, a lot of people don't go here because they think they don't have what they need. And if they do, they'll be expensive. That is far from the truth!!! The service and prices are exceptional! They have a lot of items for the recovery in stock that the big boys are out of stock on. And the prices are cheaper on a lot of items. Even if it's a dollar more on a $50 item, wouldn't you rather keep it local anyway? Give them a shot! You might of found a new hardware store to get your lumber, kitchen decor, or whatever. There are always knowledgeable employees willing to help with what you need. No, I am not a paid spokesman. Just want to get the word out because they have gotten me out of a bind several times since Hurricane Ida. Thanks Morrisons!

Very friendly, clean & helpful people here. I needed to replace the board in my baby's bassinet, I went in with the old one and they knew exactly what to do. The piece fits perfect!

I am not in the Houma area and I had a contractor trying to pick up material. They would not let me pay remotely via credit card, Venmo, PayPal or any other means. Found material at another store and paid via cc over phone. A lot of people are trying to recover and need to be able to pay remotely.
