The flavors of the snowballs at Brooke's Sno-World East Side are decent, but unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. In my experiences, I've received the wrong order twice, which is quite frustrating. On one occasion, despite mentioning my allergy, I still ended up with peanuts on my ice cream sundae. Another time, I ordered wedding cake flavor but received yellow cake batter instead.Furthermore, if you're in a hurry, this might not be the best place to visit. Expect a minimum wait of 10-15 minutes just to place your order, and even then, you might find yourself waiting longer as they seem to forget about customers waiting in their designated area. Overall, while the flavors are okay, the service and wait times make it difficult to recommend Brooke's Sno-World East Side to others.

3.5 / 5Most of the food was very average. The fries and the beignets were pretty good though. Pretzel was decent. Probably won't go back for the food, but we're glad to go back just for snowballs.Service was fine. What can I say? We ordered a big order, then went to Walmart and came back and they gave us our order after about 5 minutes. Nothing stood out either way.Atmosphere is Hit or Miss. It's nice that there's a lot of parking, and the porch is nice, although hard to relax with it being baked by the sun all day long. The real problem is the road noise.One issue I have is the menu isn't up to date. Don't even bother looking online, because it's almost like looking at a menu for a completely different place. It's best to go there yourself and look at the outside menu, although even that one isn't properly maintained.All in all it's fine. Great to go just for snowballs.

Thief's and liars Charging $10.00 for a lemonade when it says $4.00 on the menu and online menu. Ill never be back and ill be telling EVERYONE how much of a thief yall are. Nothing in a lemonade or a snowball no matter what size is worth $17.00.You have not been dealing with this since Saturday. The theft occurred Saturday by you and was brought to your attention TODAY 10/18/2021. There were no fresh fruit in the cup. It was lemonade with snow cone juice poured in. I will be posting this review far and wide for all to see just how smug you are to rip people off and to not make it right. I hope it was worth the $7 you stole from me.

I just wasn't impressed. They were out of 3 items out of 5 items I ordered.Beer batter shrimp out. I get popcorn shrimp that are fried beyond Jerky.Mac and cheese bites out. I get cheese stick. My wife liked them. But was given ranch instead of marinara requested.Fried mushrooms were good. I liked them.The kicker was my daughter a peanut butter banana fudge sundae and after 14 minutes they come to window and say they are out of the items for the sundae and was given a reeses blast type shake.It was first visit ever. Not probably going back. It was me and one other car. So not sure what the delay was on the sundae.I wish they would put a sign out front saying what is out, so you are not expecting something good and have to settle for a dollar store cousin.

Will never go back. The snowball did not taste good and while waiting on our order of beignets that took forever. I asked for another one because that snowball wasn’t good and the girl tells me she can’t give me another one because it was half gone. The snowball was still full. It was melting down while waiting on them. Worst service ever.

Sad service. My husband and I were in the drive through line at 7:45pm. Open sign still blinking. The cars in front of us ordered and left. We get to the window.. wait 7 minutes.. to get yelled at through the closed window.. “CLOSED”. Don’t have the common courtesy to open the window. Be professional.

Got cheesecake bites and a brownie sundae, they took 5 minutes to bring out the sundae when I’m the only customer and the only reason they decided to bring it out was because it was melted and then it took 15 minutes for them to get the cheesecake bites. Last but not least it was $15 for those 2 little things that say $4.50 for cheesecake bites and $6 for sundae but they don’t tell you the toppings are $2 more. Don’t come here, just go to baskin robbins or Scarlett scoop.

Service was fast. Food was good. But not on par with Brook's Sno-Worlds other location. A whole lot of parking and drive through. The Dole Whip was exactly like Disney's and the Dole plantation on Oahu Hawaii. A few seats avaliable outside on the deck in front of the check out area. Prices were pretty good. Sno balls tasted great with fine shaved ice. Hamburger Po-Boy had a great taste it reminded of old time Po-Boys and was a nice size.

Ordered banana splits in a boat. Wife wanted a treat after a hard PT workout. They were delicious, expensive but worth it and more than replaced any calories she burnt.
