I have been in this store several times and have always had a horrible experience but since I’ve been lucky enough to have the employee Vincent F., not sure of the correct spelling of his last name, my faith in the store has been restored. I have never come across a more genuine, generous, patient, honest employee. He is truly an asset to this company!!!

Went to this AT&T store yesterday to add a new phone number to our account. Vincent was there to help us immediately after walking into the store. He was extremely helpful and handled our needs very timely and professionally. Will go back to this AT&T store and use Vincent on all future cell phone needs.

My dad wanted to get a charger there and service was the best I have ever gotten at an ATT store. I was appalled at the one in Harvey on Manhattan. The worst in customer service.

Telly in the Houma store was very personable, friendly, and Juarez an all around nice guy. When I sat at the table. It was like I’ve known him forever. I wish more stores had employees like him!! 😄

I was greeted with a smile and it went uphill from there. Vince helped transfer info from one phone to another. He gave me the information I needed to continue to transfer at home. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've had a NOT SO good experience at this location before. And I'm great full for Vince expertise. Thanks

So the staff was friendly they are just very uneducated on the iPhone 14 promotion! I was told to get the phone for $10 a month we had to get my son a new phone line and number, then I would have to cancel his old line! This is NOT true, when I called to cancel the old line I was told I would have to pay full price for the new phone for dropping an existing line, but by not dropping the line now I have to pay $40 a month for 3 months before I can drop the line, and if I want to do buyers remorse and reset the phone to his old number then I have to pay a $55 restocking fee! So either way I’m getting screwed out of money 🤬

My now working teenage son wanted a new phone and we agreed that he could get whatever he wanted if he was willing to pay for it. We went to the store on Labor day shortly after they opened and found the on duty staff all standing front and center waiting to assist.Ebony ended up being our sales rep and she really knocked it out of the park with her service. She was very patient, informative, and set my son at ease as he navigated through what phone he wanted, the add-on services, and available accessories for the phone of his choice.She also activated an add-on service I wanted on my line and went another step above by reviewing our current plan and recommending a discount change based on my veteran status over the corporate one that was attached to my account. This equaled a greater savings on my end.In the end, the store did not have the color phone that my son wanted, but he was still eager to get the phone of his choosing even if it wasn't his desired color.We were in and out in about 30 minutes, and I believe that is largely in part to Ebony's excellent customer service and knowledge to what the customer was asking and looking for.

I went into this store to upgrade my phone from the note 9 to a flip4 the representative at the store added another line to my account without my knowledge. I don't remember the reps name I just know the initials are SR. I do not recommend going to this store at all. I ended up going to the grand calliou location and they fixed everything this store did.

I recently switched my service from sprint to AT&T because of a change in employment. The sales rep that helped me, Ashley, just started one week ago but she was very helpful and very well trained in the short period of time that she has worked for AT&T. If she didn’t know how to answer my questions, she found the Resolution quickly. Very friendly And helpful staff, friendly environment and clean store.

Knowing the recent promotion for the iPhone 12 mini, my wife still asked the salesperson Nash what the promotion was. He stated he could not assist on the promo unless we added another line. BUSTED! We went straight to Southland Mall and proceeded with the honest Angelica (who is truly an Angel) who processed everything according to the promotion. Sounds like the Southland Mall location is destroying the West Park location with sincere honesty and integrity. Enjoy your bait n switch sales tactics Nash while you can, cause you never know who’s related to someone at At&t corporate where this review is the least of your worries.

On 8/25/20 we got 2 new galaxy note 20 ultra from this store. We did an upgrade on my phone that was paid for and the wife's phone that we had 2 payment left on that we paid. At this time AT&T was offering 1000 dollars off the note if your trade in was valued more than 65 dollars, which our two phones were. We paid the extra 299 dollars so the phone would not add anything to our bill.On 9/28/20 we got our bill and found that they added two new lines to our bill. Which added 300 plus dollars to the bill. We went to one store to get this fixed because we did not ask for the two lines. At that store we were told that we had to go back to the Tunnel store, which we did. We got there and was told the manager was not there and would be 30 minutes so we waited. After 45 minutes or so another customer came in for the manager and they were told the manager was out but let her check and the manager was there. She walked up to us and said we asked for the 2 lines and she can not do anything about it. My wife tried to talk to her but she just talked over her and treated my wife like a dog. Then she told me that she was going to go into my account and put in there that we wanted the extra two lines. So, now the manager is adding things to my account after the fact. So, when we were leaving out the store my wife was mad and walking out the door the said a BAD word. So we went home and called AT&T loyalty center and came up with a fix to the problem, but we had to go back to the store, great. We got there and my wife asked for the manager and apologized to the manager for her conduct when she left the store earlier. The manager said she did not care what At&T said to do that she was not going to do anything and we were just going to have to pay the extra money and that my wife needed to leave the store at once because she used profanity in her store. So, we went to the car and called the loyalty center back and they called the manager. We were told she is refusing do anything. So, we have 2 lines that we did not ask for and a manager that won't do anything and we are waiting on someone to call us about this problem. We have been with AT&T for over 20 year so much for being a loyal customer

I had an amazing experience today I walked into AT&T thinking my phone was a lost cause being that I’ve dropped it multiple times and it was stuck on the Home Screen I didn’t think I was going to be able to get it to work I thought I was going to have to spend a lot of money and buy a whole new phone when I walked in all the employees were so welcoming I got help from a manager named “Reece” he was so kind and helpful and he got my phone fixed… I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to all my friends and family. Thank you AT&T for all you’re help!!!!

I would have like to give zero start. Very poor customer service. I went in earlier today needing help with my son's cell phone and turning on the hot spot. I never made it past the front door. The girl that approached us asking how she could help was very rude. When we told her that we were having issues with hotspot she said all she could do was check to see if that was available on our plan. I stated that yes it was on our plan b/c we had talked to someone yesterday and we had called customer service and were still having problems. She refused to help. She told me she was not tech support and I would have to contact apple since he had an iphone. When I said this was very frustrating she kept asking me why and almost like she was wanting me to get rude back. We left that store and went to the ATT store in the mall where they were very helpful and did get the issue resolved. It turned out to be an issue with his sim card and ATT issue not an apple issue. If the girl would have bothered to even try and pull up my account she would have seen this like the ones in the mall were able to.

Very friendlyVincent, Reese,and Heather were very friendly and respectful. Weren't pushy but explained everything about the phones and service plans available. I live one block from an AT&T store but the service and respect I received there is very bad unappreciated I felt like I was bothering them.but at the w1344 Tunnel Blvd store service and the respect as a loyal AT&T customer made my family and my daughter's family travel over an hour because of the respect and appreciation we received there. We will continue doing business there.Thanks

Not so helpful and a bit deceitful. Selling one phone package, saying it had a minimum internet package. In fact it had none surprise... only internet I've had was wifi. Should I continue....?

I recently visited this store and can honestly say it’s been by far the worst experience ever since leaving Verizon. I came into this store to upgrade my phone to the new iphone 11 and was going to give my sister my current phone instead of trading it in. However my sales rep “Eric”had other intentions for me that truly were not in my best interest. He told me instead of using my upgrade that we could add a line at absolutely no additional cost and he could get us the iPhone XR for only 5.00 dollars a month. And the new line would be just a ghost line not to worry about it that it would not cost us anything. It was a win win situation we get a new phone for only 5.00 and we get to keep our upgrade. Also told me about changing my plan to ATT new plans that came out would save money so i said ok. The tablet was running slow and he told us that we can leave that he would change it for us. Luckily for us he never changed the plans because the current plan i have is only 20.00 a month per line and ATT new plans the lines have gone up to 35.00 a month. Well I left the store with uneasy mind so I called ATT loyalty depart the following day and spoke to a woman named Nicole she was and is hands down the best person I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with during my time with ATT. After spending nearly 5 hours on the phone She did inform me that the information that we was given about the line being a “ghost line” @ no additional cost was 💯 false news. She worked very very hard on canceling everything to get me exactly where i needed to be. We also called the store and spoke to the manager Myrtle and let me tell you about this woman when I tell you was rude I mean she is nothing short of being rude. I told her word for word what we was told and she straight up tells me “my people that work the floor are highly educated and would never tell you anything like that.” I’m thinking to myself so lady I made this up and Willingly caused all this chaos spent 5 hours on the phone because I wanted. So Nicole in loyalty had me go to the store to return the phone and we’ll had notes on my account to not charge me the restocking fee because this was completely out of the customers fault so I return to the store the next day and meet with a sales rep name Rene she was hands down so very helpful through this journey however the manger on duty at time wasn’t the friendliest man either. He refused to agree to the note in the system to not charge me the restock fee and had they crappiest attitude. Rene went over my account and plans step for step she assisted with the Returning of the phone. It’s absolutely terrible how much of a night mare this was and to be practically called a lier at the manager at this store. Why happened to treating the customers with the up must respect!

This location should read as “temporarily closed.” Sure, the building is open and the staff is there, but none of the services are available. After traveling half an hour to pay a bill, an employee informed me, “sorry, all I can really do is say ‘hello’ and ‘good afternoon.’” The ATT website should not be listing this location as open if services aren’t available. And this location should not have altered its “temporarily closed” status on google maps to reflect normal business hours. Maybe in a week or two, they can reevaluate. But for now, customers shouldn’t waste their time.

I found the people there to be very nice, though, my new phone was not explained to me correctly. It will not receive nor send text messages and no one showed me how to enter a prompt number on the phone so I can't even call to get it figured out...now they don't ever answer the phones at the store so, being permanently disabled, I must go out in the rain, drive 10 miles to wait in line for something they should have explained to begin with...AUGH!

The AT&T store on Tunnel Blvd. in Houma has horrific customer service. We went there on a Tuesday and a store rep signed us in on his tablet. We told him we were there to unlock a phone so it can be used with T-Mobile. We sat and waited about 25 minutes while watching staff fool around with kiosk displays and while 2 reps helped a single customer. Myrtle finally called us over. We told her why we were there and she said we don't do that in the store. We said we found on the internet that it can be done in the store and she said they can't. I asked why the rep at the door didn't tell us that and she said "I don't know". So my sister walked over to ask the rep why he didn't tell us and he said it was his first day. During that 10 seconds, Myrtle yelled across the store for the rep NOT to speak to my sister at all. We moved to the doorway to leave and a heated exchange happened between Myrtle and my sister. She took her mask off and another employee, Santiago, came over and threatened to call the police if she didn't put her mask back on and that we needed to leave the store now, which we did. Who on earth treats customers this way? It's disgusting. We came in to END a device being controlled by AT&T so I guess that's why they treated us like they did. I currently have AT&T internet and DirecTV. I will be ending those services as soon as I can get replacements set up. AT&T is a massive corporation that does not treat customers with respect. Why should they? What's an unhappy customer here and there anyway? All of my interactions have been negative.

I went in for a phone and they was trying to get me to change my plan. I said no, but what they were telling me sounded it and look good. Come to find out the plan that they put me on cost me over $200 more a month than what I had. They are good at getting phones but do not let them change your plan

Absolutely horrible! Bought the iPhone 7 , the mophie battery protective case and the top protective screen. Dropped my phone the next day and the front part of the iPhone separated and exposed the inside of the phone!!! The light was showing through the side!!! I went back the next day and was told the phone was defective and it was not their problem it was an Apple problem!!! I was told to bring it to the Apple Store an hour away to tell them about the problem!!! At he point I went to the Apple Store and had no appointment so I had to wait on overflow for an appointment. I waited 4 hours then I was seen by a very kind professional salesman and he told me that the AT&T Store should have given me a new phone immediately...that there is a 14 day return policy on all AT&T products and tablets!!! Go to AT&T website on returns and you will see that there is a 14 day return and I should have been given a new iPhone immediately!! The consultant at the Apple Store was so nice to give me a new phone as I had been through so much to just get a new phone.. I was so appreciative and was treated with the most professional attention .., the next day I went to back to the AT&T to tell them and it was then I spoke with the manager. He admitted that they bought Apple products to sell and if there is a problem with your phone they should have given me a new phone and sent the defective phone back to Apple as Apple would then send them a replacement to sell in its place... As it was in the 14 day return warranty!!! I am very disappointed in the service I received from the AT&T Store in Houma on West Tunnel Blvd. I received no apology or even complimentary products for my trouble. I will never do business with that Store again!!! Go straight to the Apple Store to buy any Apple products not an AT&T Store !!

He explained the differences with the phones and the storage capacity options as well as how the newer phones have a different charger style. I was a last minute customer arriving near to closing time. This young man took his time with me and I didn’t feel rushed.
