I like shopping here. It has a nice selection and the prices aren't bad. Plus they did some remodeling on the interior which is an added bonus. And produce is as good or better then anywhere in Ruston.

With No Disrespect The Management Here At Brookshire's In Arcadia Louisiana 71001 Sucks. I'm #62Years Old Disabled I've Shopped At Brookshire's For Years Because It's The Only Store In Town. My My Visit On That Day I Was Very Disappointed With Everything Due To The Facts The Manager Herself Wasn't Busy Stood there looking At Me Standing At Office To Be Waited On for Over Ten minutes And No one else were In line but myself.And When She did dicided to come and wait On Me She Still Was Very Unprofessional. I Have Been Purchasing Money Orders With My Direct Express Card For The Last Three Months Or More. I Ordered Three Money Orders She Took $290 From My Card And In The Meantime Tell,s Me They Couldn't Except The Card For The Money Orders I Go Here Are Y'all Recipes Where I have purchased January February With The Same Card I'm Not Understanding. Due To Management Carryout I Plan To Never Visit This Store Again And I Live Here In Arcadia Louisiana Was Born Here But I Refuse To Let Anyone Are Anything Make Me Look Like A Fool. Because If It Didn't Except The Card For The Money Orders Then Why Was Money Taken Off My Card To Start With? It Should Have Said Declined Or Something Wouldn't You Think So? Make It MAKE Sense. Angry Dissatisfied Customer!

The check staff at the front are very invisible and unresponsive. Customer service isn't important to them. Management doesn't seem involved. They act like it doesn't matter if a person checks out or not. This Brookshires is the worst I've been to. Such a shame since they have recently renovated.

I enjoy Brookshires selection for most all of my grocery needs. It prevents me from having to go to several stores to find the things on my shopping list. I get my prescriptions filled for less money than at my previous Pharmacy.

This store is located in a small town, where we unfortunately have only 2 grocery stores and they take full advantage of this, raising prices and always being sold out...at one time their service was A1, but seems to be getting worse everyday...I'd much rather make the drive to Minden or even Haughton which is closer to my job....I wish they would get their act together and be like they once were

Decent grocery store. They have a good produce section and meat market and the store is neat and clean. The layout isn't very logical though so unless you grew up going to this store you're going to traverse it a couple of times to pick up regular items. Not bad business I guess, but not exactly convenient either. Everything we looked at was a little expensive too. Overall kind of a vanilla experience.

The store doesn't look like much on the outside but it is a very nice store. I ran in to get coffee creamer and some half & half.I do love Brookshires ice cream. It's better than Blue Bell to me.

This is a good hometown grocery store. I know that it is a chain but it does not feel like it. The manager is the nicest guy you could have and will do just about anything he can do for his customers

I have said this before, and I don't think things will change any time soon. I come from Chicago, and their are stores there that have reasonable prices that we can shop at. But here, there are not not alot of stores to choose from. Brookshires prices are way too high for the income of most people, for my income.There are things in the store I would like to have, but I refuse to pay what they charge for those items.Everybody wants to be a Billionaire, and most of them are doing it once again, on the poor peoples' backs.I could never understand the greed factor in the USA. Maybe Brookshires can explain it to me. People don't have alot of money, but prices continue to go up for the basic necessities. Oh, I get it. They charge you more so you charge us more.Brookshires, we are not blaming you. You are just part of the food chain circle. And we are standing in the middle with no way out.Just Me, De10-24-21

Putting some attention in the store - painting - rearranging - expanding some areas - new carts - staff is almost always friendly and helpful. It’s in the opposite direction of my home but I’m more likely to run by just for the larger selection usually.

We keep getting sale items that are not edible. This has happened with sausage, yogurt, potatoes radishes and carrots and chicken deli meat today I don't know how the clerk couldn't smell it before it was sealed up! All tossed out ..we live to far out to just drive back! Think I'll start going to another town & a different store.

Lucky it got one star better watch close for the prices marked on the packages there are 3 prices if you dont have brookshires card you pay the highest. Will never step foot in the place again
