I come to this grocery store many times, even multiple times in a day. It is ran mostly by self-checkouts, but there are cashiers, as well, if you don’t want to do it yourself. There is also a gas station-like area on the right side with icees, typical candy, and food on a roller. Great store!

The store is maintained nicely. When I want to do self checkout, it should be by choice. However, I should not be told to by the employee who just checked someone out prior to me arriving at the registers. I like the convenience of the location, but I shall drive in the opposite direction from now on.

I guess I'm old school and having worked in retail management for over 20yrs .. it really bothers me when I approach the register to be checked out and 4 associates are gathered around the cashier and they are all on their cell phones..so I had to wait ..then the cashier hand s me the wond to scan my water and dog food while she looking at her phone..I don't think your store is getting what they pay for in labor....unless it in your policy for your workers to put cell phone use before the customer..I'll only shop there if I'm in a pinch

It's convenient if you can't run to town and need an item right away, but everything is way overpriced and continues to get more expensive by the month. You are better off waiting to go somewhere else if you can. I will say it's clean and the employees are nice, so I give it 2 stars.

Nice to have a grocery store nearby. This store has most items you generally need. The employees at this store were very friendly. The store isn't too big that you can't find what you're looking for after a little while. But, if you can't there is someone to ask nearby. Price were the same as a bigger store in Haughton.

The reason for only 4 stars is pricing. I'm on a fixed income and trying to eat healthy is almost impossible.A tomato should not be 1.99 a pound.Other than that, everyone was really nice and helpful.Another thing, just because I'm disabled, you didn't need to follow me. I started to feel like a criminal.Matter of fact, I should take away a star.

I enjoy the convenience of shopping at spring market. The prices are somewhat higher than a Brookshire store, but the convenience of being able to go in, grab a few items, self check out and be back on the road in a few minutes is well worth the extra money. The store is always clean and well stocked and the staff at the store is very helpful.

Prices a little on the high side, but if you live close for what you'll save in fuel running to the bigger store maybe worth it.

3 times I have asked for help finding something and was greeted with a finger pointing in the direction where it should be. I left a review on their website and got a call from someone directing me to call someone about it. I never understood the number as he was talking so fast. He must be the one that trained the employees. I'm so disappointed in brookshires companies. I've been in business management for over 30 years. If one of my employees did this more than once I would make a change. Maybe you should hire me.

Though I heard some negative comments about this store I have never had an issue until now. My sister in law had mentioned something about some of the groceries being bad/old/expired but I never had issues. I bought some turkey ham this February and as I was cooking for breakfast I noticed it looked slightly different and when I read the expiration date is said expired Dec 12 2022 with that being said is obvious there's some laziness going on back there cuz they for sure aint doing their job.

Absolutely unacceptable. My disabled wife stopped on the way home tonight to grab some items for dinner and an associate followed her through the store watching her the entire time. Started filming her on his camera and followed her outside and kept filming her until she had her Camaro loaded and was out of the parking lot. As a business owner in the south Bossier community, this is an apalling way to treat clientele. I will be avoiding all Spring Markets and Brookshire's stores moving forward and advise friends and family to do the same.

I needed scooter and a young lady got me oneThe store ess being being stocked but all of the staff were curious . I got down the road and realized that I had left my diabetic meter in the cart. When I got back my cashier saw me and brought to me. I want to thank her very much.🌻

I went to Spring Mafket in search for some gingerbread cookies. This location was sold out, but I managed to purchase a few other items that I wanted. The management was friendly and my checkout person was profession and nice. I had a good visit.

Very pleased. Nicely stocked...clean & the employees are friendly, what you would expect out of Brookshire's employees. I hope it stays this way. Glad it came to town.

The store is clean and well stocked, the lady that works the front is super sweet but other employees never spoke to me which I thought was odd, they acted like they didn't want to be there and when I asked one if they carried a particular item they were sharp with their words and acted like I was a bother.

I will never go to this store again. The last 4 times that I’ve shopped there o had to tell them to charge their handicap cart. Tonight I went in and as usual the cart went dead so I was going to go check so I could put my stuff in a regular cart but I could get My help from employees. I was told to get to the end of the line I told them that the cart was dead and she said if you want to check out go to the end of the line they wouldn’t listen so I got up and walk out. I won’t be back
