just spent $40 on 2 pizzas and cheese bread. got home and didn't have pizza sauce as requested. this is the 2nd time this has happened. the large mighty meaty was undercooked, and we had to cut it again. the pizzas weren't hot, even though I picked them up 25 minutes after ordering, that was the time given to me. it seems like sometimes it great, but it's not consistent. we expect it to be what we ordered and cooked correctly after spending so much.

I just left johnny's pizza 🍕 I asked for a sausage pizza 🍕 with extra sausage, but got sausage and pepperoni. This is awful I will have to think twice before I come back there

I just wanted to leave a review because these negative ones had me not sure if I should order from this location.With that said I can not say anything negative. I called at 11am for delivery. I was told that did deliver but the driver called, the gentleman taking my order was polite and said he would personally deliver and have it to me in 30-35mins. I was skeptical given the reviews but he did have my food here in 30mins. The salad was fresh and bigger then I expected it to be. Pizza was hot and fresh when it arrived. I'm very satisfied!

This was the worst service I have ever received all the way around. From calling to try and place my order to having to drive up there and pay just to find out it was never placed to waiting OVER an hour to even receive my pizzas. Excuse was "we've been busy." Just don't feel that is a good excuse for poor communication and customer service. Will never be coming to this Johnnys again.

I very much like this pizza.This location is very slow. I'm 7 minutes from this location. I ordered pizza almost 2 hours ago. Called twice and got the run around. Then they called us and told us they had to remake the order. Finally got my pizza after 2 1/2 hours later.This was the 3 time we've had a problem.

We ordered a large sweep the kitchen. It was way under cooked. I called and they brought out another one. Sad to say, it wasn’t much better. Almost done but not quite. We ate it regardless , because we were so hungry! Lol I had to use a fork because the dough wasn’t crispy at all. You couldn’t pick it up because it was so floppy. There won’t be any more Johnnys Pizza for me. (123 Highway 3227 Haughton La. @ 5:35 pm May17th.)

I called on 2/11/23 around 7:30pm to order takeout for my family. The young lady who answered the phone did so with a "hello?", not "Thank you for calling Johnny's!" I said ""hello" back, to which she replied "hello?" again. I hung up out of frustration. I did call back and got a young man who took my order. Upon arriving at the store, EVERY employee made eye contact with me and my wife, but NOT A SINGLE ONE spoke. No greeting, no "Welcome to Johnny's!" or anything. We waited for two or three minutes with all employees still making random eye contact, but with NONE of them acknowledging our existence. My wife finally asked loudly of anyone was going to come and help us, and one young lady finally did. There were extra cheese sauces added to our order that we didn't ask for and that the young lady didn't offer to take off or make right. We were met with a blank stare and silence. No big deal as it was only an additional $1.58, but rather the principle of the matter. I would assume that these young people are going to run off a lot of business with their lack of etiquette and poor attitudes. I'm in no hurry to return if that's the kind of attitude that Johnny's considers appropriate for its employees.
